We ordered the Mango cake for my sisters birthday. The sponge is incredibly soft and fluffy, the perfect sponge and the mango cream and mango sauce was a perfect pairing. Not to sweet so that you want to keep coming back for more slices! Even after the next day after refrigerating the leftover cake, the texture was still soft and moist. The owner of the store is incredibly kind and went out of his way to prepare the cake especially in consideration of my sisters nut allergy. He was very accomodating and considerate to our special request. Needless to say we will be coming back to Flavours Inn for more cakes for every occasion and highly recommend it! The Mango and the Butterscotch are our favourites but there are many flavours to explore! They’re our favourite bakery in Sydney!

The butterscotch eggless cake from the cake shop was seriously delicious! Imagine a cake that's sweet like caramel but not too sugary, and super moist and fluffy without using any eggs. It's like a flavour explosion in your mouth! Good cakes like this one need a talented baker who knows their stuff. This cake made my taste buds do a happy dance, this cake shop really nailed it with their eggless butterscotch creation!

What a warm welcome we had today. First time visiting the new shop in Blacktown. Beautifully presented cakes at the front counter. Clean with enough space to allow us to sit down and enjoy a light snack.... The chicken puffs were amazing. Then enjoyed a well presented , generous slice of a cake along with a freshly made hot cup of coffee... overwhelmed by the genuinely warm and most friendly business staff and owners. Thank-you. stumbled upon this bakery in front of GL Plaza in blacktown, we had a birthday celebration today so we decided to try their cakes. bought their chocolate mud cake and we were automatically brought to heaven with its taste!! staff are very friendly and accomodating as well, even gave us complimentary snacks, thank you so much everything was delicious and would definitely recommend their cakes!

Handwritting of the person who wrote my wife's name is really great. Whenever I go there owner always gives treats for free. Girl works there have great smile. Nothing is too expensive. This shop definetly is in my list now.

I recently visited Flavours Inn (Cakes & Sweets) in Blacktown which specializes in eggless cakes. The cakes are of high quality, incredibly tasty and of reasonable pricing.
