I purchased shoes online due to covid19 They were sent from here i received my shoes and a computer generated thank you note from footlocker saying thanks for supporting them, Staff member who packaged my order wrote a fantastic note and added to my order, I work in and part own a retail store myself and was lucky enough not to be closed during lockdown this note made me really feel like those of us who have continued to work throughout this long lockdown are really lucky to have been still working,I would recommend this place based on your staff member taking the time to write that note, 2020 has been very tough for everyone , shop local and support small businesses

Absolutely terrible online experience with footlocker. First sent the wrong shoes. Arrived in a few days and took over a month to receive a refund. Everytime I emailed them to ask someone different replied and asked the same questions over and over like I was trying to rip them off. They gave a discount code that I have to use online for 20%. Doesn't even cover half of the stress I went through. Not to mention I buy a pair of shoes at least 3-4 times per year. Thanks foot locker I won't be shopping with you ever again.

Air Force 1 is a great shoe and they give me good discount. The staff members were great an helpful they are always happy to speak to footlocker customers an they provide you the best service. The only bad thing is they need to have more new shoes and more hats. Very shoes they sell is real not fake. Overall they are they best shoe selling band in Australia.

Best customer experience hands down! Had to return a pair of LeBron James shoes at Dandenong Footlocker. Was greeted by Brice who issued a refund and help me try a few other shoes. I would recommend this store as I was confused with the negative reviews. I guess customer experience is subjective and in that case dont let a few rotten apples ruin the bunch.

Good Variety but terrible staff. Not helpful at all, did not come and help me at all. No manners, no customer service, they were having their own conversation. Would recommend going to platypus in parkmore or sports first in parkmore. I have not experienced this in other places. Would not recommend going here

just received a pair of tns my boyfriend brought me through afterpay but has on the label that they came from the dandenong store and they are damaged and filthy so clearly just pulled them off the shelf without a care in the world... this is the second pair received that aren't in brand new condition

First enjoyable experience at any foot locker. Jaesha was especially helpful and provided a non pressure sales environment where I was able to price check else where. And returned soley because of the customer service provided.

Exceptional service. I purchased shoes. The following day, I needed to exchange them for a bigger size. As I exchanged the shoes, the staff let me know they were now on sale and refunded me the difference. That's impressive.

Another store I've been to to buy shoes when the advertised runners were not in the store. Then i was told they had ones similar but were not on Sale. Thanks for nothing. Stop advertising things that don't exist

I never leave reviews but i got some time to kill, damn, walked in and was greeted straight away, all staff were incredibly helpful and made me feel more than welcome. Made my day just that little bit better.

Absolutely terrible business for such a big company to have their phone lines down for over 3 weeks, possibly more. That's how long I've been trying. Can't even get through to head office!!!

Terrible service. I got a pair of shoes, and when i checked it at home, both were for the same foot. The lady who sold them only had one job, and the store wasn't even busy that day.

THEY DO NOT ANSWER THEIR PHONE. so disrespectful, and unprofessional. called over ten times to enquire about missing item and they did not pick up the phone. how pathetic.

When entering the shop staff were immediately trying to serve you whilst very friendly and helpful. The interior is a nice calming environment with modern furnishings.

Staff on hard drugs. Customer service is no existent. Their website is still running in the 1990’s format where it takes 4 days to be refreshed and updated.

The staff is really friendly and approachable. However they dont have many big sneakers at this store like the Lebrons, Harden or Dame. its a bit of a shame
