Never buying anything from this place again.. Ordered Jordan 1 Tokyo's at the counter in NYC and was told I'd have the sneakers in 7-9 business days..5 business days later I start inquiring about tracking number only to be told via email that the sneakers are waiting to be shipped to NY store to verify authenticity..And if I wanted a refund I'd have to consign the sneakers to the store and wait to they are purchased by someone else and I'd suffer a consignment fee before refund..NONE OF WHICH I SIGNED UP FOR!! I just wanted to purchase a pair of kicks I thought was authentic. Flight Club sells UN - authentic sneakers?? So I purchased a pair of sneakers that they aren't even sure are AUTHENTIC?? NEVER AGAIN !! I'm 1000% sure this situation is gonna end up a bad one but im fully prepared to take this store to court.. Im reading over the reviews and it's a safe bet that FC is nothing but extortionist.. In fact I see they have 1st edition High Top AF1s stickered at $5,000.00 per pair and I paid $31.00 per pair at a Nike Outlet in Conroe Texas!! Pure Extortion!! Buyer Beware!!

OMG!!! If you’re a sneaker enthusiast then you definitely have to check this place out. They have the HUGEST selection of sneakers to choose from and when it comes to EXCLUSIVE JORDANS look no further than FLIGHT CLUB of NYC. Walk into a urban vibe of music filling the air with two rooms covered from wall to wall full of sneakers. In the middle of one room stands A GLASS TREASURE of the rarest and most exclusive sneakers. Make sure your pockets are deep if a pair of these gems catch your eye because the cheapest pair I saw was a cool 7 RACKS (that’s $7,000 to the prim and proper) but the most expensive pair was A ONE OF A KIND JORDAN made exclusively for Kyane West for like a jaw dropping $130K. Then there was the “BACK TO THE FUTURE” sneaker which looks like a snow boot for crazy bucks. I was like who has money to buy these types of sneakers? (Secretly wishing I did). I was literally amazed at some of those Jordans but equally shocked at the price and that someone ACTUALLY BUYS THEM. I must admit FLIGHT CLUB has the DOPEST, HOTTEST SNEAKERS, I’ve ever seen.

Purchased Yeezy Slides for daughter’s bday, went through authentication process through Goat in Netherlands per usual, I realized they were stuck at fedex and I couldn’t get them, weren’t being delivered. I went there and they showed me customs opened them, the whole shipment and goat/flightclub shipped a whole shipment to the USA “authenticated” and they were reps!!! They just ghosted me. Never got the fake slides, never got money back, nothing! I email almost everyday, both companies, I don’t know how they think this is okay. I would be like riddled with guilt ripping people off like that!!! If I could give negative stars I’d love to do so! I will get a lawyer and even if I lose money in small claims court paying the fee for the lawyer, it’ll be worth it.. I work for Boston a globe, watch out in November, for an article I wrote about these 2 companies being scams! Don’t trust them or Goat, unless you’d like to pay extra cash for reps!!! And then not even get he reps!!

Terrible Company, Made order through website and waited for my order ( Bart Simpson SB Dunks size 9.5). Package was delivered and when opened found that they shipped me Yeezy Slides size 10 UK, not even the correct size. Immediately emailed and got a reply saying please return for a full refund. Returned the shoes and then 4 days later got a email back saying I sent back the wrong shoes and they will either sell them for me or ship them back to me. Emailed them back referencing the ticket and they emailed me back saying they are looking into it. 1 week later no response, 2 weeks later no response. emailed them many times and finally saw they were GHOSTING me. after 3 weeks decided to file a paypal claim and just today after 1 month of receiving the wrong shoes and shipping them back, Paypal has closed in my favor and FINALLY given me my refund. P.S if you also fell for a fake, please text to us, we will collectively file a lawsuit against them. We need to collect as many victims as possible and when purchasing, take a video from the cash register with sneakers and with the serial code of the sneakers at the flight club, such scammers like this need to be closed. I wish I could give them 0 stars. They are not transparent. Why does it take 14+ days to deliver sneakers?! Quick to take my money but not send my product in the timeframe. I even waited 2 more days because I knew these sneakers were in high demand. Every time I checked back, there was a shipment delay or Dana from customer service would send me an automated message telling me to be patient while she’s checking in with the warehouse staff. For 4 days it was the same reply. Like what?! I had to write a nasty reply back, in order for me to get my refund. I didn’t even care for the sneakers anymore. Purchased a pair of denim Jordan’s (New) from Flight Club and received them “wormed”. These were a gift for my daughter. We trusted Flight Club to authenticate products as per their policy and practice prior to receiving them. How can I dispute this? How can I prove I received this item (used) worn? There’s no contact information. Flight Club doesn’t have customer service. This is very disappointing. I started to purchase these from “another site” but read they sold “fake” items. I decided to purchase from “Flight Club”. I see now that was a mistake. I’m requesting assistance from Flight Club regarding this matter. I just want to give my daughter this gift “new”.

