I don’t think I’ve ever left a negative review before but wow I just had such a painful experience. I had gum deep cleaning here (which I've had before at a different dentist's office before I moved to Austin and it wasn't painful). They give you numbing shots and deep clean your gums. A few minutes into my treatment, I told my dental hygienist that my mouth wasn’t numb all the way and it was very painful in certain spots (deep into my gums). She told me that I was just feeling pressure and that she’d put a topical numbing cream on my gums. This wasn’t pressure, it was a sharp pain. This happened about 20 times, with me raising my hand and telling her that certain spots weren’t numb and were extremely painful. She continued working and hitting those same spots. After about 15-20 minutes, I stopped her and said that we were done. My mouth clearly wasn’t numb all the way and I wasn’t going to keep sitting there in pain. She told me again that my mouth was numb but she finally said the dentist could give me another shot. We were almost done with the procedure so I just wanted to pay and leave. I shouldn’t have to sit there telling them that I'm in pain for 20 minutes before it’s taken seriously. As I was leaving, she told me that I was just “overwhelmed”. I wasn’t overwhelmed, I was in pain because my mouth wasn’t numb all the way. She checked with the front desk who said that if I left, then I'd have to start the procedure over from the beginning next time (even though we were almost done with it). There was no apology or checking on me. Just a high pressure sales tactic to get me not to leave. It seemed like they thought it was all in my head. I’m really disappointed because I liked the dentists and the technology they have to scan your teeth/mouth. I had a lot of dental work that I was planning to get done at this office (crown, fillings, Invisalign) but after that experience, I definitely won’t be going back.

I cannot stop raving about my experience at Forest Family Dentistry. From the email communication in setting up the appointment to wrapping up my visit, I was impressed at the tight ship operation they run. I was first seen by Angel, who was so kind and helped explain what we were up to. She set expectations perfectly. Then my Dental Hygienist was a complete rockstar (sorry I can’t recall his name!). He treated me with the upmost respect and seemed genuinely concerned about my well being. The cherry on top of this experience was of course, Dr. Bethell. Such a professional, gracious, thoughtful and considerate of my overall health. As much as I was there for my teeth, I felt like they all cared about me as a whole person. I work in tech and I felt like I was walking into a tech office. Huge kudos to everyone who made it their job to take care of the minuscule details, I noticed it all! I say all this because boy, the practice I was coming from was in two words: hot mess. I’m not going to share the name of the practice, but they could certainly learn a thing or two on how to treat patients and maybe not be so full of themselves. To run a seamless operation on top of being great professionals is difficult but the Forest Family Dentistry team proves it’s not impossible and even makes it look easy. Just wow all around. ⭐️Nuria is the best hygienist I’ve been to hands down!!! Just had to get that out of the way- if you want your teeth to feel the cleanest they ever had, she will hook you up!! So easy to talk to also. I am a dental hygienist too, and I have worked at A LOT of different offices- this office is one of the most fun and modern feeling offices. The service is quick- the assistant is very professional and efficient and thorough- takes all your xrays accurately so the dentist has good information to make a diagnosis. (This office actually scans each patient- not every office does this- is a 3D scan if the teeth so you cab see the outsides and insides of the teeth! Sooo cool!! So, when the dentist is trying to describe something in your mouth, she can just show you instead.) I had Dr. Hagan for my dentist today- she was very thorough- she took pictures of all of my teeth and showed me while explaining what was needing to be done. Not every dentist does this- she really took the time to explain and answer questions- i did not feel rushed (like just another number, like at some other places) super great experience!!!! In summary: Nuria (the hygienist) will get you the cleanest teeth you’ve ever felt and Dr. Hagan excellent dentist Great vibes here❤️ Cheers!

This location of Forrest family has the worst customer service. A few days before my appointment (that was booked 6 months in advance), they called me and in a very rude way said that they are going to cancel it due to someone quitting their job or something like that. And they are booked for the rest of the year, so they sent me to a different location. Since I never got an email from them about the new appointment; After a couple of days I called to see what’s the status of the new appointment. The front desk mentioned that the new appointment has been emailed to me. When I asked her the email on file, it was similar to my name but a yahoo email (I never had such an email). So someone has attempted to do an identity theft by giving them a fake email. I never could figure this out with them due to the person who was talking on the phone was extremely rude about it. I think she mentioned her name as “Julyssa”. I don’t recommend this location of Forrest family at all. Also every time I have gone there I see a new dentist. There is no consistency!

