Schoenen 3 maanden geleden gekocht toen goeie service gehad! maar in die 3 maanden begon de voorkant los te laten wat ik niet zou verwachten van schoenen van 130 euro. Ben toen terug gegaan met de schoenen en heb verteld wat er mis was. Ze zouden de schoenen gaan maken dus ik heb ze daar achtergelaten. 2 dagen later werd ik opgebeld en werd er mij verteld dat er iets mis was gegaan tijdens het maken. ik ben die zelfde dag nog naar de winkel gegaan, bij aankomst bleek dat het leer beschadigd was. ik hoorde het personeel praten over dat er een verkeerd lijm was gebruikt dus werd ik nog al boos. ik nam aan dat ik mijn schoenen mee naar huis kon nemen ookal waren ze vernieuwd en ik nam aan dat ik iets van een bon/voucher/bijdrage kon krijgen aangezien het personeel mijn schoenen heeft verpest. dit kon allemaal niet dus ik zou of mijn schoenen terug krijgen of het geld 130 euro waar ik de schoenen niet mee kan vervangen omdat de huidige waarde van de schoenen nu bijna in waarde is verdubbeld. Heb mijn schoenen laten staan omdat ik nog geen beslissing kon nemen. heb nog een keer na gebeld of er niet een andere oplossing was maar die is er niet. de CS kan mij ook niet veder helpen..... slechte ervaring en totaal geen medeleven ook verpesten ze schoenen met een best wel emotionele waarde eraan.

Extremely poor services, Halid from the entrance was extremely rude to us when I have explained him that my boyfriend has a contact allergy and we cannot use the disinfectant at the entrance, I am not sure if he know what that means. Their Covid 19 rules makes no sense. You have to disinfect your hands at the entrance but no need to wear a mask in the shop, which is extremely ridiculous. They let us in the store but did not let us to touch anything!! And had the entire team following us like we are about to still something. There were people coughing in the store but that did not matter! Luckily Alexandra from custumer Servises was very helpful and understanding and helped us to find the shoes we needed without making us feel like criminals. I really think the manager of the store should inform their staff what a contact allergy means and than they can get a little bit more educated and people like my boyfriend won’t feel discriminated.

Typisch sportformule. Ben zelf niet van de sportschoenen dus aan mij is deze winkel niet besteed. Maar mijn zoon is helaas geindoctrineerd door de nike hype. Verder volgens mij prijs filosofie moet het matriaal en het product aantal jaar dat een merk innoveert zou een Nike nu 39 euro moeten kosten. Wat moj de werkelijke waarde. Alles daarboven is diefstal. Geld voor alle sportschoenen. Zelf vond ik de beste sport schoen een Nike bootschoen van 15 jaar geleden. Nooit meer gezien.. makelijk licht en loopt heerlijk in de zomer. Mijn pijn punt is dat footlocker wat meer ballen moet tonen en nieuwe merken de gelegenheid geven om de nike , adidas etc dominantie te doorbreken.

It was the worst shoes shopping experience I had. First my girl friend found converse shoes that she liked. After ignoring our request the seller brought the shoes to us and she tried them and decided to buy. The seller knew that we are tourists and when we paid, she didn’t mentioned the global blue tax free and we didn’t spoke about it as well because we thought it was obvious that we need a tax free for 80€ purchases. The second we paid we realized that she didn’t do it so we ask for it and she was so rude and didn’t want to help us get this tax free.

Very poor service. Bought trainers on Saturday and was told in plain English that we would be able to bring them back if there were any issues. After trying them on at home, I decided I needed one size larger. They do not have that size, nor that size in any other trainers. The staff were rude and unhelpful. I have bought trainers and other items in foot locker numerous times previously, but I'm so disappointed at not receiving a refund and by the unprofessional staff that I doubt I will ever shop there again - regardless of country.

ik ging naar de winkel tijdens de uitverkoop, de winkel is precies zoals een andere footlocker behalve het personeel, slechte service, de manager waarschijnlijk vanwege een persoonlijk probleem sprak mij en mijn vriendin op een informele en echt onbeschofte manier aan voor een klant, nee ik ken de naam maar hij was kaal ... Ik raad het bedrijf echt aan om de hierboven beschreven verantwoordelijke persoon in de gaten te houden en de klantenservice in de gaten te houden. Only buy here if you are sure of purchase. They will not refund your money despite returning unworn with receipt and purchasing 3 days ago. Gift card only according to Tina on the kassa. Asked another employee on the way out of this was the case. And apparently Tina was trying to pull a swift one, the other employee gave me a refund but it seems they will try and swindle you if they can. According to the website you can return purchases unworn for a full refund within 28 days. Staff need better training and attitude.

I bought Converse shoes for 74,99€ and after 1 month of wearing the shoes broke completely. I went to the shop to ask for help to fix this problem and I received bad customer service and information that it’s normal for Converse to break and they can’t help me. Now I have shoes which I can’t wear and 74,99€ less in my pocket. One big scam, be aware of buying in this shop. Very disappointed.

What kind of policy is when you return you can only exchange or get credit for the store, especially when the item is full price? I’d recommend buying elsewhere I also wouldn’t return purely based on how slow their service is. Waiting almost 10 minutes for someone to bring down a pair of shoes to only have the display size for sale. The queue is also really messy.

Werd er Door het aanwezige personeel echt goed geholpen. Nemen de tijd voor je. Gaan een praatje aan om je te helpen. Zeker bij de keuze voor de sneakers van mijn dochter. Liet diverse maten passen. Keek ook of de schoen goed paste. Geen moment het idee gehad dat alleen maar zoveel mogelijk schoenen willen verkopen. Maar de klant centraal stellen.

Was een hele slechte ervaring . Heel rolstoelonvriendelijk. Wilde de lift niet vrijmaken om naar een ander verdiep te gaan en maakte achter de rug nog opmerkingen wat we dan nog konden horen. Was heel vernederend. Personeel praat meer Engels dan Nederlands. Nog nooit zo slecht behandeld in een winkel .

Very poor customer service and the staff (Melanie) had a bad attitude because I asked for my size for different black shoes. It took 45 minutes to get me the right size and she was rude. This is not the type of experience a customer should have when trying to buy shoes.
