I’d give 0 stars if google allowed me. Avoid this place at all cost!! The service here was absolutely sicking. No respect for customers. Came into the store looking for a particular shoe. Saw that the two working at the front were occupied with customers so i asked the two at the middle section if they could help since they didn’t look busy at all. When i had gone up to them, they carried on conversing and didn’t even acknowledge my presence. One of them, a black older lady told me to go back to the shoe section because they would help me. I didn’t say much just thanked her, till i turned around and she started talking about me and another customer who apparently went all the way to the front asking about a shoe. And how she thought it was “stupid” that people go to different sections to ask questions about certain things and that its clear who’s working where. I for one wasn’t even aware of this. So imagine how many weren’t. It was just a simple mistake. I find it disgusting that she’d speak about customers in front of them. Shows lack of decorum. D

So I went to this store yesterday to exchange a tracksuit bottom for my brother. I needed the manager for an exchange; exchanges and refunds sometimes need manager authorisation. The staff were friendly and the manager was absolutely great! You don’t say this very often lol- but I was unsure about the fit and the manager was around my brothers size and very kindly tried it on for me. I would say thats outstanding customer service cause you don’t really get that everyday. Would definitely recommend.

During my recent interaction with your customer service team, I encountered unprofessional behavior that fell below the standards I have come to expect. The staff members I dealt with displayed a lack of courtesy, empathy, and professionalism throughout the entire interaction. Their tone was dismissive, and they seemed uninterested in addressing my concerns or providing adequate assistance. I have spoken to the store assistant manager about it. I'm going to write complain letter to area manger.

The service in this place is completely unacceptable. I was waiting for 30 minutes for someone to let me know if the shoes i was waiting for were on stock but instead i was not approached by anyone. Then i went to complain to a manager and she seemed as if she wasnt interested by what i had to say. Would not recommend anyone to go. There are jd and foot locker close by who have way better customer service. Very angry with this store will not be going back.

Had purchased 4 zaveti coats last week and came to exchange 1 coat for a larger size. Only one XL coat left and I was told that no refund or exchanges are being processed until after 29/12/21.... how can a customer travel all the way to a store then leave the last in their size... (in London- I checked) hoping that it will still be there in a few days time!!! Terrible system and rude manager/supervisor

Absolutely dreadful customer service lady at the till had appalling greetings skills, I went in to deal with a simple exchange but instead I was told they can't do due to there stock take, but on there website it states that they can. Spent 5 minutes supposedly speaking to there manager to tell me to send it to them, they can't do it. Absolutely useless. Never buying from footasylum again.

One person on the shop floor standing around doing nothing, asked him if he had size 3 in a shoe he said dunno you have to look over there??? So I went and asked the lady at the till who said “‘nah I can’t get that you have to ask him”? This was Saturday 5pm I don’t know who works at this time but they’re being paid essentially to drive people out the door due to lack of service haha

Stay away from this store. Extremely worse customer service. They did not want to change my shoes i just bought a day ago by saying they have become dirty when they were not. I didnt even wear them. Those shoes are now useless for me as they dont fit me. £100 gone waste. The 2 ladies on the till were also of no help and didnt offer any support. Idiots

Went their today to get a refund on a pair of trainer's with receipt, the so called manager said the refund is not in date even though on their website it said it goes up to the 9th of January!!! asked for my money back ,security was called, ileft the shop,this isn't the end, Do Not SHOP their until the manager has gone

Black fat guy sagging his jeans. No customer service skills at all, came up behind me (a small petite girl!) and was standing weirdly close to me. Followed me all around the shop. Standing right in front of me whilst I’m sitting down. Avoid him at all costs he takes advantage of his job to get girls. 14:55 Saturday

One staff worker seems like he doesn't want to be there. I asked him if they had a few more pairs of trainers im buying and asked me "why?" Like it's his business. Not to mention, he did not even bother saying hello or anything, just took the box, scanned it and input the amount.

Arrived at the store 5.37pm yesterday to find the doors locked.Though i called ahead and they said they close at 6pm an checked online. Prior visit Poor, rude and inexperienced staff where service is concerned let alone product knowledge!! Males and females come up different.

Very rude manager, no customer service at all. All the clothes on display are all dirty and they refuse a refund when you try to return an item in perfect condition. Do not come to this store the manager herself is very rude. If I could give 0 stars I would!

Far from this store, you can't do anything the manager is avoiding help shoes after two days they started to creak they said they won't do anything because I don't have the box this store should have been closed a long time ago better go shopping to JD

The customer service here is possibly the worst I’ve ever experienced at a clothing shop. I feel bad for the staff because it appears they have been poorly trained and are poorly managed. I hope they can improve and save the much needed retail jobs.

The worst shop customer I've been seen in all my life. To day i tried to buy trousers for them and i asked the woman behind the desk i wanna tried if does fit me the said No then she said ask my supervisor... Also she refused to talk to me

Footasylum is Croydon is the worst, avoid if u can. I feel they really need to make their store bigger as when its busy you can't move around to shop and look. Please take this into some consideration

Great selection of trainers, but the customer service is really poor. The staffs on the shop floor are mainly teenagers who don't even try and disguise their contempt for the customers.

Such a busy store with onky 2 tills. The staff were too busy talking about getting a broken nail fixed and what time their break would be than getting through the queue on the tills.

Short fat black young guy white ripped hoddie working on Saturday 2nd September had no space awareness and didn’t wanna be there. No customer service.

Tight for medium mobility scooters but staff assisted me very respectfully and moved things so I can get around flat floor so accessible.

It's a pretty narrow shop so during peak hours it gets quite crowded. Even so, the staff are friendly and their stock is up to date.

Disgusted with this place they give out fake money to people so be aware of the change you get, or simply don't shop there at all!

I had a great experience; I bought two pairs of trainers and was helped by Crystal, who was very patient, friendly and welcoming.
