If it was possible I would give this company 10 stars. It was the most pleasant experience I have ever had working with any insurance company. Kelly Thomas went beyond for me of any other agent I have ever worked with. I had several stumbles in obtaining homeowner's insurance for a rental property I own and after speaking to several other agencies I was disheartened until I called Florida Insurance Solution and spoke to Kelly. She helped me locate a policy that was substantially lower than I was currently paying, guided me through every step (and there were many in my particular situation) , and answered every email promptly. Not only did I get help from Kelly in obtaining the right policy for my rental, I learned a lot about homeowner's insurance policies during the process of working with her. I was looking for a general liability policy for my new business. I had called over 18 people and left voicemails, the whole deal... The people that I did speak to gave me the Ok, well let me send that off and in a few days I should know something... Jay called me back at 5: 10pm. LOVE that dedication.
