I have some mixed feelings, but overall it was okay. Spent over $200 US on roses to my wife who is overseas taking care of her sick father. The staff were responsive and helpful, which I appreciated. However, they did not make a correction to the card that was indicated through e-mail, and agreed upon (which I translated in both English and Korea), and I believe without consulting me, possibly shortened the original message. I am not sure why this happened because I was told that the message limit was 150 words, and my revision was within that word count. Besides, I'd much rather have been contacted about any revisions, if that was the case, and about my preferences in languages. Nonetheless, I admit that it would have been hard to reach me because I am in Canada, and I am sure they are busy around Valentine's Day. But, I was further disappointed because the delivery driver called first thing in the morning, since he was apparently unable to read the address, and ruined the surprise. At least he didn't mention what the gift was, but he did state that it was a delivery from a foreigner, and considering it is Korea, and Valentine's Day, it wasn't like she was incapable of deducting I sent her a gift, because what other foreigner would it be? However, the flowers are beautiful, there were lots of emotions, a jealous mother-in-law, and she has been smiling all morning over Google Meets. So, the overall goal was clearly achieved.

Flower Gift Korea did an excellent job - Their flowers were so beautiful and the gifts were perfectly wrapped. They accepted our fan gift to deliver with the flowers and wine we bought. And when the first delivery (on a weekend) failed, they redelivered for us on a weekday without extra charge. Additionally, they took photos (and when requested) a video of our gift as well. All this proves how they are willing to go the extra mile for customers! Just a little point of feedback - there were times when our questions were read but not answered, or it would take a couple of days to get a reply. This caused some stress along the way. A simple yes/no answer would have been good, especially on delivery days. Other than that they answered most of our questions and we're very happy. We would heartily recommend Flower Gift Korea to anyone! :)

This is the second time I’m ordering from Flower Gift Korea and each time they amaze me with their excellent service! My girlfriend lives in Korea while I’m far away and I placed a late order for Pepero day, same day delivery was no longer possible but they made it happen for me! I can imagine how busy it was with the other deliveries today but they truly care about their customers and go out of their way to help! On top of that, the flowers, gifts and packaging are always exactly or better than what you see on the pictures! Most of the time, the flowers delivered don’t look as good as on the pictures, but with this store it’s always the same or better! The prices are also better than in most stores and the quality is superb! I highly recommend them and will only order from their shop! A+++

Excellent service!! The bouquet was beautiful, the emails were fast. They delivered on time and they sent you several pictures to confirm the delivery. The order was easy and you don’t have to worry about language barrier since they have English staff. I’m very impressed that they took extra care of the order small details. When I ordered the care-bear, I didn’t see the little happy birthday mark on the bear’s hat. I was worried because my order was to celebrate CIX Seunghun for featuring in Brown Eyed Soul's Sunghoon 'Be With You' (not his birthday). Based on the information on my message card, the shop kindly removed the happy birthday hat without me asking. I’m so thankful for that. I have to admit I wasn't sure about the shop from the name and website alone, I had to look at the streetview to see if it was legit. Given the high number of English reviews I decided to take a chance and boy am I glad. The quality and service was very very good, especially for the price. Maybe I am not used to Korean prices when it comes to flowers but in the US a well done bouquet in my area could run you 50% higher than what I paid for a service that alsp hand delivers AND offers snacks/food/wine. I have used their service (flower of the day bouquet) back in 2017 for my dad's birthday and he loved it! The delivery was on time and I even got a confirmation email from them. This time, I sent my parents a medium flower of the day basket for their 30th anniversary, and they loved it! Again, I got a confirmation email after the delivery was made. I love how their flower arrangement is so stylish, and how their flowers are so fresh (according to my parents). My mom is an artist and she paints, and she already started painting the basket, obviously loving the flowers so much! :) I highly recommend this shop.

Its always slightly nervy deciding which seller to go with for sending a personal gift like this but after some time researching, flowergift korea seemed to offer a good service with good flowers. I wasn't disappointed. They emailed upon delivery to let me know they had arrived and the delivered flowers look even better than in the website photos! Very happy. Thanks to the Flower Gift Korea Service, we were able to gift our favorite webtoon artists with beautiful gifts! The only one thing I'd like them to modify is to add more $20-30 range of gifts especially cakes and the hand delivery charges to be abit less since $13 is alot, I hope they'll be able to provide them in future. I initially had my doubts about the service as I have seen that there are a lot of scam websites that would take the money and never deliver, but as I needed to send some flowers to my partner in Korea I decided to trust this site with good reviews.
