I visited Folawns for the first time yesterday for a massage session. I cannot stress enough how amazing their customer service is. Customer service makes a huge difference in my decision to return to a place of business. I scheduled a 90 minute chakra massage and half way through I realized that I was probably just being given a regular deep tissue. I didn't want to say anything because I figured I should have double checked before the service was started. I also did not want to come across as complaining because I still got 90 minutes and mistakes happen. I did decide just to let them know that I was given the wrong service. The lady at the check out desk (I failed to get her name) was so graceful about my concern and offered a discount for my current and next visit. While I didn't ask or expect anything like this, I thought it was a nice way for them to go above and beyond for their customers. I highly recommend this place as they offer so many great services and are super kind to their clients.

I have come to enjoy my experiences at Folawns each and every time! I get my hair done, eyebrows, facials, and more here. I have been going to Angela (facials) and Shelby (hair) for years now. Angela has always taken good care of me and attentive to my needs and goals. She allows me to freely ask questions and discuss product variations as I’m sensitive to smells and some treatments. I have enjoyed getting to know Shelby as mine and my daughter’s hair stylist. She’s been open to working with us to achieve our hair goals and she’s been wonderful at providing great advice and suggestions to meet our energy and interest for hair care!

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing Kat’s expertise in face filler and Botox. As a first timer getting injected, I must say, it was an amazing experience. Kat has a gentle touch that made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. Her technique was flawless, resulting in fantastic and natural-looking results. What impressed me the most was her extensive knowledge in injectables, as she answered all my questions with confidence and expertise.
