I ordered my mothers flowers for 8 March 2 weeks ago. I confirmed all the details, and they had previously told me that the payment via western Union can be done after delivery. Luckily I wrote them the night before, to remind them of my order. They tell me "the payment has not been done" so they had not processed my order. I explained that they had told me I could pay after delivery and showed them their own messages. They apologized saying someone else from the staff might have told me so as they are a lot of staff. I anyway send them the money asap. The bouquets were no way close to what I had asked them for. My mother's number had no connection when the delivery guy called, so they went away without any more effort. I DM them, called them, nothing. The delivery was for 8.30, now it is passed 13.00 and no flowers to be seen. One advice: do not take more than you can handle. It is better to have 50 happy recurring customers rather than 100 unhappy ones.

They do home delivery and I made the mistake of ordering, unfortunately! They took 2800 lek for 4 roses and 2 hydrangeas and a LOT of bushes around. One of the hydrangeas started to fade away the same day, the roses had bent its neck on the second day. They folded the petals of the roses outward and broke it off, most of the leaves were torn in half. Absolutely never buying anything from there again. I trusted the quality look a like instagram page. Big mistake. We agreed on the price as 2500 lek, they received a delivery fee of 300 lek without notice. Sloppy and stingy kind of work!

Proffessional and prompt service. I ordered 2 different bouquet of flowers and was very happy with the final product.They were happy to make the changes l suggested. I will not hesitate to use this service again and to recommend to others. If you would like something a little more interesting, classy and variety of flowers do contact them. All my communication was via instagram and they were definitely on the ball with their responses. Ultimately they wanted to make sure the client was happy and it did not feel simply like a business transaction. Thank you for your service!
