I have been put in a somewhat difficult situation overseas with not much help. I have reached out to Fiona from Flight Centre South Bank and this young lady saved me. The professionanilsm, positive attude, dedication to her work, service levels are just beyound anything I have come across in the last 18 years I have been in Australia. Fiona was extremely helpful and went over and above to help me out. Her care factor level and responsiveness are just amazing and I am so grateful to come across Fiona. Fiona is one of the very few people who care. Besides immeculate customer service, Fiona is also extremely knowledgeble in the travel world and COVID world. She didnt just send me to Google like some people but actualy tried very hard to get the information. Her knowledge off all airports, connections in this hard environment is on the very high level and something that is extremely appreciated in this current environment. I have purchased flights to Canada with an operator via the phone, in SouthBank Brisbane. Booked flights but didn't get told everything what I was paying for. Cheated out by $5600.00 where I have asked for a receipt 3 weeks later still have not received this. I followed up a week after I booked tickets too see where my receipt was and was told their was another fee I could have paid if there was a cheaper price came up and flight centre would do reimbursement, but this did not happen with the operator. So after checking online the next day I could of saved at least $2000, but now I am out of pocket. I would absolutely not book or recommend anyone to go through to Flight centre as they charge huge fees and DO NOT provide good service.
Trust is earned, and travel agent Jack Hickling more than earned our trust over the years, as we have booked multiple trips with him. In this Covid landscape, his insight and expertise has proven to be particularly useful. Also, when we have compared what we could book on our own, he always comes out on top. Whenever there is an issue, Jack has been incredibly responsive. He has even checked in on us before/after transit to ensure plans are going accordingly. I hardly ever recommend anyone, but Jack has proven himself so many times, that I have no doubt of his performance, integrity, and ability.

A+ for the quality, attention to detail and superb customer service from start to finish. A special and massive thank you to Billie Griffin for taking the time to answer all our queries and concerns. How can your consultants not have a conflict of interest when they work for 2 competing travel agencies? Skye Howie is listed as a travel consultant for The Adventure Traveller and she also works for you.... Flight Centre as I recently found out when I went to book a holiday to the US? I wonder which travelers are getting the best deal? Guess it depends on what employer is paying her the best commission...........
Partner is overseas trying to alter a booking. Can’t get replies to emails or messages on Facebook. Can’t reach agent on the phones. Just pathetic. Your company deserves to go out of business. Horrible service once the sale is made. No interest in helping. Try webjet or go direct for flights. Will never use them again and will recommend to anyone that will listen to avoid this company like the plague.
Spend an hour at the office in mid november with an agent discusing a trip Im gonna take. Agent was gonna mail me options. A week later I checked if she could send them through, she apologised and said will do so by the end of the day. Wrote to her twice more and never got a reply. Its been a month now. Its ok if I cant get service but no one can refund my time. Save yours and go somewhere else.
Myself and my partner needed to book our flights to Europe. Millie was an incredible help!!! We sent her the dates we wanted and she told us of the best flights/routes to take. She kept us informed along the way and told us the best ways to get cheaper flights - such as leaving on a Tuesday! She was an incredible help and we couldn’t have done it without her - now off to Europe next year!!!
The support was excellent when I went to book my tickets and when I wanted a change. I was very happy with the service and Jack was extremely patient. However I am currently overseas and need to change my itinerary and I have tried to get in touch via international calling, emails and Facebook but I have not received a response. Quite disappointed by this mixed response.
I went to this office last week to sort out my sister's flight and the lady I saw wasn't willing to help. She gave me a number to call but it turned out that the number was for cruise ships. I went to North Lakes Flight Centre store the following day, and was able to get help. I would not recommend this Flight Centre office to anyone due to the lack of professionalism
Flight Centre has now outsourced. I am trying to book an international flight, after 4 phone calls with no human communication. I have given them the benefit of the the doubt after being hang up on, 4 times. After choosing another option, I spoke to someone and was put on hold for more than 2 minutes. Not good enough I'm going somewhere else
Overall had an awesome experience with this Branch of flight centre. Jack and Nathan are both super helpful and went the extra mile to make sure my trip was smooth and hassle free. They helped me as much as possible with all the travel requirements related to Covid and gave me accurate information. Highly recommend both Jack and Nathan !!
My partner and I attended the office and received outstanding service from the store manager Jack. He was very knowledgeable and so efficient. I am very grateful for his assistance in helping us book flights home to South Africa after long years without seeing family due to COVID. Thank you again :)

I was here to cover riverfire for my workplace. The view from top is great and the riverfire view from here was amazing. I enjoyed my day here and uploading pics taken from balcony. If you can get access to balcony on 15th floor, you must do that, view is mesmerising

Poor delivery and customer service. Provided documents stating Inclusions of the package however provided alternative booking itinerary. When questioned they couldn't provide an answer and solution to our problem. I don't suggest using this company for your holiday.
Terrible for free local parking. Suggest you have a budget & know exactly what you want to do. Chances are you can get it cheaper doing the bookings yourself by a considerable amount. Travel insurance & anything they can book & bill for will be heavily promoted.
I had a great experience at the Flight Centre. Fiona was looking after me and the service was excellent. She made the experience simple and uncomplicated. Whenever I rang the Flight Centre the staff were always polite and obliging. I highly recommend this place.

Uhh never been in the building but they like to put sketchy things in the windows. Me and a bunch of people across the road have spent too many sleepless night at the hands of the sketchy mannequin on the 11th floor. Do not rate and would not recommend.
Utterly amazing and fast service, needed an evening flight changed to a morning flight and I was in there for no longer than 5 minutes, hassle free for a lower than expected price, will definitely go back for future travel issues and holidays.
Ben was fantastic with helping us book our trip. He was patient and worked through every detail with us, ending up saving us thousands of dollars in comparison to booking ourselves online. Would highly recommend Ben, Thankyou so much!
