"Loving the fake reviews on here by family members or friends "oh it's wonderful, they treat you with greatness and respect" - whatever - if you enjoy paying above the accepted top dollar for garbage food (even more with EFTPOS) and being yelled at by people who shouldn't be here and can barely speak a word of English, knock yourself out"
"I bought a bread roll that included about ten leaves of salad mix, a transparent slice of turkey and a teaspoon of strawberry jam"

[Being appreciative of a thing brings more of it into your life! - NE] +Found the customer service to be great, super, excellent - actually! i.e. a) asked if I wanted my take away to be heated up b) asked if I wanted the items to be bagged inc. free plastic cutlery/kitchenware Actually super cute (ke ai, kawaii) and adorable! - both the staff & management - polite, friendly and respectful~ [Be glad that I came by this place - consider oneself fortunate. - SH] Despite them apologizing for their broken English, it was endearing in a way because communication is so much more than vocabulary alone. Remember: "Who can find the one whom has forgotten words so that I may be able to have a conversation with them?", asks Chuang Tzu - taoist sage <3

The staff at this place should be deported and the venue turned into something of quality, geez even a lemonade stand would be a step up. Avoid, just go anywhere else in Flinders St Station for a pie or whatever.
I bought a bread roll that included about ten leaves of salad mix, a transparent slice of turkey and a teaspoon of strawberry jam. This was $5.50. I don't feel that I got my money's worth on this one. Admittedly, I could have gone somewhere else, but options are limited on the inside of the train station. I should learn to plan better and then I would not have been in the disappointing position of having to eat such a lackluster lunch. This is my responsibility. Don't let my mistake become your misfortune.
This morning I faced a staff who was saying in vietnamese accent and I was not understanding her words. I said I m sorry I dont understand your english. The girl rudely replied she is also not understanding me. Her behave was so offending and she moved away from serving me. I asked other girl is there any manager who I can talk. I was saying it is very normal that we may not understand all accent but we should have respect and not behave in that way the girl did. The owner should take care of this
Ordered a chicken avo sandwich and was given something different than what was behind the sign in the counter. When I complained an argument ensued and after being given aggressive attitude from staff and another customer chiming in, my order was corrected. Have seen this time and time again, but unfortunately restaurant staff don't always realize they're in the customer service industry. Had this been handled different the review would be much better.
I actually want to put Zero star. The service was extremely rude. The lady who attended me threw my credit back to me, and charged 50c extra for using cards without asking me. Once i complained about it she said "The notice is here!" as pointing almost vanished signs. Also said "I can't tell this every single customer!" even though I was the only customer at the time. I will definitely not go there again. Moreover, the baguette sand was super dry.
This place is cheap and it's probably the only reason they stay in business. The staff completely miss the mark. Rude. Can't be bothered attitude. Sitting down texting and the list goes on. I was served a cold sandwich and felt like I was bothering her to begin with because she had to stand up and cease texting. I asked her to microwave it. She looked bothered. Her hair was down and close to the food. This place will be reported.
Lady is extremely rude. After asking if they accepted Google Pay (which she said yes to), Google Pay declined by saying it's not available at the bakehouse. She then told me it's not her fault that my phone is broken and that I shouldn't waste her time if i can't make a purchase. I would have happily paid by cash had she asked, but no one needs attitude like that at 5:30am!
Awful customer service , have gone here a few times with paying card and no problem..then just on a Saturday when apprently she was too busy, yelling at me because it takes too long to pay with card more like she doesnt want to pay tax... never ever coming back there again .. awful customer service..I hope they lose business as people like that should not own a business
The customer service isn't always the best, but it's fast service and the prices are good. The croissants here are by far the best (in my opinion) out of all the cafes in Flinders St. The coffee is ok, but it's a very good price and always consistently good. I also really like the beef pasta and regularly buy it for lunch, I've never had any issues with it.
I was just served by a lovely lady at 3am in the morning who was happy enough to make me a coffee whilst she was packing up the store she had told.me.she had missed her train ride home because she stayed back Servijg customer's, very helpful and polite, Btw great coffee highly.reccomend if you're stopping by the area for a coffee.or a bite
Ver very bad experience here. Here’s one lady who serves coffe always in the morning and speaks very badly with any of the customer. I have seen this for a long time as I go to get one coffee in the morning. Today I asked her to put me 2 sugars in my coffee and she didn’t do that and she have no idea how to talk to customers. Never going again.
Absolutely disgusting! Ordered 2 lattes was given a milk with left over chai milk and tons of sugar not a drop of coffee. The two men in front of me got their orders confused, they took sips from their wrong order, the staff was like just change drinks with a total stranger. Food safety, where?
Horrible service, they just hand coffee cups to the barista in no order so you can have many other people who paid after you get their coffee first. This caused me to lose my train even though I allowed plenty of time to order. Coffee is also burned and sour, basically un-drinkable. More
I found that my chicken sandwich was pretty bland. Jasmine milk iced tea was cheap, refreshing & low in sugar which is what I was hoping for. I probably won't try any other food here as it looked so & so but I would return for the purchase of a cold iced tea beverage.
The coffee wasn't great and the pie was worse - it tasted like it was one of yesterday's which had been reheated. I get that Covid means there's not many people around and it's hard to make a buck but serving food this bad is a great way to lose even more customers.
You can access this place either inside or outside the station but if you’re outside you get a bit ignored. Food is real hot and miss. Sometimes the croissants are great and other days they are dry. The pies are pretty good but then I was
Absolutely disgraceful customer service. The lady picked her nose, whilst giving me the foot. I requested for her to wash her hands , however she didn’t listen. I had to Chuck my food out the bin because she wouldn’t refund me. …
Paid $8.30 for a small bottle of mango iced tea. Such a ripoff! Should have gone down to the 7 eleven.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. The rude woman who runs this shop illegally charges an excessive surcharge for paying by card and refuses to stop ripping off her customers. They should be shut down.
Horrible bubble tea. Charged an extra dollar for pearls but there were no pearls in the tea at all. Please don't choose this place.

