Super disappointed in our visit today. $43.00 dollars. That wasn’t including there $3.00 dollars for socks. We had some old flipz socks saved thankfully. Just for the staff member to get after us for being on the attractions with our 1-3 year olds. The owner should be ashamed of himself. Over priced. Urban air charges $25. NO time limit at all! Parent’s don’t need to purchase a separate wrist band in order to play with there babies. Here at flipz they said only way I & my husband can be with my 1 -3 year old is if I pay another $43. My total would of been $80 plus. No jump place I know or have been too ever charges that. Flipz use to be cheaper. New management I guess up the prices. PARENTS check out urban air, kids empire, or Maui Maui etc. These indoor parks are cheaper, newer, & nicer. I will never go to flipz again. It was so dead on a Friday too. For good reason. Place is too strict / over priced. Change your strict policy about the parents being with there children under 4... ridiculous.

Fort time there, went for my Great Grandson’s Birthday Party. I was impressed. There are so many activities for the kiddos even the Adults can play. The area where the trampolines are is huge. They are level with the floor have walkways in between them band there are several in a very large room one way in and the Duane way out. I liked that because the place was busy so makes it easier to watch out for kiddos with our group. The kids had the best time. They had pizza for the party. You can order other stuff to. The pizza’s were really good. We got some other food and surprisingly it was really good. I would recommend to friend or family for an amazing Birthday Party or just an afternoon with your kids. Every had a really good time. The staff were amazing making sure everything was ok and if we needed anything else. Very good customer service. The atmosphere was very upbeat. Loved it

I went this past week for a birthday party. I must say, this place is Horrible! To add the food vendor that is contracted their is Steven Cone House, has very poor customer service. The staff, who was working the concession area, all had a crappy attitude towards their work ethics. Not to mention my order took 1 hour and a half, and when I went up there they said they would make it real quick. The second time it was still not corrected. The manager of the food concession, was very unprofessional and non-educated. She didn't know how to handle the situation very well or have some type of manager skills. I keep asking for a refund, she keep saying one second while on a personal phone call and keep blowing me off. Just over all a bad situation for me and no I wouldn't be a returning to this place.

first time coming here and NEVER coming back. My kids were not wearing socks and mind you they just had about 15minutes left and this weird looking girl tells me that they couldn't jump because they didn't have socks and I said we'll there's only 15minutes left. And she started to give an attitude which I thought it was really disrespectful because I wasn't giving her attitude and she continued with her attitude and I said I need to talk to your Manger about your attitude. I'm sorry but you do not talk to to your costumers like that. There's ways to talk and she seem like she wasn't having a good day. I'm glad I had my kids because I was about to loose it. The attitude is a BIG NO.LAST TIME EVER COMING here. PURCHASE YOUR SOCKS BECAUSE THEY WILL BE RUDE ABOUT IT.

The reason that I’m giving this 2/5 stars is because when I went today, the young employee was not paying very much attention to the adults or kids at any of the attractions. The employee was also not very helpful when asked questions. The second reason is that there was only 3 employees working. One employee at the front desk, one employee at the concession stand, and one employee just walking around supposedly “helping”. The third reason is that the whole facility seemed unclean and I saw no cleaning supplies or an employee cleaning. Also, the foam pits gave off some weird residue that contained dust, sweat, and tiny particles of foam that coated your throat. This could lead to a allergic reaction. All in all, I would maybe go again if changes are made.

Love taking my granddaughter and grandsons there to Flipz. The staff has been great especially Ms. Deserae, I believe she was our party planner and we chose Moe to be our party host. HE WAS amazing as well. As long as you keep competitive rates low, this place will always be full of kiddos using your facility. Thank you Deserae and Moe and the workers that keep this place kept sanitized and clean also. I have been to this place more than 2 dozen visits... I have never once seen management get involved with helping workers at the intake process or during parties to see how patrons are doing.

Had a party here last Saturday and the “host” that was supposed to help was horrible. This was the first and last time and will definitely not recommend it to anyone else after paying over $500 and not having the room set up when we got there, to having to always having to leave my guest because there wasn’t a host to be found. Having to ask for forks cups everything necessary to have a party that should be “included” it should be there ready to go you expect us to schedule and pay up front but want to have to do nothing in return

This post is far overdue but I honestly enjoyed choosing Flip'z for my daughter's 11th birthday party. She loved all the time she was able to share with all our family & her friends. It's the best outcome to a day that meant as much to her as it did to me. All of the staff was very friendly, happy, showed they were there for US. Thank you! Especially to the birthday area staff. YOU went above and beyond and made it worth the drive to go back again for another party or any day.

Had my very first visit to flip'z for my grandson's 5th birthday. the place was cool because of the different games that were available for the kids. They were having a blast! I really enjoyed myself. It's nice when you can bring in the foods you like, rather than eating only what they serve. Everything went great and had a really good time. I would advise anybody looking for a good time with the family, flip'z is it

We had our daughter's 4th birthday party here today, and it exceeded our expectations! The party room was perfect. It accommodated our guests with comfort, and there's so much to do for all ages. All of our guests had a great time. I also want to commend our party host Sabrina. She was such a big help. She was super helpful from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. Highly recommend this place!

Kids of all ages and sizes have great fun. The only thing I was disappointed in is the employees. They really need to do their job and give more Direction and guidance. So I give the place four stars and I give the employees two stars. I'm sorry but they always seem spaced out and just walking around like zombies and they always look like they're bored out of their mind.

