The website had issues which lead to my order not being processed so I requested that the order be canceled and not processed however I was still change when I followed up the emails responses are blunt and rude. I usually order from NetFlorist but thought I would support a small business. Complete let down!

My families old faithful florist! Flowers On Kensington is super professional, always able to help (even last minute orders!) and their arrangements are spectacular! Custom orders are done with ease! Halie is always great help and guidance for those who need assistance in finding the perfect arrangement!

Honestly the best ever! They delivered on everything that I asked for, it was actually way better than what I expected, the prices are fair. I Went in this morning around branch time and the flowers were delivered by mid day. the service

The front desk assistant is so unhelpful and sour. She is not a customer oriented person at all. I had much better service when the owner was there himself. Never going back there.
