Been a member for many many years was looking to renew my off-peak annual membership for £150 but the owner decided to increase the price to £220 (-_-) and the Anytime access membership is £223 ??? How does that make sense.... it is an extortionate tactic to buy something you don't need! Will have to review other gyms in the area

Best staff, great atmosphere! The lighting is perfect - creating a good ambience. Separate rooms for a studio and spinning classes. I love that there’s also a women’s gym and 2 sauna’s one in men’s and women’s changing rooms. Would highly recommend! My only wish is constant Wi-Fi throughout the gym ✨

The gym needs some major TLC, from the taps to the shower mould to the light bulbs and ceilings and the rest. Wi-Fi password never works. Management: Please buy more mats and monitor the number of members per class. The floors are absolutely disgusting and have probably never been cleaned.

I've been there little over a month now, even though during peak time it can be difficult to get availability of machines straight away, the wait is never too long, there's always sanitizer and paper to clean, the changing room are clean enough and the staff is very helpful.

This gym is huge and has amazing facilities, the staff are very helpful and the place looks very organised. It even has a ladies section with spacious washrooms and showers, which includes a sauna. The price to pay is alright and it's really easy to book classes online.

I personally love going to this gym. I have been a (returning) member for nearly a year. Convenient and 4min from the station. The staff is polite, helpful and some more friendly than the others.

Update: It's the same as 2 years ago when I joined last time. I rejoined but the issue is still there so I left this gym again and joined another gym adjacent to it. No hope of improvement here.
