We've never been to a trampoline park before, but we've been dying to go. On a whim, we found a great deal at Flight and had an awesome first experience!! We can't wait to come back. Here's the full story: When my kids and I followed our navigation into an office park off Belfort Road, confusion struck. We didn't expect such a fun place to be among serious business yet we saw the twinkle of arcade lights and our excitement was reignited. We came for the reasonably priced "Friday Flight Night," just one of the specials currently offered. Both my 7 year old and my toddler were able to explore almost the entire arena for an hour for only about $20 each. (No, an hour was NOT long enough- but they would've slept there given the opportunity) Safety waivers are always easier to handle online beforehand, but registering and signing in-person is an option as well. Special Flight brand socks (sold for about an additional $4 each) are REQUIRED to participate and understandably so. Slippery surfaces EVERYWHERE, especially the trampolines themselves. You can reuse your socks though, which is super cool! (No, hospital socks won't cut it) To my relief, I wasn't charged an admission fee. In fact, free wifi was available along with plenty of couches/spots to wait and keep watch. I even saw a few pay-by-the-minute-massage chairs! Next time we come, I'll be getting a pair of socks for myself!

Place was dirty gross. Dirt and debris all over the floor. Nasty bandaid on the floor. The foam in the foam pits were all trashed and dirty and should have been replaced a long time ago. The dodgeball court netting was falling apart and should have been replaced as well. There was gum on pretty much every trampoline. And duct tape. I guess theres nothing duct tape wont fix, cause thats how they fix everything. My daughter wanted to try the swing, but it was closed for no reason while a lazy staff member sat on the couch playing on her phone. I bought 1 hour for my daughter, and after 50 minutes they were telling her times up. Apparently it is "standard practice" to sell hour passes for time slots that have already started. Basically they cheat you. This place amounts to nothing more than a disgusting disappointment. I will not be bringing my family here again. Update: after reading their reply about not having ducktape and cleaning the place i uploaded a few more pics i took while there. Lying in the responses you post certainly isnt helping your cause. Maybe instead of lying, you should just clean up you nasty place, fix all your broken stuff, and fire all the lazy people. Also, i was never told about waiting a few minutes to get a full hour. They just swiped my card and put a wrist band on my daughter. I am going to post this review on every review site just because you lied. Enjoy! Ill add 1 more pic for you. NICE COLD AC! Super bonus for all the activity going on in there especially in FL! That alone was wonderful. Clean as a whistle. Amazing helpful staff, so easy to work with. Blows Urban Air out of the water! Not overcrowded even on a rainy Saturday afternoon/evening. The place is super spacious so there is no crowding problem. Sofas and massage chairs for those not jumping. Parents and adults can go in with kids. Socks offered new and free! This would be a super place for a birthday as they have an upstairs open area for parties I would buy an annual if they had it. Make sure to make reservations for day of it in future online and sign the wavier for those going into the jumping area. You can take water bottles or there are drinks for purchase. Arcade was fun with everyone! Music wasn't overly loud but if you have anyone who's sensitive with noise bring noise cancelling ear coverings just in case. My little guy did fine and he wears his headphones to the movies for some perspective on the volume. They offer black light type laser night's and we saw them on the way out. We'll be trying that next. Perfect outting for the family with a separate experience offered for the wee little ones. Thank you Flight! We had a BLAST!

Decided to have my son’s birthday party here, since he decided he wanted something different than the usual small gatherings he prefers. This seemed like an amazing place for all kinds of fun with great reviews and reasonably priced. Got there a little early since we don’t live in the area. This also gave us time to sign the waivers so it worked out. A couple of lovely ladies from the front helped us get setup to go for our flight time and we were off. Then things took a turn for the worst. Our host was not really there much to help and kept bringing us the wrong things instead of what was ours. Didn’t explain how things worked or anything. Compared to how the other hosts were doing their job it really felt like a let down. Luckily one of the other hosts when we asked her was very quick to answer our questions and tried to help. Well as we were going to finish paying for everything the manager found out and helped explain how things were supposed to go. She also helped us feel better with her kindness and understanding. I definitely plan on going back and even taking my brother in law with us when he comes to visit from out of state. Because of the people who were really there for us, we ultimately had a really good time.

