I started liaising with Kamil via email a while back, and he was very informative, professional and gave me all the information and reassurance that First Aid Wheels was the best place to get my alloys refurbed. I was hesitant to get them refurbished as I was worried that the factory finish durability and integrity may be lost, but Kamil went into great detail to explain the entire process to me, which definitely reassured me. I met Kamil on the first day, I went to drop off my alloys, and he was again, very polite, friendly and professional, and very quick and efficient in getting my tyres swapped so I could stay mobile, while mine was refurbished. I collected my tyres just two days later, and I am so impressed with the quality of the finish, the smoothness, and just how amazing they look! I am so grateful to the guys at FA wheels for the hard work in getting my alloys sorted as they were so scratched and damaged. I really am in love with how they look, and they look way better than the factory finish! Its really impressive! I am also very impressed in the quick turnaround; it only took two days! I will definitely recommend to all my friends and family! Hopefully I won’t need a refurb again, but if I ever do, first aid wheels will be my first call. We all think we’re careful when we park our cars but over the years I’ve dinged my wheels a few times. I had been thinking of getting my alloys refurbished for a long time and , while washing my car, I realised I hated the damage. Snap decision and off to First Aid for Wheels in West Hampstead. Don’t let the single track entrance put you off. The team there are excellent and super quick. We had a discussion of the services available, the costs, what was wrong with my wheels and what they could do. I never felt like there was any pressure to do anything other than what I wanted. Wheels left with them on Monday and a gleaming set ready to go back on 2 days later. They look even better than when I first bought the car and I am thrilled with the work. Highly recommend not just for the premium job they’ve done but also their customer service, politeness and upfront & honest way of working. Great job and thank you FAW. After finding a listing for remanufactured wheels on an auction site and considering the particulars including the price and quality; I was happy to exchange my scruffy wheels for a shiny new set. (They're as good as new.) The finish is brilliant and the competitive pricing made the transaction well worth it. "Kai" with whom I communicated via email and met on my visit is a very nice Gentleman, "Oscar" welcomed me on my visit and gave a very warm welcome, offered me tea and gave me some invaluable info. which I gratefully took on board. The swap was carried out very carefully and it was comforting to know that all those who are involved are extremely competent and wanted me to be happy. I enquired about their tyres pricing and they are very competitive and desirable. I'll be going back for tyres knowing they'll look after my wheel bolts. Highly Recommended.

I previously had my old VW Passat wheel refurbed here - they came out stunning and still looked stunning when I sold the car 6 years later. This time, I kerbed one of the aftermarket alloys of my weekend car, at around 3mph, against a very unforgiving concrete kerb. The wheel is a 17" Japan Racing JR-21 finished in satin black. The photos below are before and after. FAW stripped the wheel completely, welded-up the gouged metal, smooth & shaped the new metal and finally colour matched the satin black finish for the whole wheel. Everybody who saw the wheel, beforehand, thinks I just bought a new wheel. If you took all the wheels off the car and mixed them up, not even I would be able to tell you which one was previously damaged by me. I really didn't think it was possible but....it looks as good as new. Words cannot do justice to how good these guys are.

They really are the best in London. Highly capable and professional outfit and immaculate service to match. This is the second time I have travelled from South East London to seek out their services, and needless to say I will travel again! I wanted to have a set of vintage 2 piece wheels refurbed but Kai and then Tobi made it clear it was not going to be as straightforward as it seemed on paper, due to their age and construction. Tobi then took the time to demonstrate to me that the wheels weren't as warped as I first thought and in fact hadn't been prepped correctly nor balanced in a prior person's ownership to mine. After some sanding and balancing they are like a new set of wheels mechanically, can't be compared to how they rode before. Big thanks to Tobi, Kai and the team. Absolute legends!

I have just had my very tired looking 2010 Jaguar XF alloys reconditioned with a Diamond Cut finish. They look amazing and they are now running true too. I chose First Aid Wheels as they could provide loan wheels, so I could continue to use my car. Upon arrival they checked my wheels for existing damage and if they ran true. This was great as it highlighted the issues I had with my wheels (rather than finding out later and thinking I'd been conned) The guys communication was excellent and when I collected my beautifully refurbed wheels they were fitted in 20mins, including checking pressures and torque settings too. The price for all this work was very fair and worth every penny. unfortunately I had to pay the ULEZ charge but that isn't their fault. Many Thanks to all the Guys & Girls.

First, I want to say Toby and his team are extremely professional. I have damaged alloy on the M performance logo part. Toby and his team worked on their magic and repair it like brand new. I seriously can't thank enough to them to solve this issue for me. It is quite far for me to travel to West Hampstead but it all worth it. Unlike other repair shop who either said it can't be repaired or they have to remove M performance logo on the alloy. Toby made all things happened. From now on, this is my go to place for alloy and wheel for sure. I have also passed my highest recommendation to everyone i know. Thank you Toby!

The Diamond Standard! The team at First Aid Wheels provide an excellent service. They are friendly, efficient and highly skilled at repair work. Did a superb repair on my BMW 19" Bicolour Orbit Grey 704 M double-spoke alloy wheel. Was given a spare wheel of similar specification whilst being repaired so not inconvenienced for the turnaround time. Had the full factory premium Diamond Cut refurbishment, wheel welding, replacement M sticker, finished off with Ceramic Coating and even fitted the new tyre I supplied. The wheel looks stunning and now back to showroom condition. Highly recommended!!

Shopped around for my alloy wheel refurbishment for a while until I was recommended this place. A little more expensive than my previous quotes but they all said they wouldn't be able to get them back to how they were. FAW gave me replacement tyres so I didn't have to leave the car over the weekend, when I picked them just now I was genuinely shocked at how my alloys have come out. You can see how damaged they were in the photos, they now look brand new. First class service - I would highly recommend them to anyone, especially with Diamond Cut alloys.

I went to get my wheel changed today in London a quick dash up and back. Left at 10am from Crawley. It’s a factory refurb exchange programme as I has curbed the rim badly and no one would repair it as it needed welding so exchange was the only way. The place is called First Aid Wheels U.K. in West Hampstead. I went up via Kingston then over Putney Bridge and Knightsbridge took 1.45 hrs to reach and 20 mins to change the tire-balance the new wheel and really fast and slick operation. I headed back to Gatwick and Crawley. Was back by 1pm!

I have used this company twice for wheels refurbishing and on both occasions I was extremely impressed with the outcome, the guys went above and beyond to accommodate and completed the work really quick. Whilst they carried out the job I was still able to drive my car as they supplied replacement wheels, how good is that… I am super confident that if you’re looking to use this company your experience will be as good as mine.

OMG, if I could give them 6 stars I would. If you know wheels, then the 19" e46 M3 wheels are a nightmare, one big alloy wheel company said "they can not refurbish these wheels", but these guys smashed it - such an amazing job I had to write a review, also, polite, professional and talented, I have used them 4 times over the last 6 or 7 years and they have never let me down - SUPERB JOB!

Don't judge book by its cover yes it may be back street tyre shop but there always best and most friendly places . Kai and guys work there are very friendly and always try make sure your happy and never leave you out the loop . Used the wheel exchange service for my Tiguan r line. Cheaper than having them refurbished and have a set of like new gloss black wheels which match the car much better than the old silver ones. Thanks to the guys at first aid wheels superb service, the wheels are like they just rolled off the factory line!
