Hi, I visited flip out with my 10 month baby and was absolutely shocked at the dirt. Please do not encourage PlayGroup or for kids under 2 years to enter your service There are used tissue, half eaten lollies and food in ALL play areas. There was no party today so evidently the food was from a different day. The area is dim and has poor lighting. Is not suited for babies. You make us sign waivers and purchase socks for babies who aren't even walking but what other safety measures do you take. Absolutely horrible conditions. There are dirty, unbalanced and broken play mats. The surfaces are uneven.

We recently had our children's joint birthday party here. Self catered with 19 kids + their parents and family members. We have been to a few parties here so decided to do the same for our kids. The event went off perfectly. The team and staff were so well mannered and accommodating - absolutely nothing went wrong! We were really pleased with how the day went and the venue and staff were a bit part of the successful event. I'd like to pass on my personal thanks to the staff working on 20 May 2023 as we had such a great experience. Keep up the great work!

Just had my daughter's 6th birthday here and it was fabulous! Natasha and her beautiful team served with excellence. Food and coffee was really good and so much better than other places like Monkey Mania. Ice cream cake, kids meals and table set up was right on time and delivered with a smile. Nothing was too hard or too messy for the staff. Parents could watch their kids jump from the comfort of their seats from the Cool Room. Had a really good experience. Went for child's birthday party. The play facilities are smaller compared to some other places, but good enough for little kids. Staff were all nice and pleasant in dealing with the kids and adults. What stood out was the food. I have been to a few kid play centres and never expect anything good. The chips, nuggets and wedges were surprisingly good and pretty much on par with a good pub or bisto. Coffee was pretty good too.

This flipout caters for younger children. Trampolines and trampoline area is small with toddlers, parents and young kids everywhere. My older one couldn't flip at all and didn't enjoy it. The girl working at the kiosk had zero customer service skills and was a bit rude. On the plus side they were kind and did refund. Worth the drive out to Marsden park or Penrith centres as they are huge with something for all ages.

We hosted a private function for my girls bdays here and everything was amazing from start to finish!! Rei was so great to deal with and was so helpful and reassuring in the lead up to the event. Aya, Luke and the rest of the team on that evening made everything run so smoothly and everyone had such a great time!!! Highly recommend this place if you want a great party!!

The kids enjoyed all the play equipment.. but if you plan on eating there ensure you are probably better off bringing your own food or going elsewhere. The kids got their chips & nuggets after c. 20 minutes but the parents didn't get their burgers until 55 minutes from when we placed our order. The 55 minute wait was also pointed out to several staff members.

I really enjoyed this place. The staff was amazing, the food was better than expected and there is so much to do even though this flip out is smaller in comparison to others. Big shout out to one worker especially, John Kanaan, his customer service was amazing and he treated each customer with respect. Overall, I definitely recommend for anyone and any ages.

The most amazing and warm welcoming staff. I always bring my nieces and nephews here and they always have a blast. My nephew had a birthday party here and our host was super helpful and great at ensuring his birthday party ran smoothly. I definitely recommend if you’d like to bring your kids here during the holidays.

Came in for a birthday party and had the best time ever, the team was so attentive, Jenny went above and beyond with her service, checking in to see if we needed anything, food was fresh and the kids had the best time ever, definitely recommend having your birthday parties here!

Not recommended for ages above 8 years of age. Too compact. Small facility and overcrowded with youngsters. Only has 16 trampolines that are 1.5 metres by 1.5 metres. Not a waste of money for kids. The rest of the facility other than the trampolines are great.

Perfect party! Kids and parents all had a great party, the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, especially Nazrin she was our host and she went out of her way to make sure our party went smoothly. Will definately having another kids party there!

Customer service is generally good at this venue. But the state of this place is absolutely disgusting. I understand it is busy but do not cater to so many people and not have enough staff to keep the place clean. Rubbish everywhere!

The place is great for kids. As you'd expect it's very noisy and chaotic but kids love it. The staff looked and sounded like they were being forced against their will to be there which makes the experience less enjoyable.