I won't come back here again. Went in today earlier than usual because they said I needed to come in earlier, and then they acted annoyed that I was even there. "do you really want x-rays? You were just here..." "do you really want an exam? You were just here..." Why was I asked to come back earlier if they felt like I didn't need to be there? I don't choose to go to the dentist for fun. I was a patient at a different location before transferring here and was so much happier with the service and expertise. The staff at this location is less than helpful/knowledgeable and there's always always something additional they suggest I purchase. I quietly and respectfully expressed discontent with the visit today to the assistant and have not been contacted (other than an automated message asking for this public review) by anyone as a follow-up so it seems they are unconcerned. I wouldn't trust them with my dental care.

boy-O-boy, girl-O-girl, i'm here 2 tell all y'all how wonderful, yes, wonderful my dental Xperience went at forest family dentistry. when i called them asking about getting a tooth removed they were so polite & attentive 2 what i was going through over the phone, i knew i was going 2 B N caring hands. well the next day at my appointment they gave me the royale treatment. dr. david nekuyi & the 2 assistants who cared so dearly 4 me made sure i was totally comfortable through my procedure. as the doctor preformed his magic, communicating w/me along the way, not 1 time did i feel any pain or discomfort. not long after the jungle animal's documentary was over, i was sitting back 2 normal position N the dentist chair free of an annoying tooth. after dr nekuyi's right hand WOman (the boss) Nstructed me on after care, i knew i have finally found my dentist

Forest was awesome from start to finish for this first visit of mine. When I booked, it was for a while out, and they got in touch when they had something open up much sooner! They were great about checking in throughout the xrays (thank you Brooke!) and cleaning process to make sure I was comfortable and felt safe at all times. I had the gentlest cleaning of my life with Parviz, even though it had been literal years since my last dentist visit. They gave great advice on how to care for my teeth better without making me feel ashamed of my current choices. Best of all, they seemed to genuinely care about my dental health, which makes me actually want to take care of myself. I don't have much dental trauma myself, but I know they would be great for folks who have had bad dental experiences. Glad to have found them!!

If you’re looking for a new dentist and hygienist, don’t want to be disappointed but don’t have time to scour reviews, look no further. My partner and I have been going for over a year and enjoy it every time. Originally chosen for their reported calm, reassuring chairside manner and encouraging, forward thinking and helpful solutions for my anxious boyfriend who hadn’t gone to the dentist in a bit. Since then I started going as well and always feel like the hygienists take care and time in cleaning and assessing my teeth. The dentist (I see Dr. Hagen primarily but have seen others as well) spends time with you and truly listens to concerns and offers solutions. I feel great about my dental present and future. FYI, the office is clean, organized, and stylish (very modern). You can’t help but feel relaxed.

This review is based solely upon their billing and not upon the services provided. I thoroughly appreciated the dentist I worked with and the work that he performed was more than satisfactory. I got work done close to the end of the year and had suggested that we wait to make sure insurance would cover everything. I was assured that insurance would cover the full cost of my treatment, turn out it didn’t. Had I waited a few weeks to get the service done insurance would have been able the full cost of my treatment- now I am out of pocket a significant amount. I can’t trust what they tell me at the front of house- so I will not be returning. Make sure you do your own insurance investigation before you go here- or expect to pay out of pocket more than expected.

I’ve been going to FFD for 5 years now, and continue to be thrilled with the dental care I receive. I couldn’t be happier with them. I like that there are 4 locations (I’ve been to 3 of them) so if something urgent is to come about, I am confident I could be seen within 24-48hrs without having to find a new provider that I am unfamiliar with. They have the latest tools and technology to make the dental care and experience they provide be nothing less than superb. They are great educators on dental hygiene and I’ve learned valuable information that has allowed me to up my hygiene game. I was cared for today by Dr.Hagan, Josh and Aaron and left the office feeling fantastic, wanting to tell the world about FFD. Go to the best!

