Good store! I love that they have those big bags of candy that's usually $10 or more at other stores but are $5 here. Like the big bag of Gummy bears and kids sour patch, etc.. I found a calligraphy pen set that wasn't the best quality. Spent $4 or $5.00 but tbh the value of it was more like $2.00 and I'm saying this to be nice. It worked but not very good. Had to shake the ink for forever before it started writing and after writing a few sentences it got dull. So yeah, its a bit of a workout using them. Also bought a phone charger cable and so far it's doing good but I don't understand why I paid $5.95 when this is supposed to be $5 and below. But idk maybe they changed a few things like Dollar Tree. The customer service is Ok, I like that they have self checkout. It's a pretty clean store and they have a lot of cool stuff. A lot of good gift ideas. It's OK. :)

Updated on 12/ 04/2020 Ok so this time last year I had awarded them 5 stars , I am sad to say this year They have earned 4 stars. Not much has changed however 1 huge change is Self Checkout!! And only self checkout looks like they cut out all those employees that wanted min.wage to increase to 15.00 per hour! Look what happened A job is better than no Job!! Still loving 5 & Below!I love the amount of stock they have to choose from! I love that they do bring in different items maybe monthly. Anytime I come here I spent about 150-200, my daughter thinks it’s the dollar store I try to tell her 5.00 dollars each adds up faster than you think especially when she grabs a buggy every time and starts filling it up. She’s 19, Here’s also a free tip , Never put my daughter as a Authorized user on many of your credit cards. Lol. There customer service is great as well.

When I tell you that I was absolutely amazed and pleased with the items in the store that's not even scratching the surface. As I wander through the storm just looking for things that I may need it home I was absolutely amazed with the amount of products they had I was truly shocked when I saw clothing there from small to extra large which would accommodate a person of almost any size. My favorite product that I bought there recently were these large area rugs when I I've priced those ones that other store they were probably in the range of 30 to $40 these rugs large and can easily blend with any decor. This is one of my very favorite stores and it is easy to give this store a rating of 5 stars . Go and visit Five Below trust me you will not leave empty-handed!

There is something to always get out of this store lol. I go in and say I'm just here to check out things but leave with 40 dollars worth of stuff lol. Its basically like going to Walmart lol. My kids love it and I do to because I'm able to get them something without breaking the bank. The store has an upbeat vibe. The customer service is great but sometimes you can't find them. I tend to always stay in the workout, makeup, and electronics sections! I love this place and the cost is great even though some stuff should be cheaper than the cost of it. There was some nothing over 5 dollars though and if it is then it's probably because it's a specialty item. I fell in love with my guitar hero game. They got me ready for the gym with all my workout gear.

This is my first time going to the store and I loved it I mean not a bunch of really awesome stuff that you absolutely need but thousands upon thousands of little things that are just cooler than heck I mean I really like the store got to search around and look at all kinds of different things and actually my kids are the one that turned me on to this store they love it to death you know they work all week long with their chores and take their little allowances and go to five and below and get quite a few things most of everything in there is five and below but the highest I've seen anything get was $10 and that's not very many things so good store go check it out kids love it

Cashiers are not very welcoming in the last few months, this day was no different, i went in grabbed my items got to the register, 4 cashiers were there, 1 seemed to be a manager & left soon after she spoke to the cashiers. 1 went back to cashiering while she spoke to the 2 cashiers instead of her customer. The line had 5 people waiting. I git heated watching. So when the 2 cashiers went to open registers I let 2 other people go ahead while I waited on the 1st cashier because I needed to control my mouth & be respectful had i gone to the 2 others I may not have.

They have some good products, but this place during Christmas is a chaotic mess. With that being said, the other 11 months out of the year I love this store. The candy selection is my favorite. They have art supplies, home decor for kids, adults, and teenagers. Clothes, beauty supplies, pet supplies, outdoor equipment, electronics, games, party supplies, and holiday supplies. If you are looking for goods that are between $1 & $5 then look no further! I would give it 5 starts if they had a better handle on the store during Christmas time.

Okay so I know this seems ridiculous but the wonderful ladies who work here made my daughters night!! I’ve been looking for a cute cow stuffed animal for her because she’s obsessed with cows at the moment. I saw this in stock at their store and called to see if they still had them, they said they have some in the back and will get it for us when we come in store. We finally got her little cow stuffy and she’s so happy. Thank you to the wonderful ladies working who helped us get it!

This place is always great. I dont have anything bad to say. The closest to something bad would be that I always spend way more money than I want in here because it's so cheap I want to buy everything and it's good stuff. They really make a few dollars go a long way here. There are toys, makeup, books, home decor, games, electronics, candy, exercise stuff, shoes, clothes, pretty much everything and it's all really stylish and cool. There really is something for everyone here.