I had my son's 5th birthday party at Flight Adventure Park. It was an excellent experience. We had our very own party host, Zeph. He was absolutely AMAZING!! Request him as your party host if you want an incredibly kind, helpful, energetic and accepting host to help with your party. He helped us to decorate our table, had all the plates, forks, napkins we needed and was so kind to all the kiddos as they checked in. He also cut the cake (which I hate doing myself) and cleaned up at the end. We brought in our own cake, but we ordered the ice cream treats - like Dippin' Dots - from them. The kids were all thrilled! The park itself is great. Lots of trampolines, foam pits, balance straps, ninja warrior courses, basketball hoops, dodgeball, etc. Oh, and even a trapeze-type swing into a foam pit - it was a HUGE hit with our group. There's a great area for younger/toddler jumpers as well. Even though they were busy, nothing felt crowded, like some of the other trampoline parks in the area. I will and have recommended this to friends for their parties. We will be back with our 1 month free jump card that was the special gift given to my son for his birthday. Thanks, Zeph!!

Rip Off - went there today and paid to jump and bought a game card. None of their games were working but that didn't stop them from charging my card. I asked to talk to the manager about getting a refund - the manager, Jennifer O' Carroll, couldn't be bothered to come over to talk to me. She just sent one of underlings over to tell me no refunds. So the games don't work, there's no signage indicating the games don't work or not to use the machine to buy cards, my card was charged, and you cant get a refund. And the manager was so busy she couldn't even come out to talk to me about it. Great way to do business and treat (rip off) your customers! And if you like to hear saws and grinding while you jump, this is the place to go. Half the place is under construction and we couldn't even hear each other over the construction noise. This seems like a place run like it is about to go out of business - they don't do construction off hours like most places that serve the public and they're going to take your money regardless of whether they provide the service you paid for.

Best party EVER!!! If you are planning to have a party here, I definitely recommend it! I just held my son’s party here and without the help of one of the staff members,Zeph,he was able to make things happen! I was having serious doubts about having the party here due to certain things I wasn’t sure about but without Zeph, my son’s party wouldn’t have been a hit. He helped make my party stress free! I wish everyone could have him to help with their party because he made it happen! I made maybe a thousand requests and felt bad doing so but he reassured me that everything was okay and tended to all my burning questions and needs! This is a really great place to have a birthday party when it comes to jumping and arcade fun! Your child and guests will absolutely love it here and I recommend anybody to come try it out here! And a big thanks to ZEPH once a again for helping me out!!!

We had our sons 6th birthday party at Flight and it exceeded our expectations! Planning on the site was super simple and every time I called with questions the staff was patient and so helpful! We had the pleasure of working with Malachi on the day of and I cannot say enough good things about him! Checking in was a breeze thanks to him, the table was already set and we were able to come right in and set up our cake and snacks! Malachi dealt with our group of crazy kids and adults like a pro and had everyone ready for jumping and spectating in no time at all! When we were ready to sing happy birthday Malachi came by and did a wonderful speech for the birthday boy and gave us a card and shirt and the golden ticket! Our son felt so special! The day was perfect and we cannot wait to come back! Thank you Malachi and Flight for making my sons day so special!

I arrived here for my little brother’s birthday party. We’ve had tried taking him to multiple different locations before and all of them have let us down. I can proudly say that Flight and our party host, Makarie, did not continue that streak. The employees were super friendly and made the little guy feel like he was apart of their crew. The music was amazing and the employees were very attentive to make sure every child, or grown kid like myself, was safe. I can’t give enough praise to the party host. She went above and beyond to make sure his special day was SPECIAL! I highly recommend that anyone who schedules a birthday party here to ask for Makarie as your party host. Definitely will be coming back.

