I remember the good old days of 2018, when a single burger and fries at Five Guys wasn't $21. $21... For a fast food burger. Y'all have lost your minds. It's a decent burger. It's on the same level as a Hugh Baby's. You can't charge us like you've got Gordon Ramsay back there, slinging hot beef and spicy insults. Lower the prices, get back to what made you a good place to eat. Last thing- don't charge me $21 for a burger and fries to go, then expect me to tip your staff. If you're grossly overcharging everyone, you can pay them a good wage.

We gave feedback directly to this Five Guys location once after receiving an order that wasn’t right, and they have only provided excellence since. The quality and quantity has been dependable and much appreciated. More than that, the staff has gone above and beyond to ensure we have a wonderful dining experience. We went in late one night shortly before closing and we were welcomed with superior service and courtesy. Everybody is friendly and personable and we’ve really enjoyed talking to staff members! :)

I’ve always been a Five Guys fan, but this location has let me down too many times. The last two visits they got our order completely wrong. Both times were take out and I tipped in advance (why do we do this before receiving service and actual order?). Anyway, I won’t ever be back to this location and will give second thought on Five Guys in general before spending $12 on a cheeseburger. And don’t get me started on their prices.

Decent food but highly overpriced. Staff needs classes on customer service and restaurant cleanliness. Most of the tables were dirty and only 1 table had customers. Employees were standing around talking.

The staff here is great! An’Quescia was super helpful! I ordered almost every topping and she didn’t object! She recommended which fries are best, she explained the different between a little and regular burger, and she had a smile on her face the entire time. My burger was hot and fresh, the fries were piping hot! They also gave me A LOT of fries. I was super happy! I’ll definitely return.

Just tried to order two cheeseburgers but the service was so terrible I had to cancel my order and leave. While trying to tell the lady what toppings I wanted, she started yelling at me. I’m so furious. Unfortunately I think the lady who treated me like this was not only the manager, but also seemed to be on some hard drugs. Hopefully someone will see this review and do something about it.

One of the best fast food restaurants in Bellevue area. Their burger is consistently delicious and fulfilling than McDonald’s or Burger King. Their fries are good, although I prefer them crispier. If you’re not a fan of salty food like me, try to avoid getting the Cajun fries. The only problem i have is the price, like most other five guys establishments in America.

Solid burger. The person working the counter got about half of my items correct even after repeating them twice but it was less than an hour til close so I can't fault them. Good burgers mediocre fries. Lives up to brand standards.

Meh. Decided to give Five Guys a try. Their fries are phenomenal but everything else is just whatever. Service is people that just don’t care about the job and the restaurant was super dirty. Spent $40 for 2 people! I’d rather just stick with my in-n-out even if their fries are not as great.

Great burgers as always! Good fries and peanuts too. For those who haven't been, they have lots of free add-ins to the burgers. Sauce condiments as well as grilled onions, peppers, jalapenos, mushrooms, etc. Also have the coke freestyle machines.