Always love it here. Great stuff for decent prices. And they have a section that changes with the seasons and it's a great place to find good party items and decorations. They also have really great phone chargers here. I always get mine from there because 1. They're only $5 and 2. They are usually super long. They also used to not have type C but they do now. I'd recommend to anyone. Especially people with children it's a great place for small toys and gifts.

It's a pretty AWESOME place! I mean Sooo much to pick from it's crazy and everything is name brand and great quality it is really something else i know you will all enjoy the place got a great toy section and a great electronics section it's got great clothes to pick from to actually like some pretty decent men's tank tops and t's the place has a huge section for candy and other House hold item's place is really all that and a bag of chip's!

I went to look at some press on nails that a friend told me about at another 5 Below. While the selection wasn't huge, they did have some cute designs that I'd try for the price to get a few days wear out of them. They also carry L.A. Colors makeup and some of those eye palettes were so cute! They also have EVERYTHING you could ever want for the summer including some stuff you didn't think you'd need/want. I will definitely be back to do some shopping.

My experience, well I went through the self check out and the last made sure I didn't steal anything, like right in me over my shoulder, but I leave my 16 dollars in change and she has no clue where it went. I believe she stole it. So you guys get paid to make sure we don't steal but not make sure we leave the store with our change? So angry, she had to put away some of my items I decided I couldn't get, but didn't see my money, I don't believe it.

Love this store. They have something for everyone. This was the store that I got most of my Christmas shopping done at being that toys r us closed down. Everything in there is literally 5 or below, no false advertising there. The employees are also great. You are greeted as soon as you walk into the store. They everything from electronics, makeup,makeup accessories, clothes, toys, candy etc. Great store & it's super affordable!

Limited stock. Small store compared to others I’ve been to. Ample parking. Store was clean. Cashier was friendly. Busy location. Also, lots of products were open and missing. Obviously they need to do better with thieves. Probably would not go back to this location again just because it was small, didn’t have much to offer and some things you can’t buy because they’ve already been opened or some of the product has been stolen.

They have so much stuff in here to choose from. Basically gifts for everyone at such cheap prices $1-5, no higher. Since I'm on a tight budget and I was worried that I was not able to get Christmas gifts for my kids till I came here. I got them two gifts a piece plus one for my husband, a game we can play on Christmas, plus a gift for a family member. I'm not done yet. I'll be back to finish shopping. I love this place!

So I just have to say it’s all a lie me and my spouse was in their yesterday and five&Below is a scam Five and below means that everything is five dollars another why is that we were finding stuff for $5.55 and $7.75 and $8 dollars and more and the store is completely unorganized walk to the store and half the employees and the customers weren’t warning mask so not true about the $5 and below lol

This can end up as a kitschy expensive place for a teenager to get lost in if you don't reign them in, but as an old timer with no kids even I have found useful things I need here. A very good selection of electronics cables under $5 which can be very expensive elsewhere. Handy supplies for outdoor activities and cheap shoes and casual clothes if you're in a pinch and need something last minute.

I took my son here so he could look for a present for his sister. The stock seemed fine, though I have been to larger Five & Below stores. He enjoyed it and found two nice gifts that he could afford. We were treated kindly by an employee and had an overall good experience. The place has the feel of an upscale Dollar Tree. It's a good bargain place and we appreciated the employees good attitude.

Does this location not check their returned merchandise? I purchased a waist trainer that seemed unopened and had a FOOT PRINT on the inside. I decided to return it and purchase this kettlebell. Again, seemed unopened and what do you know, it’s dirty. Either they’re selling used merchandise or 5below is just cutting corners and selling damaged/dirty merchandise straight from the factory.

This is the worst 5 below I went to, I got my ears pierced here and the man did such a bad job, he pierced my ears down instead of across, meaning the pericing ends at the tip of my ears and that’s very very painful. My ears are hurting non stop so bad and it almost got infected and I had to take my earring out and there was so much puss coming out . DON’T COME HERE GO TO CLAIR’S!!!

Five and below is a great place to bring your kids when you want to buy them a toy and you don't have that much to spend family loads great when you need a present for someone it's just all around good place nice people and they support youth employment they have all the amenities for handicapped to get in and out just all around good I give them a five stars I love driving to love

Great store the info is the name everything is $5 or below they have a range of things from pool supplies, workout equipment, school supplies, beauty products, room decor, toys and alot more . And everything is a pretty good quality for the price . No complaints from here I wish I could buy all their room decor and every trip there is an adventure

Great place to get last minute gifts for kids and adults alike. The candy at the checkout area is always fun to shop for.retro classic and new candy. The electronics section is helpful for cheap smart device accessories and the tee shirts and posters remind one of a toned down version of Spencer Gifts. I enjoy visiting with family all the time.