Good place to bring the kids to blow off steam. We been here before for a birthday party. Its fun, for them to run around and bounce as well. My kids are under 6, so they were doing more running than bouncing. . They got rid of the gym area so it seems like there's a lot less things to do there. I do wish the employees not only watched some of the kids for safety, but also participated in getting the kids to do things to encourage them for more bouncing. Also with the trapeze fly bar, I wish they would instruct them how to do it better. Instead of just holding the bar and watching kids get out of the way. They did give one of my kids some socks as they were not wearing socks from there.

Nice place for indoor activity with kids. Also is good for celebrate Birthday Party. Them give you nice decorate tables, tokens for video games for every kid. Jumping pass for 1 or 2.hours for every person including adults on birthday party. About food ,inside is not cafeteria or kitchen but for parties them ordering for you pizzas , birthday cakes ,ice cream ,hot dogs. You have to many different packages avaliable. If you wants visit this place with you 2.kids over Saturday or Sunday for 2-3hours. Your cost for 3.People total is $45. What is not to bad ! Believe me after 2.hours jumping and climbing, your kids is start very tired and sleep all night with no any problem.

We have a hot take! “Flight Adventure Park” is the best Trampoline Park out there! We had a group of 20+ Students and the staff made our time at Flight a night we will not forget. Everyone from the party attendants, to the cashiers, and the management provided a professional level of accommodation, support, and assistance that is next to none. Next Level Youth Ministries will definitely be back and we cannot wait for what “Flight Adventure Park - Jacksonville” has in store for us next time! Special shout out to Jennifer! You’re the best!

My kids and I loved this place. We paid for 2 hours and socks. 2 hours was perfect for us (2 big kids, 2 toddlers, 3 adults.) They have a specific area for the toddlers where they can bounce, play with blocks and other things for their age. I like it because the bigger kids and such are not allowed to bounce over there. They also have sofas for the parents/adults to watch the kids. My toddlers absolutely loved it. The 2 big kids we let go loose and boy did they! They tried every obstacle course and bounced on everything they could. They had a blast! We all did. I would definitely recommend this place. We will be back.

A great place to bring the kids. They are very strict on their time and if you are between the half hour (as in, the quarter hour. i.e 7:15 or 7:45) you forfeit the quarter hour that has already past. They are up front about this though so just play in the great arcade for 15 minutes before heading to the trampolines. Vending machines are available for beverages. Water was $2 and Gatorade and soda was $2.50. I would recommend buying 1 hour at a time unless it is busy. My family could have went home happy at 1 hour but we bought 2 and stayed an extra 45minutes. We lost the 15minutes but we were ready to go.

Awesome Jump place and trampoline park. Never too crowded and ton of stuff for kids to do. There is a good space for birthday parties and the staff is very accommodating. Was impressed with the service during the birthday party. It can get expensive if you have a large party/ton of kids but otherwise it's a good option for birthdays or just to go on a hot day/rainy day for 1 hr or two and let the kids burn some energy. Highly recommend it for the area and we go all the time whenever we can and specially on summer months when it's super hot outside.

We came to Flight just to hang on the trapeze bar and fall into the foam pit. When purchasing tickets, we were not informed that it was closed. The kids were extremely disappointed and asked about it the duration of our stay. We asked why it was closed, and it was because they were “painting.” The painter weren’t even close to the trapeze section. Disappointed at the least.

My family loves this place. My son enjoys it so much we decided to have his 6th birthday party here. Everyone had a blast, adults and kids included! Daniela, our host, was organized and friendly and gathered the staff to sing a Golden Ticket song to our birthday boy. The table was already set when we arrived making gift, ballon and cake set up a breeze. The rest of the staff was extremely helpful during check in. Thank you, Daniela and the rest of the Flight Crew for an awesome time!

We had my son’s 5th birthday party there. He said it was the best time ever. All of his guests had a great time. Our host Henry was amazing. He went over and beyond to make sure we had every thing we needed. Logan was very helpful before and during the party as well. I had a lot of changes and she was on top of each one. I 100% recommend having a party here. I’m sure we will have more there. Thanks Logan and Henry as well as the rest of the staff for a great time.