Pies and Sausage Rolls are okay, but when asking for something to be made fresh, it seemed it was too much effort and they couldnt be bothered, even though both employees were just standing around talking..
It is kind of terrible experience to go there. One lady wearing glasses take my order. She gave a disgusting look towards us and grumpy face, rolling her eyes. Look like she don’t want to served.
Terrible customer service. The staff are rude and having a attitude, foods are absolutely terrible.I am wondering how this such a bad business could sustain that long at Flinder Station ?!
The food is blatantly overpriced and the service isn't kind at all, how is it that I felt like a number rather than a customer coming to a small bakery???
Ordered chicken foccaci, I was asked the lady help me heat it up, but somehow still taste pretty cold, and the Es cargo taste not quite freshly made.
Very rude costumer service. Also they didn't mention at any time about an extra 50 cents for using efpost. Food not fresh. Extremely not recommended.
This place is horrible. Cold coffee. Food that looks days old. Nothing hygienic to speak of and don’t look in the back area. Avoid.
The cheapest place for quick food at Flinders St Station. Vietnamese rolls and baked goods at reasonable prices.
Got their beef burger. Unmelted slice of cheese and soggy patty. Overall just a bad burger.
Look like all the staffs here are underpaid. This business should be inspected by ATO!
Illegally charging people to use their eftpos machine. Plus the foods very bad.
Best chilled canned softdrinks in Melbourne. You must carry Sprite Zero too.
Most consistently good coffee at Flinders Street. Pies are good too.
Coffee is horrendous. 90% sugars. Can't even taste any caffeine.
$7 for a lukewarm and not very nice pie. Service was really bad.
Hot dog and coke and donut for seven dollars! Lunch on the run
Would love a refund I could not put that roll into my body
Cheapest bubble tea in Melbourne I've found so far
Really bad experience, I won’t come again.
The food here is pretty hit and miss.
Great service and great ice cream!
I give 0 stars. Okay Next!