I chipped a tooth last night and needed a dentist. Forest Family Dentistry on Burnet was able to fit me in the next day. They were great about defining a care plan, explaining it to me, giving me an estimate before starting work, and then fixing my tooth. The dentist even punned and asked if I was feeling chipper today. They have Netflix on TV's on the ceiling to distract you while they do their work (though I recommend against watching a comedy because laughing while you are getting a chipped tooth repaired is not a great idea). Fast, friendly, and very good at telling you what they are about to do before they do it. Do I love the dentist? Nah, but at least I don't hate them. Recommended!

I rarely feel the need to share experiences like this, but I have to share so that others will know. The clinical staff is truly so wonderful and caring, but the financial department caused me great distress. After sharing a confusing payment plan with me, an staff member assured me that she would both communicate with my insurance and have another staff member call me. Neither happened. A month and a half later, they have done nothing to help me and have left me out to dry. It is clear to me that this place only values those for whom payment is easy, and I feel disrespected and dismissed for asking for greater clarity in the major financial investment in my health. It’s really sad.

I have never had as good of experience anywhere as I did here. Smiling, friendly faces as soon as you walk through the door! They walk you through everything and never leave you guessing or wondering what’s next. Throughout my appointment I met amazing people who were very down to earth and never judged you or shamed you for anything you’ve done (or haven’t done) I left feeling like I have a game plan that I understand and I know exactly how much everything will cost me so I can plan accordingly. If you’ve been spurred by bad dentists in the past then please, do yourself a favor and meet the FFD family! They’ll leave you confident in your smile by the end of your appointment

They have just recently opened this new/renovated space. It’s nicely done and the employees were all very friendly. My only disappointment was that they did not have my records from the Anderson Lane location and this lead to some confusion about my dental history and they suggested further work be performed that was previously deemed unnecessary. I like that they have another location (that I agreed to try since they were all booked at the main location on Anderson through the end of the year), however it will be much to their advantage and benefit their patients to get their computer records synchronized to avoid these types of problems.

I have anxiety about going to the dentist, and after a bad experience at a different location, I was really nervous about today's cleaning. But Sophia, Parviz, and Dr. Hartman were wonderful and put me at ease! They explained everything they were doing as they were doing it, they gave great personalized feedback and recommendations, and I didn't feel uncomfortable or pressured at any point during the visit. I was seen promptly at my scheduled time and they took the time to answer all of my questions, I didn't feel rushed at all. Definitely one of the best experiences I've ever had at a dentist appointment!

The worst dentist experience of my entire life! Dr. Hagan came in extremely rushed, didn't explain anything, and then she told me I needed FOUR fillings (I am 28 and have only had one other filling my entire life), so obviously I told her I needed to think about it. I went to another dentist for a second opinion and he told me I only needed ONE filling (and he had NO IDEA what the other teeth she wanted to fill were, because there were no signs of decay anywhere else). This place seems to have an overly aggressive strategy that is focused on doing unnecessary work to put money in their pocket.

Been coming to Forest Family for a while at both Anderson and 183 before the Burnet location opened up. We've loved our experience at each location, the staff has always been so welcoming, professional, and just do a stand up job. The Burnet location in particular stands out for how accessible and the flexibility to go later after 5 has been a game changer. I'd highly recommend to anyone who's in need of a dentist for adults, kiddos, etc. Truly a great local business that I'm happy to support, be a patient of, and bring my family to.

I have terrible dentist phobia due to several horrific experiences in the past. I waited 2 years just to get my teeth cleaned because of it. The whole staff starting with the front desk forward were all wonderful, caring, compassionate and highly skilled and experienced in all aspects making sure that I was as comfortable as possible. The whole procedure from start to finish was painless and comfortable. Dr. Amanda Hartman and her assistant were just wonderful. I will have no more fear going here in the future.

Beautiful office (Burnet location)!!! Front desk staff was incredibly helpful & knowledgeable regarding what my insurance covered & setting up my appointments quickly. My doctor & her assistant (Oscar) were wonderful & walked me through everything they were doing. I look forward to going back and getting my treatment plan completed. Prices even without my insurance were fair considering they have high tech equipment. Not to mention TV’s on the ceiling & blankets while you’re in your chair! So glad I found them!

I've been a patient of Dr. Hartman for about 3 years and really like her. Unfortunately, the terrible front desk is the reason I'll be leaving this practice as soon as I'm done with my Invisalign treatment. I have recently moved to Pflugerville, but continued to come to the Burnet location because of the Doctor I liked. Front desk is very important as it's who your customers talk to. If your practice's goal is to tell a customer that you don't want their business, there sure is a better way to communicate it.

