I found this place on a day, my father passed ( it has been 9 years since his passing) and I really needed a church, that is open on a week day and after 12 as I was at a doctor's office all morning. Google led me to First Christian Church)) It was pure miracle. I drove there and there were no cars in a parking lot. I still called the number and very nice lady with a British accent said that Pastor John is in and will now open the door for me. I am so grateful for this wonderful man. He spent at least an hour with me, as I told him about missing my dad, who tought me music and poetry, who raised me and my sister, pretty much by himself... He lit the candle in dad's memory and listened to me, crying about the horrors of being infected with Sepsis during open heart surgery, 1.5 years ago as I cried, while telling him that my Sepsis was later hidden as medical records were falsified by two local doctors - Dr.Jahangir ( cardio thoracic surgeon), who uses cruel violence against me in every hospital ( through armed guards)and Dr.Pham (internist) who abused me in Desert Springs hospital- later dumped me through armed hospital guards, in order to get rid of me, after I kept asking to stop with abuse on his dimentia floor, where I was shoved with Severe Sepsis, in order to make me look - "crazy", while all records were later illegally falcified by both doctors... Pastor John listened to me for a long time and we prayed together... English is my 4th language and I was used to prayers in my native language, but, after meeting this wonderful man of God- I am reading his prayer(written by his hand for me). I actually said, that I can google it as it is a long prayer, but he insisted to write it for me by his hand as he was full of empathy and light... I am so grateful for this man. I feel, like my dad in Heaven sent me his way and into his church, where he comforted me on a day of my dad's passing... I am so grateful for Pastor John. Please, go to this wonderful church as this is a place, where you will feel love and God's presence. I am reading his prayer every day, while fighting for my life, post deadly Sepsis infection, given to me during open heart surgery... I am grateful that I met him. I can not thank Pastor John enough. I wish, there were more people, like him on this planet.
