We have recently done outdoor renovation. Our project involved building an outdoor bath and shower. It also required installing a water pump to dispose grey water. I screened about 8 plumbers before I found Andre! From the start, Andre was very professional in his communication via text and email. He was always very responsive and available for our questions or concerns. When he came on site to create a quote, his approach to the project was very technical and asked right questions :) He is not your average day to day plumber. His professionalism, knowledge and skills in pluming, water pumps and his attention to details are what made us go with him. He was an easy pick out of the other plumbers. Fast forward, Andre and his colleague Sev finished the project in a very timely manner. The final product is outstanding, he crafted a custom outdoor shower and bath spout out of breach and copper pipes. He installed a Saniflo pump, outdoor sink and our bathtub. He also fixed a leak we had in our main supply tap. On top of that, he wasn’t comfortable with one of the traps in our laundry and decided to re-do it at his own cost! If plumbing were an Olympic sport, Andre would be the recipient of the gold medal...hands down. Apart from delivering work of a high standard, he is professional, honest, possesses excellent communication skills, and used layman's terms when necessary in order that I fully understood all aspects of the job. However his most outstanding attribute was his willingness to go the extra mile when I ran into a series of issues as a result of the mediocre workmanship of my tiler. Unlike many, who would have thrown their arms up, resorting me to a more expensive option (i.e. buying a new set of taps) he took the time to investigate a solution which meant I got to keep my matching and expensive tap ware. I called Fluenta regarding a oven leaking gas and faulty cook top at my rental. Andre fit me into his busy schedule even after a mix up between the tenants and real estate agent, that meant they had to come back another day.
