"The worst bank I've ever dealt with"
"A very bad customer service experience, although wonderful application but staff is really worst they will leave no stone unturned to misguide and misrepresent and after that behave like they are not FAB employees, on my visit instead of solving the query they opened a fresh account which incur charges for minimum balance misrepresented that it is a zero balance and no one bothers or cares"

How come deduction is like that i put 1,808 only i cancel my booking and money will put again to my card but i try yesterday to used my savings card and its always rejected! To all the stuff of FAB"

The worst bank I've ever dealt with. The mortgage application process took 2-3 months, the process wasn't clear, the assigned employee wasn't professional at all and he wasn't aware about the process. There was no update from the bank on the status of the application (msgs or emails) even the call center doesn't have any update about the application status and everytime gives false information. The marketing offers are totally different than reality. I lost all the evaluation fees and my loan due to the incompatibility of the employee, the general manager and the bank itself. I would never consider dealing with this bank and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Another thing is their call centre or help centre who never know have any knowledge and never will come back to you to resolve the query instead close the tickets without resolution, very bad banking.

Also the charges are simply included in the statement and if we request for details they take almost more than 20days to just to revert that they have received and the mail and will get back with the update on the same. Customer service need severe changes and need to avoid unnecessary charges to the customer.

I'm extremely satisfied and happy with the service provided, I did visit the branch today 14/Jan/2024 . The place was organized and there was no queue. I have been served by one service center representative Mohammad Adel counter 9, he was so helpful and clever and friendly as well provided a great customer experience and satisfactory resolution for my issue. I would like to Thank him and than FAB services and suggest it to you.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! I AM REQUESTING A CLEARANCE FOR MY LOAN SINCE SEPTEMBER 25 UP TO NOW I DID NOT RECEIVE ANY CALL TO COLLECT. EVEN THOUGH YOU VISITED THE BRANCE THEY WILL TELL YOU NOTHING AS THEY ARE ALSO WAITING FOR THAT DOCUMENTS. One gentleman playing extra smart by allowing priority for ladies in ATM queue. Glad to give “ womens first” but should not be enforced or instructed. There is no such display ladies first though he is enforcing it over others who are waiting behind patiently. This is not customer service.
Came for Christmas withdrawal taller service is closed. I asked the why its banking hours right they simply answered me taller is on medical leave no replacement. I have no words to reply. I feel so crazy about the management.

Cheapest of the cheapest customer service ever and cheating customers with fake promises. Never to bank with this blade bank. Customer service executives behave as if customers are prisoners.
No teller to support, staff informed system down, not think so, last visit teller not respect time also, 1 teller, more waiting, can arrange other staff if demands
بنك مايسوى نجمة من ناحية المعاملة او الموظفين .. الموظف تقدم عنده معاملة وتتفاجئ انه مغير المعاملة بعد توقيع العميل .. نصب واحتيال ومحدا يحاسبهم
