The assistant manager at this location is amazing. The stars I did give this location are solely attributed to your A+ attitude. You are so kind and really wanted to help me. The branch manager, and I've chosen not to mention her name, not so much. I had a simple problem that was solved in SECONDS at another branch. The branch manager here wasn't interested in helping me, making eye contact with me or speaking to me. She sent her assistant manager to tell me she "couldn't" help me, until maybe Monday. If I treated my clients that way, I wouldn't have a job. I started banking here, bc I shop at Walmart weekly. I put all of my money and directed future money into this bank. We, consumers, have A LOT of options. This location should PROMOTE the assistant manager. I will not be returning to this location. However, thank you assistant manager for your genuine concern and kindness today! I'm sorry I don't remember your name, but your eye makeup and lashes are amazing You know who you are!

This location made a turnaround for the better. At first this location was lacking customers service. The staff always seemed to hate their job and always carried long serious faces, never smiling. I can't remember is if was at the end of last year or the beginning of this year, but I noticed new management and staff, and now the place looks and feels less gray and dull. The staff are now friendlier and helpful. Great turn around!! Hopefully they continue with this amazing change.

Always a bunch smiles and infectious energy from the sweet ladies at the counter. But for some reason,they didn't find it funny when I suddenly stepped back and shouted,"EVERYBODY ON THE GROUND! THIS IS A ROBBERY!! PUT ALL YOUR VALUABLES ON THE FLOOR IN FRONT OF YOU!" " DO IT NOW!!". Looking back on it, maybe THATS why they had m e arrested......anyway, when I get outta jail,I'm gonna fill out an application there. I think I got a great chance of being hired dont you?

I went to deposit a check that I do literally every semester around this time for my school asked me to verify it was looking all suspicious around me like I was like some type of person I was stealing money due to the check being large. I needed the money for my rent for my dorms have never had this problem before. I went to the place on Hulen and they handled me immediately since I usually go there. Literally never cashing anything here at this location again.

Convenient bank if you live in the area. Also great if your having a problem with opening a account with a nationwide big named bank. If you can't get a account at the big banks, come here, they will help you.

I have accounts with other banks but this particular location is my favorite! The staff is fantastic. The hours are great! They are even open holidays.

Friendly staff, but still haven't received a debit card after several attempts and many months of waiting.