How have I not known about this store until recently..this place is awesome!! Better then any Dollar General, Family Dollar, or even Dollar store. The merchandise they have is so cool and its like Christmas anytime me and the kids go in, we always find something we need..or want lol..for an incredibly reasonable price, 5$ or less! Thanks guys!

This location has a huge selection. The quirky fun stuff they have will have you fascinated. My kids and I go there sometimes before heading to the beach, and they always have cool stuff like shovels, towels, blankets, even a hammock! The have boogie boards too, and bags of a variety of different candy. It's a fun place to just browse too.

There stock was low, They have gone to self checkout..when these stores start paying me for checking my own purchases, I will used a self checkout. Do not get me started on the fact that pretty much nothing is below five dollars and the freaking poles in the shopping carts. We won't go back and I cannot recommend Five and Below.

Shopping for toys today. Left with 3 Frozen toy's and a piece of candy for $12. Quality and selection was impressive. This particular store had some Ryan's (YouTube) toy's as well. Not sure if all the store's carry the same merchandise... My only complaint would be all the empty shelves. Makes me wonder what I missed out on.

Went looking for stocking stuffers. Found a Tweety ornament (I love Tweety) nice selection of stuff priced okay for most items, some stuff is of course cheaper at other stores if you shop around. Visit quite often, store can often be "junky" but usually it's because people don't put stuff back especially kids.

Good array of items. Some of the merchandise is straight up foreign rejects that can be found in the Dollar Tree store literally next door. But, the worse thing about it is the cashiers. They look miserable, and act like their doing people a big favor ringing them up....

I like the items for kids I can get for my son. Plus if you need something in expensive like some cheap ear buds or something this place is great. Also I just found out that they are the only place that still carrys Surge soda. I have never had an issue with this store.

This store sells broken products and does not accept exchanges if the product is open. I purchased a car mount and it was broken and the manager refused to return it when I walked out to my car opened it to set it up and walked back in for an exchange.

I LOVE this store. I could be in here for hours. I'm not sure what that says about me. Am I extremely a.d.d? Yes. Does my inner child run rampant in stores and touch everything? Also yes. Is that okay? Prob not. Am I going to do it again? Absolutely.

dirty, cluttered, everything was in disarray the shelves were mainly empty and the employees were extremely Unfriendly. The only reason I'm giving 3 stars is because the line was very long they kept it moving and got everybody out pretty quick.

Always spend too much time in there! Very organized and the customer service is great! Prices are kinda eh. Just because its $5 for something super small but also $5 for a larger more costly item! But still, great deals to be found!

There is a white guy with long hair who works there who dresses in regular clothes and follows only black people around. He is racial profiling. I felt very uncomfortable shopping there. He ruined my shopping experience

Awesome place to shop, however theu really need to keep up with there products as people tear up their makeup and they dont even mark it down. Also theu need to have every register open. Lines get very long

I had to exchange a few items. No problems, no issues. The staff at ALL of the 5 Below stores I've patronized have been extremely friendly and helpful. Whatever they are doing, they must be doing it right!

As expected. Fair pricing for decent merchandise . A little bit of everything from toys, electronics, gift wrap, clothes, art supplies, for all ages. Definitely recommended for the price conscious shopper.

Comparing this location to the Oakleaf Plantation location, this one is sad. I found opened product packaging in my recent visit. I reported it to staff. They taped it up, and put it back out to sell.

Witnessed an employee being so rude to a lady who needed help checking out. The so called manager that came up did not help the situation. I will not be back if this is how they treat their customers.

Lots of neat clothing, accesory, make up item. Nice book selection. A lot of inexpensive toys and tech stuff for children of all ages. Huge selection of familiar and old fashioned candies.

I was disappointed the prices are no longer 5 dollars and below like it's name says and how it use to be. Very misleading need to change the name or change the stock back to 5 and below

With a name like 5 Below, I figured prices would be $5.00 and below. I didn't see any thing above $5.55. We purchased a Bluetooth headset and was happy with the quality of the product.

Love Five Below. My family is excited they are now in Jacksonville. We always start here when looking for phone accessories and back to school supplies.

dollar tree + ross + goodwill = five below. everything is $5 or less, they have SO MANY THINGS, the quality is usually decent, and they do returns!

Always have plenty of cool stuff. I'm sad to say though that Walmart has higher quality toys than five below which totally took me by surprise.
