staff were nice, booking flights were easy with springwood nsw store, but trying to get hold of them again via phone is impossible, been calling for 4 days and cant get through, all i want to do is try and change my flight date, dont see the point in having a store if you cant talk to anyone unless i drive for ages to get to the store( not near where i live). no email address for the store so i could at least email them, turned me off using a store ever again

I have been dealing with Claire and the team since around 2007 and it has always been so easy to book any travel, whether it be local or overseas. I would recommend anyone looking for a business who will look after you and your needs not to go past Flight Centre Springwood. They listen to what you want and what your needs are, and this is extremely important for any traveller. Well done everyone and I look forward to booking future trips through your office.

Brad was not helpful at all in trying to sort out a problem which was created by Flight Centre in the first place. He fobbed me off to ring the call centre…something he claimed he wasn’t able to do himself, even though I told him an employee from Flight Centre Balgowla was more than happy to do that for me to try to rectify the booking error previously.

I can only talk on Ellen Collier. Ellen Collier is extremely excellent in booking Flights, accommodation and tours in all fields. also Ellen will accommodate you on the main drag in any Country in the world. She is very gentle, kind and always willing to share her experiences. You definitely won't go wrong with Ellen in travels.

Excellent service - wonderful experience! The team at Flight Centre Springwood really know their stuff. I've been booking with Hannah for years now and it's always so easy and efficient. And when Hannah is away the other staff are always super helpful.

I was surprised at how easy everything was to book. We got cheap flights and good hotels. The guy that booked it had actually stayed at the hotels and had been on the day trips that he planned for us. Would thoroughly recommend.

Brad has caused, and continues to cause, a multitude of problems for me, and is completely unresponsive when I’ve tried to contact him to amend the problems he’s caused.

The man answering my call could not be bothered to sell me a flight , said he has what I CAN FIND ON THE INTERNET! No service at all.

bwahaha, this is a residential home, not flight centre, that is positioned in Springwood town centre.

Nothing to say this time as I didn't managed to get my flight booking from them.