My party hosts tonight were amazing. Emann and Malachi worked so well with the parents, kids, and every other issue they had going on around them. The parents complimented their training and expertise with hosting the party ALL NIGHT LONG. They actually had no idea about Flight Adventure Park until today! This place is JumpTastic!! :^0 !!! !! ! Fun, crazy fun, indoor trampoline park, with foam pit, and tight rope crossing, swings, hardcore ninja warrior course, etc! My daughter loves it here, very happy kid n this place. Very hard work out for daddy, but plenty of benches to sit along the sidelines. Good place for exercise, don't even need a gym, also has an arcade with lots of games/ prizes! Dodge ball and basket ball trampoline areas! B^) me likey dat!

What an awesome place! Not only is the place clean and cool, the staff is AWESOME!! Jenn, the GM, saw that our young son was hurt and came over to check on him. After talking with us for a minute, she went and got a stuffed animal to help calm him down and that did the trick! She is absolutely the right person to be the GM of Flight and we were so thankful for her kindness and generosity. When we are back in J-Ville, we will be back. Highly recommend!

Came to jump for my first time this weekend, was told about the deals and membership the park offers by the cashier Isabelle. The park is updating their attractions and are soon to be expecting a basketball air slam court? Will definitely be back soon! We had a blast jumping around at Velocity. We got to go during homeschool discount time (weekdays during the day) and our whole family of six got to jump for an hour for only $40 (plus $2 per person for their mandatory grippy socks). There's a large trampoline area, a "ninja warrior" style obstacle course, balance beams and trampolines and a trapeze that drop into foam pits. We will definitely be going back!

We had another great birthday party at Flight Adventure Park for our son. There's a ton of stuff to do there for kids and teenagers alike. It's also a very clean and well maintained facility, with great air conditioning. You can't say those things about every active indoor place in town. Our party attendant Makavie Mack (spelling?) was very helpful, patient and always had a smile on her face.

Lots of fun bouncing around, especially with the basketball and gladiator section. The bouncing gives you a bit of headache, so be warned ( still lots of fun). The arcade was good, but some of the games were down. We'll definitely be back again and again.

My friend and I met up with our sons for Flight Night. For some reason my teacher discount doesn’t work on “event” nights. ( I really wish they would change that) Despite the confusion about the discount the customer service was great! Thanks to Malachi who took the time to assist, explaining the situation and accommodating us. Our sons had a wonderful night!

My 3year old loves this place. I love it myself, he can run without bumping into anyone. Not crowded at all. We have been to several and it’s over packed with people. Go on a weekday morning if you can, no waiting. That said, the place is large and even a moderate crowd would have a good amount of room. Staff was very nice. IMO price was steep for an hour. Otherwise lots of fun (one of the machines was broken, kids were disappointed).

Had our daughter’s 6th birthday party here this weekend and the kids loved it so much. Our host, Makarie was absolutely amazing. She was so kind, helpful and attentive. I would totally recommend this place for any kids party, and request Makarie if possible. If you want to leave a tip for the host, you have to let them know before running your card.

Great facility, I attended a party last week, for a coworkers child. What a great time everyone had. Not only was everyone laughing and have fun, but working off that sugar! I would like to acknowledge one person who made the party even more enjoyable was Isabelle. Very organized and helpful. I will be calling soon to book a party for my daughter.

We visited Flight Adventure today (12/11/22) and it was a great experience. There's lots to do, making it well worth the price. Our kids are 5 and 2.5, and had plenty they could climb and jump on. The best thing of all was the staff that was working today, though! Everyone we encountered was super friendly and helpful. We will definitely return.

This park is really the best in Jacksonville. I look forward to going to flight every weekend. Took my daughter one morning and had a great experience. We caught an early morning deal for arriving before eleven and we both jumped for an hour for under $15 including tip. Really cool art here too, I’d be interested to see a theme that was more universal though. Aliens and space warriors isn’t really my daughters vibe.

