I’ve been working with Ben since he first started classes in the park. And for the past year I’ve been in his small group personal training (SGPT) sessions which have been absolutely amazing. He strikes the right cadence throughout the session, the right balance of working out vs coaching, and ability to tailor feedback to individuals, and tracking progress for each person to ensure they’re meeting their own (sometimes quite different!) fitness goals. SGPT is the perfect middle ground between 1-2-1 personal training and larger classes. And you get a killer workout at the same time. Can’t recommend highly enough.
Just the very place I'd been looking for. The 1:1 sessions are outstanding - especially the way they encourage you to think about more than just fitness. It's about the whole of you - not just one bit. Ben adapts each session to each individual and no session is the same. You won't get bored here. For me, this is what keeps me coming back. To visibly see results whilst enjoying yourself - well, I never thought that possible! And on top of all these reasons to use this gym, the on-going support is second to none. Nothing is too much. Thanks for everything so far Ben - I'll be signing up for the next 10 sessions!
Bens care, enthusiasm, deep knowledge and all round holistic approach, has been hands down one of the best investments I’ve made towards my health. He brought me back into my body, gave me strength, and so much more which I wasn’t aware I was un balanced in. His approach is light, simple, effective and heart felt. I would say anyone and everyone would thoroughly benefit from working with him, he is able to intuitively gage what your body might be lacking and what your thought patterns might be stuck in. Everyone needs to go for at least one session with Ben!
Mel is an incredible PT! Her knowledge is incredible and her energy is amazing. She's helped in terms of rehabilitation for my disc replacement after surgery, being signed off with my specialist team and I can't thank her enough for that!! She truly listens to all your needs and combines this with a bespoke PT programme for yourself. Her passion shines through for the love of her job and offers a great all round service! ⭐️ The movement Hub is a joy to work In. I love competitive sports, but hate gyms. All that equipment and all the posing. Ben & Mel are doing something different. It’s simple, but powerful. I love the focus on movement, I love the playful atmosphere, I love the variety, the surprises. I love the routine, without the rut. No session is ever the same. So refreshing. All achieved with a few rubber bands, some weights, boxes, rings and bars. Oh, and the Ski Erg. My friend the Ski Erg. Thank you both for keeping me moving, and bringing me morning moments of magic, mayhem and laughter.
Movement Fit Hub has become one of my priorities. Ben & Mel are excellent. Such a nice push with so much fun. I have been involved since the start and my body, my nutrition and my mental health have changed completely with the help of this beautiful team. A big Thank you too Ben for have made me achieve places I thought I was incapable to. I love the whole team and have made beautiful friends too. Highly recommend :))
Mel has been my PT since July, working on all-round fitness. I cannot recommend her highly enough. She is super professional, informative and focused. She puts a lot of thought into every session and keeps it varied so I don't get bored (which has been an issue for me with other PTs). I look forward to every session, have seen a lot of physical changes already, and am evidently a lot fitter. 5/5!
Amazing workout space and a well educated PT at the helm! Been gyming for over a decade now, Ben was still able to show me new techniques that catered best for my goals and ambitions. Stretching is one thing, but all the other movements to increase mobility is something I never thought of. I'll be booking another session for sure!!
The running strength and mobility class was awesome! So different to any other class I’ve been to, it really focused on the muscles you need to strengthen to become a better runner, improve your flexibility and prevent injury. Ben really knows his stuff but also takes time to understand what everyone wants to get out of the class.
The energy and vibes in this gym are fire. I felt immediately welcome and ready to work. Bens way of working is encouraging, empowering and left me buzzing by the end. He manages to pitch the classes perfectly so that no matter the skill level everyone gets an amazing work out. I've never felt so inspired to train.
Ben is a great PT and his approach really works!! He goes above and beyond to set realistic personal goals and is always there to support me along the way. The variety of his classes have really improved my confidence to try new things and I’m so much stronger and healthier than I was 3 months ago.
Ben and Mel make exercising fun - the classes are thoughtful, challenging and most importantly so enjoyable! I always look forward to seeing them and the rest of the community at the weekends. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to try something new and fun for their exercise regime.
Seeing Ben truly got me out of the winter rut of exercising. He is so friendly and happy even very early in the morning! He also got me thinking more about strength training and how important it is rather just doing cardio all the time! Would definitely recommend to anyone
The most fun HIIT class I've ever done. Ben and Mel are so knowledgeable so all the classes have something for everyone, mobility, strength and cardio. A close-knit, supportive, fun athletic community that I'm genuinely sad when I can't make a class.
I tried Ben's small group personal training about a month ago and have been going twice a week ever since! Awesome energy, I was made to feel really comfortable from the start and my lower back pain is getting better by the session. Thanks Ben!
