I recently visited Five Smooth Stones as part of a new home buyer agreement/package, where my builder enlists Five Smooth Stone to oversee a great deal of technology installations and upgrades. The experience was nothing short of exceptional. The process was seamless, beginning with scheduling an appointment. Upon visiting the store, I was met by John and Anthony, both of whom were professional, knowledgeable and very helpful. The facility is state-of-the art and showcases a wide-range of products for the customer, including flat screen TVs, mounts, sound bars, designs options and other technologies. The staff had my floor plan and was able to sketch diagrams to strategically place electrical, cable, internet and other outlets, for the builder to utilize. We covered every conceivable technology design area, including outlets, smart boxes, home security systems, internet routers, closed circuit television, audio products, TVs and mounts. That notwithstanding, at no point did the staff ever attempt to oversell or pressure me into making purchases; rather, they took the time to provide honest feedback and recommendations, as well as to answer all of my questions, ultimately working working within my budget. I would recommend Five Smooth Stones, without question or hesitation, to anyone in the market for home technologies.

I just bought a home and felt overwhelmed with getting all the tech up and running throughout the house. I called to set up an appointment with Five Smooth Stones and was reassured on the phone that everything needed to secure my home and get it up and running would be done in just a few hours. Ronnie and Chris S. showed up, asked a few questions (where to hang the TVs) and in just a few short hours, everything was done. I didn't have to oversee anything or check on them...they just got to work and were done in no time. They even connected all of my devices to each TV without me having to ask. Additionally, they gave me a thorough walk-thru of the security system and made sure that I was comfortable with their instructions before they left. Chris and Will showed up on time and got straight to work installing my surround and security system. Both were extremely knowledgeable and professional. Maximum productivity without wasted effort, these gents didn't dilly dally! They were friendly and engaging, didn't speak over my head with technical terms. They also made sure I understood how everything operated and said they'd be glad help with any issues that may arise. The surround install looks awesome, components neatly stacked and tidy, all wires zip-tied/tucked. The sub woofer I ordered was on back order so they LOANED me one until mine comes in! My home networking panel looks great, you can tell these guys are proud of their work. You get what you pay for here, check them out! BTW my surround system ROCKS!

Five Smooth Stones was a part of our new construction building process in Rivertown. From the beginning, they were helpful in addressing all of our electronic/cable/internet needs. After moving in, we ran into an issue attempting to install a television on our covered lanai, and we reached out to the company to see if they could assist. Anthony and John were professional, knowledgeable, and helped us with our finishing touches in making our new backyard perfect! They arrived on time and gave us advice on placement and other factors we hadn’t considered. They securely hung the tv and we haven’t had any issues. The team at Five Smooth Stones continues to exceed my expectations. I was experiencing some technical difficulties with my Sonos Connect amp and had asked if they could test it out for me, which they did. Thankfully, it checked out fine after having to do a factory reset. When I went to pick it up at their operations facility Roger was kind enough to answer several of my questions related to my Sonos setup. After expressing interest in purchasing a couple of extra components, we discussed options and he was able to sell them to me while I was there! Five Smooth Stones installed our sound system and security system in our new home about two years. The systems have worked perfect. However, yesterday my Sonos system just worked working. I tried the usual things to reboot the systems. Nothing worked. This morning i called Five Smooth Stones and spoke with John. First, John was very nice and professional. He walked me through the diagnostics of the system then ask me to close out the Sonos app and re enter it..it then worked perfect. Outstanding problem solving over the phone! They were an unbelievable group of people! Tyler Stone helped with the whole experience getting everything set up and graciously answered all my questions within an hour each time I had a question! When we had the install, Scott Hollis and Chris Smith did the install and they were absolutely awesome! Both were super professional and did a wonderful job and quickly! They cleaned up and answered all questions in a professional manner and interacted with my family. The whole team of Chris, Scott, and Tyler was a 5 star team and the equipment they use is the best. Joe and Chris from 5SS were here yesterday to hang two large flat screen TVs (60 and 75”)in our bedrooms. The 75” was a Frame TV, which went in the master bedroom, while the smaller one went in a guest bedroom. The installations were quickly and professionally completed, and looked fantastic once done. Joe and Chris were very knowledgeable about their products, and were a pleasure to work with. They were very neat as well, and made sure that all work was done to our complete satisfaction. This was the second project that 5SS did for us; we are extremely pleased with all of the work they have done.

We built a house in Rivertown and Five Smooth Stones installed all of our audio & visual components. Ryan was about sales person who was fantastic during the entire process. From selecting components to outfit our home perfectly, scheduling and making sure everything ran smooth. Fred and Tony were our installers for our TV’s and Sonos systems. These guys were amazing. I have had the pleasure of working with Five Smooth Stones for 5 years now, there team has always been professional and courteous. When I first started working with them my main point of contact was Roger Bolman, no matter what I needed Roger always was available to help. Roger always helped out with scheduling and service, especially when I would have one off items that were not always able to be scheduled through the proper channels due to time restraints with walks and closings. Scott and Chris did a great job today installing and configuring our new TV. Not only did they get the new TV connected to our Control 4 system in no time, but they also helped us move the old TV to the bedroom and get it working as well. Brian came out and installed my security system several months ago and it has changed the way I view the security of my home. I love that I can set and disarm it from anywhere and get alerts on my phone when I do. It’s given me peace of mind and there’s nothing more important than feeling secure. Anthony spent a great deal of time designing my project for my new home entertainment system and wifi system. He helped me find the right products within my budget. Joe, Colton, and Scott did an amazing job with the installation. They thoroughly cleaned up all dust from drywall cutouts, tested the system, and gave me a run down on how to use everything. The TV mounts look great and the system sounds amazing. Wifi is super fast and handles our household's devices flawlessly. Will definitely use them for my loft project when it rolls around!

We have a new build and Five Smooth Stones were the Builders installer. They came to the house for our initial training on the key pad and then a second time for a HD door bell swap. I was less than impressed initially with the sale of the door bell as it was not the type that I could use without the monthly subscription. The company however, had no hesitation in taking care of the problem and the Technician "Andreas Posada" could not have been nicer and more thorough. Great customer service!

I had to take the time to recognize the work that Andres Posada and Aaron Contee performed at my home as they mounted a 65” TV and connected several Sonos Amps, Subwoofer, and Soundbar. The attention to detail and professionalism was absolutely impressive. Not only did they do an amazing job with the installation and connection, but they also ensured that I understood every piece of equipment and the best way to operate it. I have been a 5 Smooth Stones customer for 3+ years and have found the sales & technical teams to be professional and deliver high quality products & services. Just recently a SunBrite remote went bad likely due to being outside for 90% of the time (pollen, humidity). Due to supply chain constraints - it was very difficult to find but with some perseverance - John Prince was able to get one. That's the kind of post-sale support everyone yearns for but rarely gets.

Five Smooth Stones set up both my family room and theatre audio/visual. The price was competitive, the work was done well, but most importantly they have been outstanding with customer support. Any question that arises, they are quick to respond and happy to come back out to the house if need be. They both installed my two TV mount and floating shelf which turn out really great and i have to mention how neat their work also was. Great experience with five smooth stones! Anthony was my initial contact and helped plan out the system for new built home, he is awesome and knows his stuff. I had Joe for my installation which went perfect without any issues, my audio looks great in my entertainment center and the speakers sound fantastic! Also, Joe installed my security system as well, he is a fantastic technician and knows his stuff!

We were having trouble with hooking up our new TV to existing surround sound system. The team came in and quickly diagnosed the issue, we ended up getting a new receiver instead of spending lots of money rewiring which wasn’t necessary.
