From start to finish Tracy and her team were incredibly professional and helpful. During our first meeting with Tracy, we explained the theme of our wedding, the type of flowers we wanted, showed her pictures and straight away she knew what we wanted/needed. Our wedding was quite large, but Tracy’s professionalism and constructive advice on how she could achieve what we wanted reassured us. The quality of what Tracy was offering meant we didn’t have any additional decorating costs. Prices were very reasonable considering what we were asking for. Communication with Tracy and her team was very easy. They were very helpful and quick to respond. Closer to the wedding we went to view the flowers she would be using and were happy that on the day she would deliver. On the day of our wedding, the moment we both saw the bouquets and boutonnières we were so excited and overwhelmed. The flowers were exactly how we imagined. Once we arrived at the reception venue, again we were overwhelmed with the amazing job that Tracy and her team had done. We asked for tropical and exotic and Tracy delivered beyond belief with flowers we had never seen or heard of before. It was so beautiful and we couldn't have asked for anything different. We would highly recommend using Flowers by Tracy, we were extremely happy with the service and product.

I’m a little late posting this excellent review because I wanted to see exactly how long my flowers lasted before being honest for those of you reading this. I received the most beautiful bouquet, in fact it was really stunning with its pink roses, Gerbera and the most beautiful hydrangea. Absolutely stunning. This bouquet was truly constructed from the heart, and able to convey beautifully the sentiments of the occasion. The presentation and the quality of flowers used were excellent. They have lasted 12 days now. I highly recommend Flowers by Tracey and would like to thank them so much. X

Absolutely over the moon with the stunning ‘Gracious’ Mothers Day bouquet delivered to my Mum this morning. My Mum said the picture doesn’t do them justice, they are just beautiful. I emailed Tracy’s last nite to see if they could be delivered early as my Mum decided to tell me she was going out at 2pm today and they were there first thing this morning. I ordered flowers for my mum for her birthday 44 wonderful tulips in different colours and the bouquet that I got was so amazing. The quality of the flowers were really good. I would highly recommend if you want to order flowers or any bouquets for an any occasion, she’s a really really wonderful seller and a person I would recommend my mum absolutely loved the flowers.

Ordered a florist's choice bouquet for my mum as she's been unwell and got it delivered as I knew I wouldn't get chance to pop round there. Put the order in late Fri evening and they arrived late Sat morning and she was absolutely delighted! I have used other florists previously and sometimes been disappointed but was very happy with the flowers she received.

I was so impressed with this florist. The guy delivering rang me as the recipient was not in, it turned out she had gone on holiday. He went to the trouble of trying to get a neighbour to take them in with no luck. He redelivered them a couple of days later, the flowers were beautiful - she was so pleased. Will definitely use this florist again!

My daughter ordered me a spring arrangement of tulips, mimosa and others beautifully displayed in a gorgeous ceramic bowl. The quality was outstanding. Such beautiful flowers perfectly presented.
