I had two bridesmaids bouquets, my bridal bouquet, and arch flowers done by this florist as it was the vendor recommended by my venue. The two bridesmaids bouquets were just fine and looked like the inspiration photos I provided. The arch flowers were horrible. I picked a sample picture of work they previously did and was very clear to them that I wanted the same style and that photo, but with less white flowers and more greenery and sunflowers. My arch flowers did not have a single sunflower and was primarily 75% white flowers. I was also told by the florist they would dye/spray the hydrangeas to match our colors better, and that wasn't done either. My bridal bouquet was horrible as well. It was supposed to be cascading with full greenery all throughout, yet it was scraggly and sparse all over. I had to cut some of them off and rearrange them the day of to make it appear more cohesive and look better. It was also very apparent some of the flowers were loose and damaged. Majority of the guest made the same comments on the flowers. I would highly advise against using them unless you're doing something very, very plain and simple.

My mom recently had surgery and was at Mountain View hospital. I'm located in California and she's in Las Vegas. I've sent flowers several times without seeing them, and they have always looked different then what I originally ordered. At times they were even already half dead. I was nervous to spend a lot of money again on flowers, but wanted to send my mom some. So I called Flowers at Lakeside in Las Vegas and spoke with Gina. I told her what I was looking for a sunflower arrangement, as sunflowers are my mom's favorite. She told me that she only had one big sunflower and she told me she would make me an arrangement using that big one as the center. I was a little hesitant but told her to go ahead. Hours later my mom called and thanked me for the BEAUTIFUL flowers. For the next two days everyone who saw the arrangement complimented her on how beautiful they were. This made me so happy. I called Gina to thank her and let her know how happy I was and how everyone was saying what a beautiful arrangement. If I could give Gina more than 5 stars I would.

Can't recommend this place enough. I called from out-of-state to have flowers delivered to my goddaughter. Beyond some vague ideas, I couldn't really describe what I wanted. No idea what flowers I wanted, no real idea of what colors I wanted. Andrea took my call and seemed to sense exactly what I wanted and needed. When I finally got a photo from the recipient, it was exactly what I wanted and more than I'd hoped for. Elegant, sophisticated and done with care. It didn't look like it had been thrown together from some catalog template. It looked like artwork. Definitely got my money's worth and more. Thanks, Andrea and Lakeside.

I received flowers a few weeks ago from Flowers at Lakeside. These flowers were absolutely beautiful. The arrangement was exoctic and I had so many compliments on how lovely they were. The arrangement lasted just over 2 weeks. It was wonderful that it came with care instructions and I will most definately use this shop when ordering flowers for friends.

Flowers at lakeside is my absolute favorite flower shop! I stumbled across them one day after lunch and decided to get my mom some flowers. I was greeted with a smile and kindness by everyone in there. They made this gorgeous wrap for my mom so fast and such an affordable price she was absolutely thrilled by it!!! I will come back again and again!!!

This place is really nice I like the staff and I like how respectful they are about negotiating prices and substituting flowers when they dont have the ones I want. The best part is the will describe and even print the best way to take care of the flowers. Felicia, was by far the most reliable in getting back when there is a miss up on the order.

Order flowers from this place and they didn't deliver or call to let me know the reason. I went to call the flower shop to cancel my order and no one answers and voicemail full. Very poor service. I now have to dispute the charges to get my money back

They were friendly once they realized my son and I didn't stumble in by accident. Only had one bouquet on display for $50 so we bought it since we didn't drive out for nothing but a better variety would b nice if your open and accept walk ins...

Flowers are beautiful but most likely won’t last long. The roses I received came fully open so I’m not anticipating the length of time they would normally be on display. Also water came old and dirty. Just overall didn’t feel like fresh flowers.

I have a specific reason for wanting to buy only one yellow rose (whether on Valentine’s Day, or any other day), but was told the minimum purchased requirement is half a dozen roses, and that buying one yellow rose is not an option here.
