Dear Flora Savage I've been meaning to write to you all for some time. This past year Flora Savage provided flowers for my soon-to-be nephew Cassidy's surprise proposal to my niece Madeleine. It had been arranged that Cassidy would quietly leave the front gate to the house unlocked so that the flowers might be delivered, in secret, before Madeleine and himself would return to the house from their day out at Jazz Fest. Madeleine, being the ever so cautious and responsible young doctor that she is, thwarted this plan by triple-checking that the front gate had been locked and demanding that her boyfriend let her be in charge of the keys to the house. Thus, when the delivery was to be made the gate was not open and for a moment it seemed that the flowers and the surprise proposal would take a very different turn. What happened next speaks to the dedication of the employees at Flora Savage as I was quickly called to let me know that the front gate was not unlocked. The individual delivering the flowers offered to scale and jump the gate, with the flowers, in order to make the delivery happen - a decidedly dangerous thing to do, not only physically but also with the possibility that someone may suspect a burglary and call the authorities. The gate was jumped and the truly stunning arrangement of flowers was successfully delivered in time for the proposal! I think it is an understatement to express how truly grateful I am. Jazz Fest is an incredibly busy time in the city and when I had heard that the gate was locked, I was sure that the flowers would have no way of being delivered. What happened goes to show how truly passionate and committed the employees of Flora Fauna are and that they recognize the importance of details such as a beautiful flower bouquet to a moment that happens only once in a couple's life. together. Madeleine and Cassidy are now happily engaged and working as residents in two hospitals in New York. Their time together at Tulane Medical School was capped off in a truly memorable way with the surprise proposal during Jazz fest and the hard work of the team of Flora Savage who know just how truly important and meaningful their work can be.

Apparently you are supposed to notice, at the very bottom of their introductory webpage, under a whole paragraph claiming how they deliver all over New Orleans, because they know New Orleans, that there is a list of zip codes, in tiny numbers, that say where it is they actually deliver to. Well, I didn’t scroll to the bottom of the page, so I didn’t see this list. I was also not thinking about zip codes, because, well, I’m also in New Orleans, a mile and a half away from them! So, I took the time to go through their arrangements, of which they have a good number, all very beautiful indeed. I chose one, wrote a note to go with it, then filled the delivery address, to then find out, after adding my zip code, that they don’t deliver to it. Major waste of time. Luckily, I found another florist on Google maps that not only has beautiful arrangements, but when you click on their webpage, the first thing that pops up, as crazy as it may seem, is a large box asking for your zip code to see if they deliver in your area.

Chose the "custom bouquet" option on their website and requested "dark and moody" for my best friends birthday to be delivered the same day. Probably not a typical request nor the best way to describe flowers and despite that Flora Savage absolutely nailed it. The arrangement was so beautiful and so fragrant and was delivered out to Metry by noon on the same day I ordered. I can't recommend them enough. Be sure to choose the custom option and let them make something for you that isn't the norm. It was similar in price to all of the already designed stuff but they personalized it based on my request and made it so very special.

I paid $10 extra to get the “better” arrangement for my friend’s birthday. I was expecting drop dead gorgeous and they were pretty but not outstanding. They were delivered very promptly despite the fact that the power was out around the city due to Hurricane Zeta. I also ordered the smudging sage, which came in a pink gift bag. The ribbon used was pink too, which is good for most women but not necessarily my friend. I should have requested another color. Overall, I am pretty satisfied with my order.

Similar to the photo I chose except even more beautiful in person! Happy to leave a review as that's how I picked flora savage... would absolutely use again! The recipient was thrilled with the Madame Monet and sent us a pic - perfect mix of colors and greenery, some full and some just opening. Above and beyond my expectations - and perfectly timed delivery! Particularly easy process ordering online, since I placed the order after hours. Very happy sender from South Carolina. Thank you!

I was planning a destination wedding and contacted Flora Savage based on a recommendation from the venue. Our wedding was very casual, no colors, and my instructions were similar: seasonal, wild flowers over roses, and no pink. The result was the most beautiful bouquet and corsage/boutonniere set I could have asked for, with a gorgeous variety of colors and leaves. I am so happy with their work, and would absolutely recommend them.

Flora Savage has the best customer service I have experienced in years. I ordered flowers to be delivered on Monday however, I had to change the delivery to Friday. They were so accommodating and were able to switch the delivery date despite being a busy holiday! The flowers arrived (Pretty in Pitcher) and they are absolutely fabulous. Perfectly arranged and perfectly delivered. A+ I highly recommend Flora Savage!

Just received the most stunningly beautiful flower arrangement from my son, courtesy of Flora Savage. He lives out of state, and found this florist somehow! He has sent me several arrangements from them, which have all been fabulous. This one is "over the top" gorgeous, and apparently exactly what he had hoped. First and foremost will be doing business with Flora Savage again. Placed my order that morning and they were delivered at the time I requested. Well actually they were delivered before the window I requested them to be delivered. The arrangements actually look like they're photo if not better. I highly recommend them. I love using local florist. This was my first time using Flora Savage. Everything turned out great. I placed my order a week before the delivery date. The order was delivered on time. Additionally I was emailed a picture and delivery confirmation was the order was delivered. They actually go above and beyond. The actual floral arrangement looked just like the picture on their website.

I had two experiences at Flora savage: one that was 5-stars worthy, beautiful flowers, colorful, fresh, no complaints about 3 weeks ago. I came back again for another bouquet and unfortunately some of the flowers that were added to this bouquet seemed to be wilting, which is too bad given how fresh and beautiful the first bouquet was.

My order came exactly as the website pictured! The flowers were great quality. Although I did not select early delivery, my order was delivered at a fairly early time. It would have been nice for the selection to be bigger, however the bouquets to chose from were beautiful. Definitely plan to shop from them again. 100% satisfied

Purchased the The Satsuma arrangement. I upgraded it to premium since it was a birthday gift for my sister. She loved the flowers - "these flowers are just gorgeous. I can’t stop staring at them. It may be one of the best arrangements I’ve ever seen." I totally agree. Flora Savage offers the most creative arrangements.

I loved that the note was handwritten. I thought it added a really personal touch. Also, I was happy that the orchid wasn’t completely bloomed. This way our friends could feel the joy of nurturing the plants growth. It was a beautiful plant. Delivery was also quick and seamless. I will definitely use Flora Savage again

Needed a quick spur of the moment bouquet for my daughter. Walked up to the window, let the florist know the ocassion, fave colors and budget. Walked away with a stunning bouquet which also smells glorious! Quick edit! We still have fresh blossoms blooming on our bouquet. Two weeks and we are still enjoying it.
