Went to this branch to collect an online order. The entire process didn’t take long. However, on the shoes I got there was a brown filth point on the outside and dust across the underside. Besides, the paper shoe tree was missed in one of the shoes. Can’t be bothered to go back to return. Another thing was when I presented my ID card issued by the Home Office, the staff kept asking where this ‘passport’ was from and where I was originally from, which wasn’t not respectful. Other branches, even the one on Oxford street provided me with pleasant shopping or collection experience.

I will no longer purchase from here , because of a discourteous member of staff.. Who gave me erroneous information on two occasions, (isabella). Who also chose to speak in her native tongue to her manager and customer services on the phone in front of me. Well known by other branches as very difficult and deliberately awkward when dealing with purchases from other branches. Had to go back to Marble Arch to get refund. Who couldn't understand the problem and where quite upset about the service I received from the Hammersmith branch

I had an order to pick up in store. I found it to be the worst customer service, very disorganised with staff talking over one another, cutting in on each other and generally having no clue what was happening. It genuinely seemed like chaos. The first time I went in to collect I was told my parcel wasn’t there, despite getting an email to say it was, and to come back the next day. I tried calling 5 times and no answer. Was told I’d get a call when the shoes arrived. No call. Would not recommend using this store.

A worker of this place, one with the golden teeth, call me a lier in front of Costumers and dont do me a refund because he believe that I use the sneakers outside, that he said, I explain to this guy that i try the sneakers at Home, one time. He said no, and put my credibility and honour in front of the public in game. I cant trust that a company like this tolerate this behavior, for 55 pounds. Im going to put a press notice about that.

It was my first time in the Hammersmith branch, I walked up to the counter as the member of staff did not acknowledge me at all, they were standing they playing with a wire or something. I asked for a pair of trainers and was trying to show him the picture, but he was rude and abrupt didn’t even look at me or look at the trainers, very passive aggressive. I will never ever go back there again.

They never answer the phone. So I never know whether it's worth taking a trip to their store because I don't know if I have what I want in stock. So I always end up going elsewhere to avoid a wasted trip! I've tried calling them numerous times over many years to check whether they have the items I want in stock, but in the best part of 10 years they have answered the phone only once!

Horrible service. Went in today to buy two pairs of new trainers. Upon walking into the store, not one acknowledgement that I had entered the store. After 5 minutes of looking at the wall I decided to leave. Not once was I approached to try on a pair or even blinked at. The two girls just spoke in another language to each other. Loss of sale here.

Terrible. I order Reebok shoes to be delivered in the store but they never arrived. I had to wait over 2 weeks before they cancelled my order and by that time, my old shoes had become completely broken and I ended up having many blisters. If you want good customer service or even good shoes this is not the place.

When you at the store staff are very lazy and don't help at all. When you call the store they don't answer the telephone no matter how many different time you call that store. They gave me wrong size trainers. Very disappointed …

Hammersmith Footlocker-Wonderful staff very kind and helpful I will give them 5 stars but due to my last visit I have given one star because the manager is very rude his very disrespectful I will stick with shopping online

My first review ever and it's horrible. They didn't want me to try the shoes on both feet! The only reason I bought the shoes from this store is because it's lockdown tomorrow and I need a pair quick. Don't shop here!

this is literally horrible. the employees are inside and won't open the door. there is currently 4 people waiting and one of them left. take this advice from a 11 year old. this is trash

They don't answer the phone!!!!! I called 10 times. If they don't answer I don't know if it's worth to go there because I don't know which kind of shoes they have.

Pushy staff try to upsell stuff all the time and get visibly frustrated if you don't. Managers probably put them up to it. Just buy online, from anywhere else

The attention is the worse I ever seen. I tried to exchange a pair that I bought cause it cause pain and they didn't let me. Terrible service and treat.

Sats its opening at 10, I see employees inside the store and they say “just ten more minutes”. It’s currently 10:36 and they still haven’t opened.

Worst store ever, 10:20 and still not open, but instead walking around unloading boxes and ignoring the queue that is outside the doors.

The guy who is Jess ? is really unpleasant and unhappy unhelpful service. He doesn’t want to sell their product.