I recently got a pair of Jordan Olympic 7 in June I just recently wore them and they fell apart after 5 hours of wearing them I’ve been a customer for years and spent thousands there and I understand their policies but it’s just something’s that should be reconsidered the sole came off and the number 9 came of the back of both sneakers they told me I had to take it up with the manufacturer I couldn’t believe that I am so livid that I’m not going that far I didn’t need a refund but a store credit would have been good I will just never spend not one more dime there so whoever reads this save yourself the anger of spending your hard earned money there

Having read a bunch of negative reviews on here about the staff and authenticity of some of the sneakers, I was in two minds whether to go, but in the end I was convinced by a friend. It did not dissapoint. Definitely the home of sneakers. Amazing layout and format to see the best of the best. The staff were friendly and helpful and helped me find a pair of retro jordan 1s in my size. Worth noting that not everything on display will have your size in stock in store vs buying online but the assistant was able to work with me and show what they had there and then. Everytime I go back to nyc now, I will be there

This was my first time shopping at flight club in store after a few years. Ideally, I expected the same customer service I received previously but that was not the case. There was only 1 person who actually smiled and asked if I needed help with anything & I’m very thankful for his assistance. However, the rest of the staff acted like I had 3 heads and wouldn’t crack a smile if it saved their mother’s life; They Seemed way too preoccupied with talking to each other instead of trying to make some money. I sat waiting for 2 weeks for a pair of Jordan thunder 4s that never came! My tracking number told me that it was delivered but the problem is I never got a delivery! I tried messaging them multiple times and there hasn't been any attempt from them to answer and try to help me! Maybe my money back or maybe a reshipped pair or even credit but they haven't bothered to do anything for me! Just such a huge disappointment because I thought this would have been a good place to order shoes from that are hard to find anywhere else but that option seems to be off the table now!

the sellers at the checkout and the fitting are aggressive and unpleasant. I tried on a pair in 42 and 43 and I asked the seller for 42. when I arrived at the hotel 10 minutes later I noticed that he gave me 43. I'll come back to the store right away and they don't want to change my pair by telling me that if I'm not happy I just have to offer myself to someone. a scandal, a shame this store for an overpriced pair and that I see after 40% cheaper on stock x. in short, never go there, give them 1 dollar. the seller was really aggressive and rude to his colleague too

Worst experience ever! We spent 2 hours to look after the good sneakers for my kid and finally when we go to pay they succeed to loose the shoes which after 30 minutes of waiting, the staff realized that they sold then to someone’s else although we reserved them in only 5 minutes time! We had to look for new shoes but no particular discount or proposal for the inconvenience caused. I will definitely not recommend this place where the customer is not granted with respect with regards to the expensive sneakers they are selling.

This place is for those who are serious about their shoes. Who knew a pair of basketball shoes can cost up to $6k or maybe even more? Definitely a great selection and if you don’t see what you are looking for, they can probably help you find it. Coming into the store, it seems more like people are browsing than buying- but there is definitely a lot to see. And if you do find something you want to buy, you will definitely stand out or have something not many others are wearing.

I figured buying over 20+ shoes from this company they would show me some type of respect as a customer, completely wrong. I wore these shoes to a casino for a few hours just casually walking around and the sole popped off. I never been so embarrassed walking out of there with my shoe in pieces. I tryed to get some type of justice for these appalling shoes and they basically told me to go kick rocks. DONT BUY FROM THIS PLACE, they verify fake and faulty kicks.

This stop was a must while we were in NYC for my sneaker head son. They had a wide variety of collectable shoes and the presentation for the shoes was easy to see and prices were on the shoes very clearly. The prices seemed to be a bit high compared to other stores like it, but some of the shoes in the store are very rare to find in New condition. Good experience overall, and a neat place to visit if you want to go back in time a bit with some old shoe models.

I placed an order over two weeks before Christmas for a pair of shoes for Christmas… now over 3 weeks later they cancelled the order and issued a refund. What’s insane is the shoe is not sold out there are other pairs available in this shoe but because the price is higher now I’m expected to reorder for $100 more?? Instead of the company honoring the price while they held my money hostage for a month.? Horrible business practices do not shop here.

I am a huge fan. The staff is engaged. If you want to see rare cuts, the most rare are present. I saw a pair of sneakers for close to 40,000! The suede blue Jordan’s; the Back to The Future 2’s. Kanye-Nike collaborations…wow. It is art. Check out the work in the museum. I don’t know how you wear these. I wouldn’t try them on! Located right in Union Square, it is a fun time. I was even able to sell a few pair of sneakers for profit. What a shop!

