Everything was ok before i sent my wife to pick up the vehicle. I had asked all the correct questions and was even volunteered that the brakes on the Range Rover in question had just been changed. I asked about keys, previous owners and rust. Due to work, i couldn’t accompany my wife the 600 miles to pick up the vehicle. She goes and gets it and the first red flag was when the GM told her it was only one key when it was previously discussed that the vehicle had 2 keys (keys cost $500 and i knew this). Her, this being her first purchase of this magnitude still goes ahead and takes possession of the vehicle. On her test drive she calls and asks, should the brakes be making noise and they just changed them? Me: No. how do they feel? Her: They stop but i feel a little something. Me: Is it ok or no? Her: Yeah i still want it. She gets back to Montgomery and the brake rotors are pitted and rusted (If you tell a customer you changed the brakes, the customer doesn’t expect to do any brake work upon receiving the vehicle. Ie, pads or rotors!) My heart drops as i get on my knees to look under the vehicle. The entire undercarriage is rusted as well. I asked all these questions before the purchase so I’m steaming as i call the general manager to give him a piece of my mind. I ask for him and get put on a 35 min hold. I hang up and call back and he answers. As I’m letting him know how wrong he is and explaining the situation, all he can do is stop me and offer an apology. This was his demo vehicle but he tells me he has no knowledge of the rust, he tells me he changed the brake pads, and lets me know that he will talk to the salesman that told me there were 2 keys but he can do nothing about it. Do not buy from these scammers. They lie and when confronted will do absolutely nothing to even try to fix the problem! A bunch of crooks! Pictures posted. This is a vehicle that was just purchased and said to have fresh brakes and no rust and 2 keys

Con artists. They sold me a car with bad shocks/struts, along with around 10 other things they were supposed to fix. They now refuse to fix them, instead insisting on committing fraud by having me wait 30 days to fix them so they can fraudulently bill the extended warranty company for the preexisting issues, earning money off the repairs instead of fixing them before selling vehicles. When I refused, their scam just kept getting worse. They ignore my calls, rarely return my calls, and they are doing all they can to try to push this past 30 days. Then, their service manager, who isn’t listed as a certified mechanic, tried telling me that the struts being covered in thick oil wasn’t an issue, he wiped the oil off and they were fine. I asked where 1/4” of caked on oil on the shock absorber was coming from, if not the shock, and he couldn’t answer that. However, they would be happy to replace them if they could bill the warranty company, showing you how dishonest these people are. When I called a scam a scam, they changed their argument yet again, this time claiming the sales person only wrote that they would inspect them, so they are only going to inspect them and not replace them (however, if I agree to letting them commit fraud and bill the warranty company, the shocks will go from “fine” to needing repaired). Just look at the pics, these shocks/struts are obviously bad. I wasted a day driving there to get all of the promised repairs done, and all they did was fix a coin holder. They have yet to make any of the other promised repairs, and they avoid my calls by having the phone person claim they aren’t available. Once you sign the papers they hide and refuse to take responsibility for anything. Just look at their responses to other reviews, you’ll see a trend of them avoiding responsibility for their mistakes. Don’t get yourself stuck in the same legal mess I’m now going to have to deal with.

Be sure to take any car you are considering purchasing from here to have an inspection, or at least free visual inspection from its respected dealer or your trusted auto shop. I was warned about buying from here and was prepared to buy a black 2019 Audi A5 2.0T Premium Plus last week (which is still listed on their website as of today). I was told the car was fully inspected by Fishers Imports service department, in pristine condition, no accidents and clean Carfax. Thankfully, I took it to the Audi dealer where I was shown it had the wrong headlight put on the front passenger side and that alone would have been $4,000 just in parts to replace. It also had internal fender damage, had been repainted in multiple areas and had air bag warnings. The hood did not line up from the left to the right side. The car had been in a major accident but never reported to Carfax. These things are not easy to spot if you don’t know how to look for the defects. I didn’t even bother to have the engine looked at after all the exterior damage. They are asking $34,400 for this car and I was told not to pay over $24,000. This happened last week and the same car is still listed on their website with no updates in information regarding it has been in an accident. Fishers Imports has nice cars, but just please do yourself a favor and ensure to have it inspected outside of their facility. Im not saying not to buy a car from here, I’m just saying to have it inspected outside of their service department. The salesmen here have an answer for everything, don’t be fooled. I 100% believe they knew this car had been in an accident. I’m glad I listened to my gut!

