As someone whose been to multiple different countries and states. These are some of the best cookies I've had. Not sure why people say they are just average in the comments. To many natives of Jacksonville have 0 clue what they are talking about. These cookies are phenomenal compared to the 10 countries and 42 different u.s states I've been to. The 4 stars is for the variety of individual available cookie flavors. The boba not so much personally. I feel it needs to have a sweetener level from 0% to 100%. Its more on the bland side, the flavor is there but the sweet is not. Some people like real sweet boba and others like it not sweet at all. The issue i had more than anything was one of the men behind the register making boba. While everyone was working hard he was bouncing around joking around instead of taking customer orders and the women making the cookies were looking at him as if he still thought it was high school playing games inside a professional place of business. ---cookies get 5 stars. ---Boba gets 4 stars. ---5 stars for the women that were there and are down to business and did not hesitate to get the job done. ---3 stars for a couple of the males working there whom seemed to not have the idea of customer service and wanting to turn a profit to enhance and further the business. Customer service makes or breaks businesses. As someone whose first job was in the food/wait staff industry which is nothing but customer service...for me it plays a top priority in returning to a business or not. However as the cookies are fantastic and i can buy them based on weight...i am determined to return.

I'm a native but only remember seeing this place when the Landing was open. I went to the store in Regency Mall and purchased 1/2 pound of cookies. I got the white chocolate strawberry, chocolate chip pecan, fudge pecan and confetti. After one bite I couldn't believe cookies that tasted so nasty were "famous". I would have been better off buying cookies from McDonald's at this point. I let a couple of my coworkers try and they confirmed the cookies had a weird taste. I took the cookies back, got a refund and drove to the San Juan location after work. Now HERE, this confirmed the hype and what cookies should taste like. The gooey, buttery, fresh taste of cookies that simply melt in your mouth. They're like Krispy Kreme, you'll eat an entire dozen before you realize it. The cookies are amazing and the staff is wonderful. The store was clean, nice decor, an all around great atmosphere. Thankfully, I have a gym membership because I'll always come back. Side note: no photos because I started eating them immediately Update: Of course another visit lol What does happiness look like ? It's in the bag, Get you some !!!

My daughter and I walked in this establishment today, My daughter stood by the door with her 6 pound support dog in her arm, The way the tall lady with the colorful hair spoke to us about us having the dog was very rude. There’s a way to address and talk to people who have support animals that come in your establishment and as a business owner I would have expected this to be known. Customer service is everything and I will not be back. She then began to hide behind a box were i Could see her telling another older lady she was writing a sign..a joke and very unprofessional. Cookies were cold and hard as well. The young kid that checked us out was very polite though.

The cookies are delicious, for the most part the staff is friendly. My only issue is that I bought some cookies around 2:30 pm today, that came up to around $4.00 and the young lady basically forced me to pick more cookies to bring it to $5, if I was continue with my purchase. She then went over to the register so I could pay. This was annoying as I later seen the sign that it was only required if I was using a credit card. I used cash to pay and not a credit card. I pointed that out to her and she did not apologize, just brushed it off. I don’t know her name but she appeared to be asian or caucasian, not that her race matters, just don’t know her name. Other than that I would have given this place 5 stars.

I recently pulled into the parking lot after getting into a traumatic car accident to collect my thoughts. Woman who works there in the expensive grey crossover drove over and threatened to call the cops when I had been there all of two minutes and was doing no harm. Just having a bad day and she felt the need to kick me when I was down. Was kind to her and was only met with condescension and disrespect. You never know what people are going through, so while I respect the need to leave, the attitude was ridiculous and uncalled for. If this is the kind of uncompassionate people running this business, steer clear. Will never be a customer here.

Parking is a hit or miss. every time we've gone, there's a line waiting to order, but only 1-2 people taking orders out of 6-7 employees standing around. Strawberry cookies are the ONLY MUST HAVE, very underwhelmed with the snickerdoodle. Peanut butter was just regular. Wish they had more variety in flavors as half seemed to be chocolate or oatmeal based and if you have ALLERGIES TO NUTS they don't care about cross contamination even though they visibly "wear gloves" so you're S.O.L. Customer service skills and organization are lacking, so don't expect much from the stuff

Had to give this new spot a try and it did not disappoint. Lots of cookies to choose from and we asked for a pound to include all flavors they offered. They sell by weight and they come in paper cookie bags (we sorted and plated when we got home). The place was packed, but the line moved fast. Nice to see the community supporting this small business. Staff are friendly and attentive and it was fun to watch the cookies being made fresh. The cookies are small, just the right size to try lots of flavors, and very tasty. The kids tried the boba drinks and liked them.

I love First Coast Cookies, their staff is amazing and very friendly every time I go. They always have samples of their boba for you to try. If you are unsure of what cookies you want to order, they will give you one as a free sample! The store is cute and very clean inside. Cookies are displayed clearly so you can see them. The only downside is that I don’t live too far so I will come here often when I am craving cookies. LOL.

Awesome cookies and Boba!! I don't like boba but I wanted cookies so we went here. They had Boba samples out of Pineapple Lemonade Tea with Kiwi popping boba. oh my goodness! it was delicious, totally changed my mind on boba. The cookies were soft and delicious with lots of flavors for a good price (by the pound). We got a half pound of cookies for $8 about 20 cookies total. Also the atmosphere is so cute! great little spot!

Hi my husband and Niece stopped here at this location because my nNiece said we must try them so we did.i wasn't that impressed because I thought they were something different unique about them and it wasn't.these cookies are just like cookies I bake at home that's it they aren't nothing to right home about.but I will say they have some delicious drinks there that's worth stopping in to buy.

We've been wanting to try this since they opened. You can get cookies by the pound, and they're little snack size cookies. Tasty and cute, the whole family loved them. My daughter loves boba so she's happy this place is close & they have all the flavors. Definitely give this place a try if you got a craving for sweets!

Took grandkids there for a treat. All of us got to pick out 4 of our favorites. We shared a lemon-strawberry drink and ate inside it was great. The people were super friendly. My only suggestion is that they make the seating area more fun and outside seating with umbrellas.

Overall, 5 stars. Customer service was great. The two boys we spoke with were quick and friendly. The Boba tea I got tasted amazing and looked beautiful. Kids enjoyed the cookies and the prices were perfect. Great little after school snack place.

Simple home-made cookies. And not the homemade grandma makes, but the homemade where your spouse or child puts together basic ingredients. Price is actually good for what you get. Large cookies are overpriced so just stick with the same cookies.

If you signed up to make cookies for work or school but you have no time. Buy them from first coast cookies. No one will say you didn't make them. Everyone is super nice. It is cute and clean inside. Boba is pretty good. My kids liked it a lot

This place is a little sparkling gem in the area. Both the cookies and tea/coffee are delicious every time and the interior is really cute. Highly recommend visiting at least once, and then again when the cravings set in