I went there a few days ago, and I dont’t think I would come back here again. They have a wide selection of really nice shoes, but the staff is so rude, the waiting time there JUST to try one shoe, because you can’t try both, is ridiculous. What is strange you can only try two pairs of shoes per person, even if it’s their fault, because they gave the wrong size. After all I’m not even sure if they are authentic… I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Great selection of great sneakers. I’m from Brisbane Australia and have purchased both previous visits to NYC (2016/2018). Head in there today (Nov 2022) and they tell me Instore price, differs from online. Ok they differ, but some differ by $50-$150 US, over what’s advertised online. I understand 10/20% markup maybe, but 70-90%? Just to clarify, purchased here previously and it was never the case. Will never shop there again unfortunately.

GOAT and FLIGHT CLUB are the same store. They sent me fake 11’s and then tried to tell me that the return window is closed not even denying what I just told them. He suggested I resell the sneakers on the site as a seller after I literally just told him that they are fake, And then they put the verified tag inside the shoe.. Quality of the kicks is .. The packaging could have been a little better but I understand it's the people who sell the kicks they bought to flight club so that flight club can sell it for them .. I placed my order on the 18th, its the 27th how is it that your only now sending them to fight club for verification? I see that as poor service you should take care of your customers, not make them wait something when they could have received it earlier. The people working there do not have great customer service if you are not a tourist. You get attitude when you ask for assistance mind you my money is green just like theirs! They sell FAKE SHOES. I bought a really expensive pair of black and white Nike Dunk Low and within the week, I realized they were fake. Look at the images. Beware, their online store sells fakes. Don’t waste your money. Bought some Air Max 90 Infrareds on their website and received fake shoes. Customer service is unresponsive and refuses to issue a refund even though they claim they only sell authentic shoes. Will never buy from them again. My brother and I are big sneaker fans so we had to check out this store. Huge variety of sneakers from Jordan’s to converse and vans. However the sneakers were pretty much unaffordable. But it was honestly more like a sneaker museum. It’s cool to see all the rare sneakers we’ve seen online in person. Maybe I’ll come back one day when I have $500 to spare.

i ordered a pair of kicks on the first week of december. january 25th...nothing....no update no tracking number...nothing. i kept sending messages, they never answered. finally sent them case numbers....after reporting them to national consumers affair....AND the better business bureau. Place is a Joke I have over 300 pairs of sneakers, and I hate walking in this place. Nothing is ever available in the store. I have shopped here many times, and recently got stuck keeping a kids size sneaker because they claim I ordered it when I actually ordered my size. Second Time Ordering and not bad! They arrived a day earlier than expected the condition is amazing! Reverified them through CheckCheck and they passed! Love the color! 4/5 because my first pair was amazing too but it did have minor imperfections with the packaging inside for both but other than that I will be continuing to use them.

Very nice store and nice staff. However, it’s sad to see they don’t have a phone number you can call. So to deal with them on a consignment drop off, I didn’t know I had to be in by 5 PM. A phone number could have saved me a 1 hour round trip to the store. 1 star because businesses should be accessible to their customers by phone.

The shoes here are very pricey, especially in comparison to online ordering platforms like StockX or Goat. However, this place has a huge variety and lets you see everything up in person. Not to mention I kind of go here and look at it as a sneaker museum. It's great to walk around and see rare pairs I've only seen online.

These shoes are FAKE. You can’t even get ahold of anyone to start a return. The one shoe is clearly wider and the other is longer. They’re sent first to them for “verification” before shipping to the customer. How was this missed? I noticed it as soon as I opened the box. Waste of money. Take your money and shop at GOAT.

If there's a hot Nike or Adidas shoe you're looking for, they definitely got the heat on deck! But be prepared to pay something like double, triple even 4x if not more over retail price for a limited release shoe. $500-$1500 for a shoe that retailed at $350 but has been sold out everywhere else...you gotta pay to play!

Visiting NYC and wanted to show to my boys. They loved it! It had all their favorite shoes. Pretty amazing part of culture bottled up in a store. The place was so busy. It does seems like there could be a more efficient to pull shoes and purchase. We were in line to buy for 30 minutes.

My son loves this shop, excellent service and good selection of shoes. It is not cheap, noticed some sneakers could be sourced a lot cheaper in England. Yet staff are helpful and the experience was good.

Friendly enough, all the shoes are covered in plastic and have ranges from eg $230-1500 so you never really know what something costs. Same stock as everywhere else in the NY after market sneaker game

Crazy to see all the latest and old releases under one roof. Prices can be a bit steep but exactly what you’d expect to get what you want on hand. Service was good and staff was very helpful.
