This has been my vet for the last two and a half years. Two and a half weeks ago, I was turned away from the door with my dying cat in my arms. We were the first and only patients. No real reason was given as to why we couldn't be attended to. No acknowledgment of the fact that our little girl was an existing patient! In fact we were directed to three other vets in the area. The vet at the end of Ontdekkers ,who didn't know us from a bar of soap, sprang into action acknowledging the emergency and behaved in a compassionate, kind and accommodating manner. I am sad, disgusted and disappointed at the treatment we received. We didn't deserve it - our little girl didn't deserve it. Clearly Florida Hill veterinary Clinic never deserved our trust. Be careful about who you allow into your life to care for your loved ones. I cannot in good conscience recommend this vet to anyone. You cannot pretend to care for a patient when it is convenient and then send them away in an emergency.

This vet completely messed me around. Gave me an incorrect quote for my dogs titre tests then kept giving me a run around back and forth while trying to book the appointment then refused to let me make an appointment in advance due to the face that they quoted me incorrectly and don't want to honor that quote. All this interaction took weeks for them to come to a conclusion. Not impressed. The vet even didn't want to talk to me and was basically sending messages through her employees.

HORRIBLE SERVICES! My mother walked in with our very sick feline, and nobody was in the waiting room. The vet came out and said that she cannot help us if we do not have an appointment, and in this case it was an emergency. There was absolutely no reason the vet could not help us. I do not recommend this clinic.

The reception was excellent booking my appointment with the friendly staff was good the vet was fantastic all medicine prescribed for my dog was thoroughly explained and yes the treatment give to my dog was spot on she is much better after a week .

The setup looks professional and well done on that but when a place is busy and a receptiin try to attend to all at one time it makes the experience but less professional rather attend to ine person at a time

What a pleasure it was to be helped by a friendly face at reception desk. I will definitely go back. The doctor was really nice and helped us even without an appointment.

Dr Zoe is so patient with her patients. She is kind, caring and very thorough. She is the only person who I take my kitties to. If I could give 7 stars I would.

Had an emergency with my dog and they gladly helped us even tho it was closing time, they really care about animals and will help no matter what

Well organised business with knowledgeable vets. They tell you what the situation is with your pet and then give you a choice of options.

I called for diomec. Very helpful telephonic and when I got there. Very friendly staff. Practice could do with better ventilation.
