We went to this store for the first time the other day because my son's high school cross country team coordinated a small event in which everyone would receive 20% off of merchandise. We drove up to the store on a last minute decision. Mitchell sought us out and helped my son pick the right mileage shoes. She even took the time to find proper inserts to help him with his arch pain, as well as digging out a color of those shoes that he preferred better. I sat on the floor because I was tired of standing, and I prefer the floor over a bench anyways, and she sat with me as she asked my son the right questions. She understood what he was trying to communicate, even though he is soft-spoken and a bit shy, and helped him find shoes that he felt good in. This is the exact opposite from our experience at Fort Worth Running Co., in which the gentleman took my son's awkwardness (he's 14) as lack of enthusiasm and lack of interest in the sport, resulting in advising me to not bother spending the money on expensive shoes for him if he's not even committed. Mitchell saw that this was not the case with him. Our visit to Fleet Feet was very pleasant, and I am so very thankful for Mitchell's help. She was amazing! We will be back!

I went into RunOn Fleet Feet in Ft Worth today, not expecting to find what I needed. I stand a minimum of 10 hours a day, so I HAVE to have comfort, support, yet they also must suit my professional attire. A young man named Carter was absolutely amazing. He LISTENED, scanned my feet, educated me on what the measurements, angles and foot positions showed him; and then made shoe recommendations customized to MY feet. He never tried to "sell" me, but only gave me suggestions based on my needs, wants, and comfortability in trying on each of the multiple pairs of shoes he brought out. And he only showed me shoes that he felt would work for me, and for my style preferences. He was very patient, focused on me, and never rushed me. Based on my feet he tried a couple different inserts to give me the right level of comfort and support, as well as a few specific socks request I had. These OnCloud white shoes with pale blue sides are gorgeous and feel SOOO good on. I hate shopping for shoes, but Carter actually made this a great experience. I appreciated his experience, kindness, AND his listening skills!!!

By far the best shoe buying experience I have ever had!!! Extremely knowledgeable employees not only tell you what kind of shoe you should wear but why and how it benefits your feet. Free foot scan shows exact measurements of your feet. Excellent customer service from start to finish and very friendly employees. Renee The salesperson was probably the best and most knowledgeable I've seen and has worked there 23 years!!! Totally walked in there wanting one shoe and left with a completely different one that has never felt so comfortable. I'm only shopping there from now on. Didn't even care about the price with the way the shoes felt even though they have a price guarantee. Would recommend this place to anyone and don't know why anyone would waste their time anymore going somewhere else. So glad I decided to stop in. I will recommend this place to anyone.

The gentleman that assisted me (I can't remember his name but he was a young guy who is a runner and has brown hair) was super kind and helpful! I would recommend Fleet Feet to my friends and family. One of the main reasons is after receiving the 3D foot scan and the staff member explaining to me everything, it really opened my eyes to how important wearing the right shoes is. I want my family, specifically my mom to come get her feet scanned and get her a proper pair of sneakers because she is on her feet for several hours of the day. Overall, 10/10. Good products, good staff, and good environment.

I came in for new shoes because I wear them out every six months or so due to my job. Renee set me up for a foot measurement and I was impressed to see all the information we found out. She is very knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to customer service. From getting better socks to using the proper insoles, she set me up for the next several months or hopefully a year for better foot health. She brought two pairs for me to try and was patient while I was trying to make a decision. I am so happy to have come here and this will be the only place I will be buying shoes from now on.

Great and knowledgeable staff, Cindy helped me over the phone before l even arrived at the store and checked the inventory for exactly what I was looking for. Upon my arrival I noticed that my shoes were located on the checkout counter ready to go, and at this point Josh took over and finalized the transaction, even adding a discount ! I forget her name who helped me, but she helped a ton and was very informative and recommended me awesome shoes. I was initially close-minded towards insoles going into the store since I had bad experiences using them previously, but she recommended some to me and I tried them and they felt great, so I ended up leaving with those as well. I really appreciate the tons of help and have already suggested your store and location to other friends and family!

The service here is top notch. The staff is so knowledgeable. Not only can they tell you the best options but why those are the best options. The fitting process is great. I buy all my shoes for exercise there. I was given two great options. I went with Brooks, only shoe since foot injury in military that relieves pain when wearing. This oofa recovery sandals are great too.

This is my first time getting my foot analyze to get the perfect pair for my feet. Cindy was amazing help loved her. , she explained everything perfectly. Highly recommend for all things running and fitness! A large store with lots of product selections, but even better is the expertise and personal care of the people working here. They take great care of you and really know what they are talking about! Highly recommend next time you need a pair of shoes or want some insight on what types of shoes could be best for you!

I am on my feet walking on concrete 8 to 10 hours a day and my legs swell. My doctor suggested a better shoe. I have never worn anything but Nike but decided to try something else. I went in and Angel listened and answered all of my questions. He was extremely knowledgeable. He helped me find the perfect shoes. I actually bought 2 pair. I would definitely recommend!

Great experience at Fleet Feet. I have complex issues that affect my shoe shopping and selection. First time it's ever been an ENJOYABLE experience. Sales staff that is patient, accommodating, and incredibly knowledgeable about their products make all the difference. Good selection, and ship to home options for purchases outside of in-store selections.
