I had the most amazing experience at Florsheim Southland. My first visit I was served by Fiona who was incredible, had all the time in the world to help out her customers and helped me till I found the right shoe. On my second visit to the store, I was looking for a casual black boot. A friendly worker, with outstanding customer service named Laura, helped me out with a few pairs and ensured I found the best suited pairs of shoes. Laura was very knowledgeable and helpful and was just an absolute pleasure to buy from, with the best customer service. I am so grateful for the outstanding help that the store, and in particular Laura and Fiona had to offer. Very pleased with the purchased shoes and will definitely be back soon.

I went into store yesterday had a appt with apple so was window shopping the worker in the store didn’t greet me while I was looking around and I was am just chilling in ur store while I wait for my appointment with apple and I was told to go else where and do it what sort of customer service is this I’ll be gladly won’t even return to the store with that sort of service so so rude

It seems that every time I go into this store there is someone new who claims to not know the product or system well enough. Management, do your job and ensure that there is enough staff to run the show and that the one person you do have holding the fort at least knows what they are doing! Not the fault of the retail assistant...

Great quality shoes at a reasonable price. Had a problem with a pair of shoes. They were immediately replaced without question. Also, the pair of sandals I bought were by far the most comfortable I've ever brought. I've had pairs that give blisters, don't stay on, but not Florsheim. Will definitely return.

One of my favourite brand as I like leather shoes 1-1/2 year ago I bought one pair, still wear it good quality products Florsheim has. Last month I bought good style and design of loafers of 2 pairs week after, really nice one, quite comfortable when you walk. 10/10 ✅ …

My oh my. I have never experienced such a pleasant shopping experience. I came in looking for a pair of shoes for my nephews wedding and I was treated like the second coming of Christ. Laura and Ben were an absolute delight- helping me find the perfect pair of shoes.

Service was good however these have to be the worst boots I have ever purchased. $230 for leather that has gone saggy and gross after a month of casual wear. Do not buy Florsheim