We drove more than 30 minutes to celebrate my son birthday today. Following this promotion they have in Instagram and also here in Facebook. When we got there the manager not only didn’t honor the offer , but immediately we walk out of the place erased from Instagram. You can see the dishonesty and we DONT recommend this place, they don’t have integrity, very sad!!

To be completely honest this wasn’t worth $600 for a 2 hour party. I assumed paying for tables 1&2 or 3&4 you would assume it’s 2 tables but when you get there it’s literally one table that sits only 20 people but the party package is supposed to accommodate 35 complete rip off first and last time. Rather go to Peter Pipers the pizza is better anyways

I wish I got the lady name but she was super helpful and patient with me in scheduling a super last minute birthday party for my son! The inside is definitely a friendly and fun environment! Lol don’t let the outside fool you. And the staff were very nice But my son and the family had a major blast jumping. Will definitely go again in the future!

My grandson had the best time ever getting inside the ball that rolls around, he couldn't stop laughing. He loves going and jumping around the park, that's his favorite place to go. His grandpa takes him whenever he spends the night and sometimes after school they love it. It's a good place to go and let the kids jump around and have fun.

It was a nice environment. There was a lot of freestyle music going on which took me back to my childhood so that was a plus. The only complaint I had was one of the young employees that was maling sure the children were following the rules kept getting the look of frustration everytime he had to help a child out of the foam pit.

Just had my twins party there today. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because we had to wait longer than the time we were previously told to set up our party. Also, the party host wasn't as attentive like I thought he should've been. They had him working the whole facility. Other than that, the kids had a great time.

I went with my cuz for her b-day and i was the best time i would go any time but prices are little high but that’s not a complaint because it’s for a whole party and like a lot of places where you go is probably going to be expensive so and the give you socks! I would go again any time i recommend It for everyone!

Complete rip off!!!!! They make you buy their socks!!! which is another $3. Then they do not allow outside food but their snack bar is not open. Saw several kids with expired time, I am guessing they do not check and people know this so they paid for the lower time. Last rant, the bathroom was not clean.

It was great. Brought my 9 year old and 12 yr old nephew. They had a blast. Today they a special for 1 and a half hours for 13.99. It was all they needed before they were exhausted. I watched and chilled on couches. Food available and arcade games and massage chairs. Would definitely come back again!

Terrific staff! I purchased a two hour time period and my granddaughter had an asthma episode after we were there for 30 mins. The management allowed us to return the following day to finish her bounce time. They were wonderful and she had a great time! We're looking forward to playing there again!

Had my son's 6th birthday here after being invited to a birthday party before great place for all ages... Good music delicious pizza! And the party staff is great! Overall great place for a party or for a family night out... You'll need non slip socks if you don't wanna jump barefoot

Great kids birthday party joint! Both kids and adults can enjoy this space. Jump if you want to or just sit and watch the others jump from their seating provided at the center of the complex. We’ve rented the party rooms and also the walk in space and have never left disappointed.

Great for the entire family. From the youngest to the oldest. Fun was had by all. Very open layout. I elected not to join in on the jumping this time. Spotted 2 massage chairs calling my name. Would have given 5 stars if I had seen staff wiping down the place. Covid still exists.

Kids love trampolines. They had a super, super time. The music was enjoyable but tootooo loud. Several people tried using their phones but without comunication it didn't do any good. Hopefully nothing was an emergency. Parties were handled very efficiently. Everyone had fun.

One of my most fave places to take the kids! This place is always clean and the staff is friendly. The bday parties are a bit pricey but they are worth it! And be sure to like them on facebook, because they post specials weekly, so you dont have to pay full price sometimes.

This is fun for the whole family! I had my sons birthday party here and it is perfect for all ages! My 2 year old had a blast in the toddler zone amd my husband felt like a kid again in the slam dunk zone! And our party got to play 2 private rounds of dodge ball.

Went for a Birthday party, not bad. I got wrist band so I could tag along with my 4yr old. The foam cubes is the reason for low rating. They smell so bad and lots of small particles get easily inhaled. I can still smell the odor of them after 10 hrs.

Too much walking. We had 2 elderly persons as our guest they could barely make it up your ramp. No side exits for them. Most employees super rude n acted like they were too busy to help with any concerns or questions we had.

We have a great time, perfect for family time, we came a Sunday around 11AM and it was almost empty,it was perfect! Love the kid/toddler area, could have more. A little bit pricey for the hour compared to other Urban Air

I take my grandkids ages range from 20 to 2 yrs old to Flip’z. There is something for all ages. I like to stay for about 1 1/2 hrs but prices have changed so now we only go for an hour. The staff is great.

Love this place for my son. He is able to get all his energy out while I can sit or join him. The staff is very very nice. The place is kept clean. Great place to take the family!!!!! Highly recommend

went for my son's Birthday party, the attendant was always there for us and the kids took full advantage of their 2 hr play window. its always good when the kids get worn out. Lots of fun

This place is good for little ones to enjoy. The only thing is that they are not watching areas where the bigger ones are at. Other than that it is pretty good to have a party there.

Child at 1 needs to pay for Jump plus not so much for young ones to do. I prefer rush trampoline park they have toddler section and no need to pay for child with adult purchase.