Many kids locations inadvertently force you to socialize. The setup at this bounce facility is open. Whether you want to avoid germs or just want to rest while your kid goes wild, this place has a comfy watching spot for you. They only have sodas in a bottle and no coffee, come prepared. Lots of deals throughout the week!

Awesome, fun, CLEAN atmosphere for the children and adults! I had so many compliments from friends and family saying that this is the best trampoline park in Jax! The employees were attentive and even helped me decorate and order food! I rate this place a 10/10 and will book here from now on for any birthdays coming up!

Great activities for athletes of all ages! Birthday parties are welcomed. Various trampoline-based fun abound plus a game room. For the moment, there's a silent auction to raise funds for hunger and one frame honors our Jaguars' QB, Trevor Lawrence. Take a break from the same 'ol same 'ol. Enjoy!

Great place to visit with the whole family. Enjoy the trampoline, ninja obstacles, dodge balls, basketball etc. They also have a section for arcade and the second floor overlooking everything for the party section. The place is clean and well maintained. Prices are posted on the photo section

We took our 2 and 1/2 year older and he had a blast. He bounced, loved the foam pit and won prizes after playing video games. Best toddler times are from 930am to 1030am. But call for more details. Seems like big kids and adults would have a blast. They also host parties.

Kyla was amazing played with my kids since I was there alone with 3 of them, she helped me out so much my kids loved playing a with her she is so sweet and for just the amazing genuine care she had this is the only place we will be coming from now on!!! Go Kyla you rock

My Son chose this place for his Bday after we went around trying out various places. Place is huge. Staff is young, but friendly and attentive. 1hr was plenty of time for the kiddos to get worn out and to do all the jumping activities at least once. Would go again.

I enjoyed taking my daughter here Friday the 13th! Jada was very helpful and gave us wonderful energy! 100% would consider coming back!

This is a great place for kids to spend their energy! My kiddo had so much fun and so did we as adults! The inner child comes out. So fun! And I would like to give a shout out to the place for having complementary lady products! It saved the day!

Super fun! Love how parents can get involved too instead of just standing idly by like other jump facilities. All the staff I encountered were great too!

I had an amazing time here with my 3yo. My experience was even better because of the assistance of Makarie who was a party host. The only thing is I wished they had food onsite but we had pizza so it worked out. Will be coming back soon!

Malachi made our birthday party the best ever! Our son felt so special. Malachi made sure all our needs were met and helped us make the most of our Flight Adventure experience. Don't hesitate to book a party here. It was wonderful!!

Malaki was super helpful and set great expectations that were all met! We all had a great time and we can't wait to come back next weekend with the free one month pass for the birthday boy and girl!!!!

I had an amazing time I was able to have a stress free afternoon with my two boys And the staff is absolutely amazing I was helped by a gentleman named Zeph and I plan to come back again !!!

Visit quite often. Kids always enjoy themselves and me and my husband often jump as well. This visit was for my daughter's flag football team. They just won county and division championship.

Have been here for multiple kids birthday parties and had my daughters here as well. Hosts are attentive and kids always enjoy it. Also fun for any random day to get childrens energy out.

Great facilities with plenty for the kids to do, plenty of room for them to run, and a lot of areas for the parents to sit and watch. Prices are cheap plus they have military discounts.

I visit this place occasionally, my kids have a blast every time we go. The customer service is great, ans they have set times for the little ones to attend, but it is for all ages.

First time here new in Jacksonville and we had a blast definitely doing my sons 7th bday here he loved it and we enjoyed it as well thank you guys staff was great as well …

Great trampoline and arcade place, perfect for parties or just a day out with the kids, reasonably priced! Staff was friendly and the facility was well maintained!!

One of the worker gals helped my kid around the ninja course, it was really sweet. She didn't have to but the fact that she did, nice person and a good employee.

We have been here for a birthday party and just for fun on a rainy days. Great place. Spacious and clean. Very clean:) Kids love it. Personnel is very nice too

Got there at 1130 on a Tuesday. We did an hour. Then we played video games. Machines took 3.00 dollars. I was reimbursed right away. Kids had fun.
