11/14/2023 This is the 2nd time I’ve called Focus Plumbing and requested a service call by Adan R. He’s one of the best serviceman I’ve ever had for a home repair. He’s very professional, friendly, courteous, and punctual. After listening to me describe the problem, he looks it over, makes an assessment and explains what is needed for a solution. He gives me a price quote , I give my approval and he’s right to work. I don’t doubt him for a second and feel confident that he is giving me an honest evaluation and will do excellent work! In no time my water leak is repaired and my garbage disposal is replaced. I also appreciate that he gives me tips on how to care for my faucet and disposal! I highly recommend Focus Plumbing and Adan! Another ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ performance! Thanks! We called Focus Plumbing because a neighbor highly recommended a particular service man, Adan, who had done work at his home. We requested Adan and made an appointment. The morning of our appointment, Adan sent us a text message letting us know he'd be showing up in 40 minutes. His punctual arrival and immediate professional and friendly personality were notable. After carefully listening to us describe our kitchen faucet problems, he was able to assess what needed to be done and proceeded to explain to us the Focus Plumbing policy and options we needed to agree upon for his service. He spoke clearly, answered our questions and gave us our total cost for what we wanted done. He immediately got to work and before we knew it, he was finished. We're very pleased with our new faucet and will definitely hire Adan for any future home repairs we have. We will also recommend Focus Plumbing and Adan to any friends who need quality service for any home repairs they may have. We called after hours for a 2nd opinion for our tankless water heater.Brandon returned our message within minutes, said he could be there in 30 minutes, he was there quicker, told him the error that was coming up, he already knew what was wrong before he started taking it apart, showed me what was happening, had it replaced in minutes, very knowledgeable and A+ tech, very friendly , need more of him to go around , as the prior company that came out did not have a clue what he was doing, said it needed a circuit board, now mind you , we have not had hot water since Saturday, this is now Tuesday, if the circuit board would have been replaced , we still would have not had hot water for I don't know when with the other company. Thank you Brandon for being a great asset to Focus Plumbing.

Jesse is very respectful and answers questions we may have. He's quick and did an outstanding job. It was 1 month since the water heater was leaking, we thought it's normal. But when we googled about it and found out it's a serious matter. We looked for Focus local number but couldn't find a local number for Focus. We prayed to God to help us. While we were on the freeway, a guy was driving a truck with Focus name and phone number. Thank God for his goodness. We took the phone number and called. Thanks for the lady who answered the phone. Brandon was a great tech assessing what I’d need to do to replace my under counter sink in my 9 year old LENNAR HOME that detached while washing vegetables(!) but the overall situation is not good. I was told that Focus Plumbing cannot install a drop in sink because of: 1) The shape of the countertop, 2) The placement of the current fixtures, and 3) The shape of the current sink. Focus Plumbing said they would refer me to a company that can RE-ATTACH the old sink. Not an ideal situation for the homeowner of a 9 year old Lennar home. Quite disappointing. Waiting on that referral. 12/17/2014: I still have not received the referral that Focus was to provide. Still looking for a company to reattach my under counter sink.

We were very pleased with our experience with Focus Plumbing. They were on time and offered affordable Pricing. Our tech, Jesse, was very friendly, professional, honest and thorough. He gave us options for our issue and made sure we understood pricing. He was diligent about wearing shoe covers when he came in, we didn’t ask him to but we appreciated it. He cleaned up after himself, made sure things were working and made sure we were satisfied with his work before he left. I would absolutely use Focus again if we need a plumber, although next time I will request Jesse.

Brandon Hubbs was very good, I just wish he was able to install our water softener! I made my appointment and waited 2 weeks to have Focus install our unit. While making the appointment I told the lady I already had the unit, gave her the brand name and verified Focus would install. When Brandon arrived he explained he was not authorized to install anything but the brand they sold for a year after we moved in because it would void our new home warranty. It was not his fault but I will be using another company for my plumbing needs. Not Happy Home Owner

The gentleman that came to our home was well groomed and had a ponytail that was tucked into a bun.he was of Latin descent. The reason I’m telling you this is because I can’t remember his name. But because of my experience with him I will recommend Focus Plumbing LLC. My appointment was on 1/16/24 from 2-4 pm. He was very knowledgeable, kind and respectful and I will recommend the company and him if I can get his name from the company please. We purchased a new home and upgraded the master bath with a tub. Focus plumbing installed the tub damaged and cracked. We found the damage during the walkthrough and was told it will be fixed. We have been waiting over 2 years for the tub to be replaced. We paid a lot of money for the upgrades in the master bath. Focus plumbing is a sleazy company that waited for the initial warranty to expire and say they cant do anything about it! Very unprofessional company who doesnt care about their clients and only money!!

I could not be happier with the service I received from Mike Weeks with Focus Plumbing. We needed our two year old tankless water heater flushed for routine maintenance. Focus Plumbing called me back very quickly after I submitted a contact request and they came out the following day. Mike was punctual and very professional. He explained the process, did not try to upsell us on anything, and was very personable. I would definitely trust Focus Plumbing with my plumbing needs in the future.

I love our technician Brandon! Smart, well informed, polite, a clean and neat man! I hope he’s our technician forever! This is all still true with our 2nd visit from Brandon at Focus Plumbing! And still, on our 3rd visit, Brandon is fixng plumbing issues in our new house! He's come for one issue but then the shower doesnt just leak, it was never strapped to the 2x4's inside! Brandon came to our house and gave us a quote for a water softener as they are who did the plumbing in our new build. He was very nice and knowledgeable and the price was very competitive to other systems we got quotes for. He also was very considerate in that when I answered the door in a mask (I am on immunosuppressants and don’t even want a cold) he offered to put a mask on as well which was a kind gesture.

Adan and Brandon showed up on time and completed the days work ahead of schedule. They are both extremely knowledgable, professional, personable and hard working. From the uniforms and the trucks, to the timeliness and excellent work; Adan, Brandon and Focus are all top notch. The best in Las Vegas! Dan and Dave did a great job repairing my main service line. I had two other companies respond to my house and claimed that I would need an entire new service line. Focus was able to diagnose the problem accurately without any unnecessary repairs. They seem like one of the few honest companies in the area I will not be calling any other companies the next time I am need of a plumber.

Brandon is an exceptional house call, and one that brought some cooperative and welcome decency to a stressful morning. He is kind, courteous, stalwart and humble. Same day service for a persistent water leak. Brandon listened to our description of the issue then approached the problem quickly and professionally. Brandon showed us the cause of the leak, fixed the tubing and cleaned up the work area. All was done quickly and thoroughly. Brandon is our man. Boom. Drop mic.

We called Focus out to our home for a clogged kitchen drain line and they sent Adan, the cleanest, most professional tech I've ever had. Because oh his professionalism we signed a warranty contract which I will request Adan. If you are reading this, do Not hesitate to contact Focus for your needs.

Focus came out and got my drain cleared. They ran a camera down and was able to pin point my issue under the sidewalk. Marked it for me so I know where exactly the issue is. Technician was very courteous and gave a great explanation of what’s going on. I recommend Focus Plumbing for everyone.

Brandon was awesome and resolved my plumbing issue quickly with an incredible attention to detail and thoroughness. We were having company for the holidays and needed an issue resolved as soon as possible. He was prompt, considerate and incredible to work with.
