Very poor customer service and worst communication between customer care and hotels. Hotel person was not allowed us to check in , even after we had paid full amount online. And when we called customer care they booked another hotel and make us paid and at their same thing happened again and when we tried to take all amount refund, Oyo had cut all amount as their charge. We had tried a lot to call customer care but no body was ready to help us it was horrible It will become my last journey with Oyo. I have lost my money and get tortured by calling customer care number and roaming one hotel to another. Worst service ever

Upon arrival at around 1.30 pm we were informed that there are no rooms available and we would have to wait till 5pm or 5.30 pm, for the time being we were given a NON AC room which was already in use. The person on the desk was casual by nature and said ab kya kar sakte hain sab rooms occupied hain. Later we were given the room which had a bad smell, bad linen, and dirty furniture. we checked out a day early and cancelled other bookings with the hotel. Seems they are interested in giving rooms only for short couple stays.

A delightful experience indeed. A very well maintained and clean property and got a mountain facing room and with ample furniture though it was bit too much. Hotel staffs are very cooperative. Get a breakfast included room because food is too good. Most of the places are nearby to the hotel as well. Thank you.

service was not good.food is not available. even you will not get the tea in your room.but the best thing is many expensive hotels are there in the same building. hotel is on main road so you can get any taxi or auto easily .good surroundings.peaceful location.some staffs are really good.this is a new hotel. no restaurant. bad service.no room cleaning.besheet was not changed for many days.

At first they took booking in advance...and at last moment prior to check in time..they declined to provide room stating that due to some unavoidable circumstances you have to shift your hotel to another hotel..

WARNING... Don't book online through oyo or any other app. These people will decline check inn for no reason and you will have to search for some other hotel. They are only interested in walk in couples who are desperate to stay for few hours even if they have to pay double...

Too much worst place ever I seen in my life very rude staff behaviour no any facilities available the forcing you take another room and when you chek in they says sir room is not available plz don't book this place and don't go there

Its a third class hotel, not accepting oyo services, very bad services, rude behaviour of manager….dont book this hotel…
