Great practice, lovely people. I left a review, shortly after becoming a patient, "Great practice, lovely people." It is, and they are. What Fiveways Dental offers, though, deserves far more than a four-word review. The reception staff are genuinely lovely people, greeting you by your name as soon as you walk through the door. Always a warm welcome, and a friendly word to be had, but it doesn't mean much if ultimately you are seeing a dentist you are not comfortable with, or aren't confident in. Dominic, whose care I am under, is just fantastic. At the time of writing, he has been looking after my teeth for around three years now. I remember, telling him at my first appointment, just how nervous I generally am, during, and in advance of, dental appointments. Everything about his manner and his demeanour put me at ease, and he explained every single thing that he was about to do, and why, in advance of doing it. It has been the same at every appointment. On one occasion, a short-notice appointment, I was seen by Damian, Dominic's brother at the practice. It was no surprise that he inspired similar confidence. Over the time that I have been going to Fiveways, and for quite a while before, two teeth in particular have been especially troublesome, and I quite believe that the vast majority of dentists would have taken them out and saved themselves all of the hassle of trying to save them. Indeed, the two previous dentists I had seen had recommended their removal, something I was never comfortable going ahead with, and never did. There was never any guarantee that the work carried out by Dominic would save them, but there was a determination if at all possible to do so. He persevered, tried a number of different treatments, over a number of appointments, and they are now settled. It is so much better to save teeth, than to have to replace them. He told me that. The efforts that Dominic put in to save them, ultimately successful efforts, undoubtedly went beyond what could ordinarily be expected. Pertinently, none of this work was with any motive to increasing fees for the practice. I am on a monthly dental plan, and the fees are fixed whatever lengths he had gone to, or hadn't gone to, to save those teeth. He did it because he cares. And because he takes pride in what he does. Care and pride run throughout the practice. Some places have 'all the gear, no idea'. This practice has all the gear, and every idea. As another reviewer has mentioned, crowns are made on the day, in-house, and without the need for impressions, which are never a nice experience. Having been, for most of my life, 'a nervous passenger', I no longer am. I had to go in for some relatively major work recently, and it didn't bother me a jot. I knew I was in good hands. I cannot recommend Fiveways enough. I have no connection with the practice whatsoever, other than to be an extremely happy patient, one who has full confidence in all that they do. After moving here from London, I found them by Googling 'Best dentists in Liverpool'. Fiveways was one of the first names to come up, by review, not advertising. In my eyes, they have certainly proved themselves to be that. If you are looking for a dental practice you can trust, you have found it.

Tooth or filling cracked last night... Checked on the fiveways website which mentioned same day emergency appointments and lists costs for different treatments etc. Called a few times in the morning, but they were busy so i left a message to call me back. They called back a few hours later and told me the last time i used them was in 2018 (which is both wrong and irrelevant) and they are currently not taking anyone on. No alternatives, no appointments, no help offered. I have used the practice more recently for a tooth whitening kit in 2020 and hygienist visit/polishing in 2021 before my wedding which they had no issue taking my money for. Don't waste your time calling them if you have a dental emergency. Try another practice.

Choosing the practice as a privet patient was the best decision of my life. My dentist Aaron is very professional, excellent in his job. I was always terrified of the dental treatments with panic attacks and he was very understanding. Now I just hop in to the chair and done. They put the health of the patient before profit, so absolutely worth the money. His lovely assistant Jess makes me very comfortable, she is always smiling and comfort in the worse moments. The receptionists are very friendly and nice too. Absolutely recommend this place!!!!

Joined the fiveways dental as an emergency patient as never really suffered with my teeth. And the service I have received has been absolutely impeccable. Got me in quickly to be seen and the aftercare and the way they have gone out their way to help me has been brilliant. Also had to have a tooth out and I was in an out in the blink of an eye without any pain. Could not recommend them enough especially anyone who is scared or nervous about going the dentist if you are then this is definitely the place for you ♥️

I had my teeth cleaned by the hygienist and she done a lovely job she was very gentle and made me feel calm i must say since the practice has been Renovated it looks more like a spa, beautiful waterfall in the hallway and you get free bottles of water they also play soothing calm music with a tv on the ceiling so while your having treatment done you can watch tv, very inviting & luxurious i cant wait to go back in 6 months time i may even consider choosing fiveways dental practice as my permanent dentist

A big thank you to Dominic Andrew and the whole team for fitting me in today and doing a emergency extraction on one of my wisdom tooth I think they went beyond the call of duty they spent a hour or two with me to make sure they got it 100 % right which they did, I went in with a lot of pain and left with none and still pain free to date, I have been a patient for a good few years now and each visit is pain free. I can't praise them enough 5 stars from me Keep it up Five Ways Dental.

I am very pleased with the treatments received at Fiveways Dental Practice. I've been seeing Damien since 2019 and I've received a range of dental treatments (teeth whitening, straightening and veneers). Damien is amazing at his job - I could fully trust him from day one. Absolutely brilliant service. I would recommend Damien to anyone.

I recently moved practice mid way through implant treatment. I most definitely made a great decision. This is a brilliant dental practice. Every single member of staff is kind, knowledgeable and helpful. I’ve had lots of treatment done in the past but I have never felt so comfortable, confident and well looked after.

Great friendly atmosphere. Had some whitening was extremely pleased with the results!!!! had a crown replaced afterwards and was even made on the same day without any impressions! i would highly recommend this practice to anyone and i will most definitely be returning for regular care.
