It is so incredibly amazing that I would give 10 stars instead of 5. The flowers, the arrangements, the service, the professionalism, the timeliness – I could go on forever about this shop. I will never order flowers from anyone else unless Georgia decides to retire. If I ask her to use her own judgment about an arrangement, it is absolutely gorgeous when it arrives. If I tell her specifically which flowers I want in my arrangement, they are off the chart. Particularly important, they last longer than any flowers I have bought anywhere else. For people like me who wait too long to place their order, they still manage somehow to make the delivery on time. Please do not use that comment to wait to the last minute to order! I am just saying as a measure of how intently they try to accommodate, and they succeed in being timely no matter what. Ten stars it is!

Georgia was recommended to me by A Sacred Choice. After the death of a friend’s precious three month old, I needed to buy the casket spray and I wanted to make sure it was beautiful. I called Georgia and she was so kind and compassionate and carefully took my order, asking what colors and flowers we would like. Today was the viewing, and the casket spray was phenomenal! It is hard when you are buying something so magnificent for a tiny casket but Georgia made it seem effortless. The spray was full of fresh roses, alstroemerias, babies breath and mums in shades of pink, purple and white. A beautiful display for an angel gone too soon. I highly recommend Flowers by Georgia and will be using her services for all sorts of occasions going forward. The price ranges were very good, as well! Make sure to use Flowers by Georgia. You won’t be disappointed.

Terrible customer service, I called to have the delivery moved up by one hour. That particular issue was never got to because they lost my order and didn't even know who I was [Here's a clue I'm a customer] . I was told I would be called back but after 30 minutes I called back on my own. I was told that they would have to call someone else because they were not responsible for the order [Weird because I used their website]. Oddly enough I was met with stuttering when I asked who my 140.00 dollars had went to. Nothing but attitude and poor customer service, do not do business with them, they can't even find a simple order, when I told them I work nights and I can't wait up all day I was told I was grumpy [rightfully so] and to go to bed. Bang up job guys...

I had a Halloween engagement party and my friends ordered flowers from Georgia with the prompt of being more horror-esque than cutesy fall. Apparently the response was, “I know exactly what to do.” And yes. She absolutely nailed it. The bouquet was absolutely beautiful and quickly became the centerpiece for our catering set up. Not only did it look amazing but the fragrance was unlike any other bouquet I’ve had before. A couple weeks later the bouquet is still thriving. In addition to the beautiful flowers there was excellent customer service, confirming whether I was home and then altering the delivery for a time that was convenient to me. Cannot recommend or sing enough praises and I will be using them personally next time I need a bouquet.

I was recommended by a friend to this place. I first came by to purchase flowers for my wife to surprise her. Employee Lori made me a beautiful flower arrangement that also smelled really good like roses should smell. My wife was very excited and surprise with the arrangement. I came back again and Ms. Georgia & Corey assisted me in making a retirement gift flower arrangement for a coworker friend of mine. Service was quick, price was reasonable and package was well done. Flowers by Georgia did the flowers for my wedding. I went in there having no clue what I wanted, except that I wanted to stay within my budget. Georgia, with her cool, collected, and knowledgeable demeanor, walked me through it all! When it came to setting up for the wedding, we didn't worry about a thing. She was all over it, down to the last boutonnière. And she kept us within our budget! Not once did she try to talk me into anything I didn't need or want. Just good old-fashioned customer service without the flaky attitudes. And yes, her husband and my father hit it off! Great people. Reasonable prices. Beautiful arrangements. What more could you ask for?

I recently began dating someone in downtown and was looking for a local florist to make deliveries for me. I researched several people and made some calls. When I called this shop, Ms. Georgia answered and she was so helpful. I ordered flowers for Valentine’s Day. Since it was my first order, they sent me a picture of the flowers. They were beautiful. Then, during the delivery process, they kept me informed. (My GF was away from the office the first time they tired to deliver, so they had to make a second trip). Most important of all, she absolutely LOVED the roses!! No doubt I’ll be ordering from them again very soon!!

Flowers ETC by Grorgia has always been my go to florist. I have done business with her since the 2000. Never once have I been disappointed! She has always went above and beyond what was needed and expected. You will find her staff friendly and accommodating as well as her. They are ready to listen to your wants needs and desires or the recipients. I would highly recommend her and suggest you give her a try!!!! it will be the best decision you ever make.

An absolute dream to work with! They took a rough idea and turned it into a beautiful centerpiece for my son's rehearsal dinner. It's truly a showstopper! Not only that, but it has lasted over a week, too. The shop doesn't look like much from the front, but don't let that put you off. The entrance is at the back of the parking lot and inside is a workshop with some of the nicest people you could hope to meet. Highly recommend!

Fellas, do yourself a favor and come here. A dozen, beautiful, healthy, red, LONG stem roses, with a card and clear wrap for $25. This is a players dream come true. You won't find this anywhere else. Trust me. The service is great and there's even a cute dog to entertain you while you wait. This place will be getting a lot of my money.

I just called to order a lei. The woman on the phone tells me it will be very expensive (I already know it will be expensive) and that she "wouldn't even attempt it." Not even "let me see what I can do." I'm glad I won't be using this florist as they don't seem very interested in making a sale or attempting to accommodate a customer.

Georgia does an Amazing job creating the most beautiful arrangements. She created an exquisite Wreath for my fathers funeral and had his violin inlayed within and adorned with flowers. Simply Breathtaking I will never forget the care she took in designing such a work of art to honor my Father and the way it turned out.

Called Georgia’s shop from NYC and requested a floral arrangement with peonies as the feature flower be delivered to a friend in the local Houston area. Wonderful experience this morning with Georgia and her team! I brought in a bouquet (a present for my mother in law) from another florist that desperately needed help, and Georgia was able to work her magic and turn it into a beautiful bouquet!!!!!! I was asked to order flowers for six of the Administration Assitants at my company. Ms. Georgia asked why wasn't I sending some for myself. For all that I do at my company I didn't have an answer for her. When the flowers were delivered there was an extra bouquet for me and it truly made by day.

I contacted Georgia to provide flowers for a baby shower. She asked what I had in mind and through our conversation she nailed it!! The flowers were perfect! Delivery was exactly on time and the flowers lasted all week. I received so many compliments. I will use her services again and again!
