I got very negative vibes. Very bad customer service they didnt even say hello or ask if we need any help in finding something. They were busy chatting with each other didnt care about their customers. Background music was so loud that it gave a headache. Ontop of that Two different songs were playing at the same Time: one in the back store room and another in the store.’And then after spending so much time there without any help they said their computer is not working which wasted lots of our time. It was a terrible experience i will never be shopping again at this location. I will recommend to my friends and close connections to avoid the sunridge footlocker. There was no option for 0/5 rating so i gad to give 1/5.

I went to the store to buy an item and the people who works up there the I requested size the the person who helped me takes a while and I ask the other guy and he told me that I have to help him to find the item and I told him that is not my job and the try to talk some bad words and way disrespectful and try to bully me, this is to discouraging and the worst experience of all time I’m so discouraged and I will never go back to the store again.

Wow amazing store and remarkable sale. All salea aasociates are really friendly nice humble greeting and professionals. They always arouns you to assist you. Feel like they are wnjoying their jobs. Free parking (centerlised Mall Parking) Handicap parking. Handicap access. No pubkic washeooms but centerlized washeooma in mall. Good promotiins and deals. Amazing place for tourist srudents youngster's teens and much more to desceibed.

This location is probably one of the worst location for this retail store. I’m guessing they do not have a store camera hence, employees would rather chat and ignore customers that enters. One more thing, I overheard two employees one tall lad with dreads and a shorter one who seems to be the shift manager cracking offensive jokes about a customer who was currently present that time. Great store, bad employees.

I'm so disappointed. I went to this store and bought some shoes. I tried the one on the display and it was my size so I asked for the same size but they gave me the one on the display and a pair. I just realized it when I got home. It's my bad that I didn't check it before paying for it but still they should gave me the NEW pair. The asian guy is racist and rude. I went to the store to buy some timbs but the asian guy wouldn't assist me after I asked him to get me a bigger size of the shoe that I want. He was looking at me like I can't pay for it so he doesn't need to assist me. Good thing the other guy approached me after he saw that the asian guy was ignoring me for the whole time. Not once BUT every single time, associate name susaine is so unbelievably rude, ignorant, all you do is show off your makeup and hair, pls go work at your class type place. Was expecting a great time until I asked Sara, one of the staff there at footlocker for help. She gave me unwanted attitude when I asked for a shoe size. When I proceeded to ask to another question she yelled at me saying “WHAT”. This is not the first time i’ve dealt with her rude demeanour here at footlocker

Young man with the glasses and long curly hair was extremely politent helpful and efficient. The pos and computer systems were dated and not working properly, even then still he kept his friendly positive demeanor. If he had better tools and a wider selection to work with i'm sure the business would go far.

The staff working here spend talking to each other. When asked for a size the girl did not wanted to grab it. Her attitude was rude and she said we are busy and are always not available to help good luck to their zero percent customer service and sales. They need to hire generous and welcoming staff

We Unforunately didn’t buy anything as they didn’t have the size we were looking for. But TYLER!!! That guy needs a raise!!! He was supper helpful and had us smiling ever since we stepped foot in the store!!! Working retail myself, people like Tyler are hard to find!!! Amazing job Tyler!

Great place to ship for the newest trainer's, to work out in, play sports or just lounge around in. There's always a sale going on, do there might be something you might like for a reduced price. Employees are always nice to talk to and are very helpful.

Great customer service at this location. The gentleman that helped me and my girlfriend was quick, courteous and knowledgeable. Clean store with good lighting, easy to find shoes from their large selection. Variety of clothes and hats available also.

Miguel helped my little boy and Husband. From the way he was giving his customer service, I could tell he had assumed we were just wasting his time by asking him to bring shoe sizes for my child. I hope he was happy that we actually didn't

Not greeted upon entering. Ignored the entire time. All the sales people were talking about their dating instagram dramas which was entertaining as I was sitting down waiting for help. Left after I couldn't wait anymore