I drove 2 and a half hours to this dealership to buy a Infiniti Q60 and wasn’t the happiest with the service. Brandon Roman seemed like a decent guy , can’t say the same for the others . I had originally put down half of the vehicle price and was going to have the bank finance the rest . The bank then called and said that the dealership wasn’t excepting it . Bank really made it sound like the dealership really wanted us to go through their financing. I wasn’t having it and bought the car fully out . 1 month later when setting up the title papers we had found out that the dealership had put a lien on the title . Had to get that all settled out at the DMV and bank . Huge mess and inconvenience. It’s a real shame that they have all of these nice vehicles but bad service. I Was really going to suggest my friend about getting his Audi from here but I’m not going to have my friend waste his time and wouldn’t recommend anyone.

I had a great customer service experience with my purchase. Shortly after purchasing the vehicle, the entire infotainment system went out. This isn't just a radio, it also controls all of the heat and A/C controls. I went back very distraught as I hardly owned the vehicle for even a weekend and just spent over $1200 for a set of new tires on top of the purchase. The GM was so reassuring that we can work this out and didn't hold me for the total cost of the part/labor. Although it took a while to completely diagnose the issue and take care of this as well as a couple of other issues, I felt that I was very cared for as a client. They took care of a few other issues as well, just to make things right. The owner and service manager were also very considerate. All in all a very good experience and I would consider purchasing again. Remember that these are used vehicles.

Most terrible experience I’ve ever had in my life! Sold a car right under me just while I was obtaining outside financing. They knew I my loan with navy federal was going to be made out to them. Contacted them the next morning and they told me the car was sold. Now I have a cashiers check for 30k made out to them and no car! No one contacted me in the process to let me know they ran my credit knew I was interested. As I was talking to the finance manager asan and asked if he would split registration with me at the last step of the process he then said it was sold. Beware stay away especially if your using your own outside finances!

Owen was amazing. I had inquired about an Alfa Romeo Giulia he has on the lot. Owen was very responsive and fast. I asked for certain pictures of the car and he didn't hesitate. In fact, sent me a video as well of the entire car (despite having 65 pictures on the listing). He took me serious and was very respectful, even when I had to give him the bad news that I found a car that fits our requirements a little better. He even made sure that I wasn't getting screwed over on hidden fees from the other dealership. I will always come to Fisher Imports first when I look for another vehicle.

I don’t usually leave reviews but I wanted to make sure I highlighted the fantastic experience I had at Fishers Imports. From my first inquiry, Ihsan patiently answered all my questions about the car I was interested in. When I said I wanted to take a test drive, I showed up and the car was parked right up front and ready to go. I took a few days to think about it and when I was ready Ihsan made the entire experience smooth. It was the FASTEST car buying experience I’ve ever experienced - New or Used. I’m thrilled with the car and hope to purchase from them again.

If you are an out of state customer and want your vehicle right away, be sure to pack plenty of patience. The process is really long and tedious. My deal was done on 07/08 and it’s 07/22 and I still haven’t received the delivery of my vehicle. I’m being told they’re just waiting for a shipping company to pick it up. But I guess on a positive note their customer service is very kind, courteous and professional. They may just need to revisit their policy for out of state customer to find the most efficient and safe way to expedite the process.

I bought a couple of cars from Fishers Imports at the first location. When I came to this new locations it’s way better than any other dealership in Indiana. Inventory is much better. I was able to pick my BMW right from the lot. Amazing customer service as usual. Great selection and amazing servicing options based on my previous purchases. I would highly recommend them and if you have not been to the new location, I would recommend a visit.

I didn't actually buy a car from Fishers Imports, though was so impressed with the professionalism and respect from Brandon Roman, that I had to leave a review. I find it extremely ironic that the more expensive the car is, the less customer service you get. Brandon was quite the opposite, and while we couldn't come to terms on price, he provided very reasonable and detailed reasons why he decided to pass. Very rare when selling exotic cars.

HORRIBLE customer service. QUITE discriminatory over even the lower valued cars on the lot. Didn’t even want to let me test drive until I told them who I ALREADY had financing approved through and then wanted to ride in the car with us because “the gas was low”. Purchased 2016 Range Rover sport tdi last July. It’s been in the sop for 6 of those months! Over 30k has been put into this truck! Ask me for receipts fishers or anyone else looking to buy. This truck has been an absolute disaster since purchasing. New engine, suspension wacked, no ac, new starter…I have receipts for it all. In one year there has been over 30k put into this truck! Be warned, do not purchase from fishers!

We worked with Tyler to look at options in their stock, and they made it easy to test drive and were informative. Great inventory of options, and negotiated for a reasonable price. The downside was that there was only one key, and that information was not shared until we took possession of the car. I would consider Fishers imports for future purchases, but would definitely ask about keys before deal finalization.
