"I had a fantastic experience at Flow Physiotherapy"
What a wonderful experience. I felt frustrated because of my health challenges and was lucky to find Flow. Everything was beautiful - the office, the communications, the care I received. Dr. Jane Chin is everything we all deserve in a medical professional. She is attentive and fantastic at listening and getting to the route of the problem, being thorough with her questions, thinking holistically across physical and mental health, and tracking how I was progressing during treatment. I appreciated that her plan was practical, and she was responsive and adaptable and explained what was happening and why and how the exercises and lifestyle changes could help. I never felt ‘talked down to’ - she is extremely respectful, kind, warm and caring. When you’re a woman, you often feel the healthcare system doesn’t know how to treat and respect you, but I felt like I had a true partner in my care who navigated from her heart as much as her head. After the first session, I let her know how incredibly empowered I felt; after a follow-up session, we reached such a good place I can manage things independently because I have a greater understanding of the challenges and way forward, and that’s entirely due to Jane. A great physician doesn’t just treat you, they respect you as a human. Thank you for helping me feel empowered, respected, and healthy again.
To say that I’m pleased with the PT that Molly has provided is an understatement. I have been so impressed with her care and professionalism. After having a second child, I went in to get some tips on pelvic floor strengthening to prevent issues I had experienced after my first child. Furthermore, I had developed all sorts of pains in my extremities after my second kid. Molly carefully listened to all my pain descriptions, respectfully shared her deep expertise in their root causes and showed how to gradually strengthen my pelvic floor without causing any further injury. I was so impressed with her that I decided to write my first review EVER. I strongly recommend Molly to anyone who wants an empathetic, articulate and professional PT.
I saw Molly for a prenatal / push prep visit in my third trimester. I found the session to be highly valuable, as this was my first pregnancy and had no idea what to do or expect for the final weeks of pregnancy/ during labor and delivery. Molly was professional, kind, easy to understand and answered all my questions. She taught me safe and feel-good stretches for my final weeks to do to prep for and do during labor. She also went over proper breathing / relaxation and push mechanics that I didn’t get from my OB or the nurses leading my birthing class. Even if it’s not your first pregnancy, even if your pregnancy is going well and you don’t have pain - I cannot recommend a session like this enough!!
The care and attention you receive at FlowPhysio will leave you feeling uplifted in body and spirit. Having experienced years of debilitating pain both from spinal injury and pelvic congestion, Sarah's comprehensive treatment brought relief and confidence in the way forward. I have received treatment from many PTs, but Sarah's compassion and genuine desire to play a part in the wellness of her patients comes shines through. Her explanations and evaluation were thorough. She kindly made sure I understood what my body needed to do in order to recover. The treatment room and office are conducive to healing, very calming and clean. Grateful FlowPhysio is available to the community.
I had a fantastic experience at Flow Physiotherapy. I worked with Sarah and Erin over a course of a few months. I first came to them because I was suffering from an acute lower back injury. First they helped me through that problem, and then they continued to work with me to help me develop core strength and flexibility. Sarah and Erin are knowledgeable, experienced, compassionate, and a pleasure to work with. I recommend them without reservation.
Flow has been a fantastic place for me. They worked with my insurance which made everything affordable. But best of all they really deeply listened and took a holistic approach to the issues I was having. I am very loyal here due to chronic issues. But over and over they have helped me heal and strengthen what is weak and get back to my life. I’ve seen both Erin and Molly and they are doing incredible work!
Erin & Sarah are the most incredible PTs! I have been working with them throughout my last pregnancy and post-baby to reduce my diathesis and strengthen my pelvic floor. They are a pleasure to work with, are knowledgeable about the sensitive and personal changes following pregnancy/childbirth and make you feel comfortable and at ease immediately. Couldn’t recommend them or their practice more highly!
Amazing place for pelvic floor physical therapy as well as physical therapy for everything else! Molly is very knowledgeable and made first time pelvic floor physical therapy comfortable and not at all intimidating. Her approach is thoughtful and helped eliminate pain that other PTs could not. Very grateful and will definitely be back if needed in the future!
Had a great experience receiving prenatal/pelvic floor PT. Sarah is really kind and patient and explains things in a way that help you get more in touch with your body and specifically your core and pelvic floor which can be very difficult to do. I feel so empowered and can’t wait to go back!
Erin is a really great physiotherapist! Super friendly, knowledgeable and effective. I’ve really enjoyed my time rehabilitating a long standing Achilles’ tendon injury. The space is beautiful and feels like a spa, scheduling is flexible, overall a wonderful experience.
