Today afternoon I called to ask for a certain med which i had run short of. well I can say they are welcoming but they are not understanding to the situation we are in right now. The lady asked for a prescription which I sent her and she then said it was an old one( July 2020) I explained to her how we have been in touch with the doctor who has told us to keep the same does the doctor is in India. So she expects us to go there and get a prescription Not really happy with this kind of attitude. +256 754 444 442 This is the number I contacted. You want some one to first die then you know that they needed medicine??? Something should be checked here.

First Pharmacy is terrible, unorganized, and delays are ridiculous, I had waited almost 40 minutes No-One was Answering, They keep Bouncing you from One counter to another, Even after waiting for 40-Minutes The staff disappear,After That they are saying ''let me Look for someone'' FIRST PHARMACY IS THE WORST PHARMACY IN KAMPALA NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL.

They basically have all medicines u may need. Their meds are affordable and they have a good ambiance that helps you feel at home as you make your purchase. Although there is always a wait in line, they are some how quick and they ensure every customer gets worked upon.