I had a tooth go wild and while I’m usually anxious in dentist chairs they had me feeling calmAF super easy to register they took my insurance and were super patient and explained everything. Saw a Dr Hartman who has exceptional bedside manner, didn’t even feel the numbing shots as she talked me through it. I’m and out minimum pain and I’d highly recommend them. Also they had televisions mounted to the ceiling with Netflix not sure if that helped but it definitely didn’t hurt making the visit go smooth.

I highly recommend Forest Family Dentistry on Burnet Rd. Dr. Nekuyi was great he was patient, nice and very informative, Maty at the front desk was amazing she helped me so much with my insurance issue, Both the hygienist and Sophia were really nice and were very welcoming and sweet. Had a few laughs with them as well. It is a very friendly atmosphere If I could give 10 stars I would. Usually I'm very anxious when it comes to doctors but not here I felt at ease they really made me feel comfortable.

I will more than gladly recommend Forest Family Dentistry to anyone looking for a dentist. The staff as always been very welcoming and friendly. Very good to have especially when you get anxious at the dentist office like I do. I did not feel anxious at all during my last visit cause I already knew to expect the great and welcoming people that work here. The office looked clean, well designed and beautiful. The staff was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I appreciated Adrian's patience with my tech challenges. Dr.Elizabeth Hagan kindly informed me of the infection I had and how she would approach my various dental disasters. I need to see a dentist more often than a year, and take better care of my teeth. I have no doubt I will go there again. Clearly I do not usually enjoy going to a dentist, but this felt more like going to a caring family.

Dr. Dave and the team at Forest Family Dentistry - Burnet are very professional, helpful and considerate. It has been a long time since I walked out of a dentist office and felt like there was a noticeable difference. The office receptionist and dental assistant are welcoming, courteous and helpful. My dental hygienist is amazing. I am the last to look forward to a dentist appointment but Dr Hartman really turned that around. She is out of my network, but I still insist on staying with Forest Family because of her. She walked me though every step of what she was doing while she was filling my cavity and a crown. Litzy (not sure if this spelling is correct) but she was so amazing as well. From front desk to the doctors has been an amazing experience at the burnet location. Thank you thank you thank you!!

Once you find a great dental practice, you stick with them! We found Forest Family Dentistry via word of mouth and my husband, son, and I been patients for several years now. The dental care we receive is always top notch and never rushed. The staff (dentists, hygienists, and supper staff) are all excellent. Forest Family is a thriving practice, so scheduling can be tricky, but they have multiple locations and there’s never a wait once you’re in the office. Highly recommend!

I had no pain and no problems but after a year or two away I saw them and they recommended a deep clean. Almost the next day after the deep clean I developed a deep bacterial infection that caused my back tooth to need to be extracted. Very careless explanation of treatment throughout and lack of ownership for this chain of events. After 8 years as a customer this has been a really unfortunate turn, but I have to strongly recommend against visiting this group.

My high school senior needed an emergency repair to his front tooth the day before graduation. Our regular dentist couldn’t fit him in and I called frantically until Forest Family Dentistry saved the day. Dr. Amanda Hartman saw him at her lunch hour and repaired his chipped tooth beautifully. We were amazed at our good fortune. Thanks to all the staff there who coordinated and helped us in our time of need! We highly recommend this office!

I had a great experience here! Everyone I met with was friendly, took time to explain everything to me in detail, and happily answered any questions I had. At the end of my appointment Dr. Hagan gave me a good recommendation but didn’t make me feel pressured to act on it (especially since it’s something my insurance doesn’t currently cover). I would definitely recommend Forest Family Dentistry to anyone who’s look for a new dentist!

Excellent experience as always. The professionals at FFD are very welcoming and take the time to listen to concerns as well as answer any questions. I sincerely appreciate FFD’s use of newer technologies along side traditional standards, and everyone’s enthusiasm in discussing dental practices is enjoyable. I always feel like my comfort and safety are top priorities for FFD, and always leave in a better mood than when I arrived.

I really have no complaints at all. New patient. They had a cancellation so I accepted a random time available. Had a few cavities/fillings needed and was scheduled for fillings that same week. Both appointments were incredibly fast and easy. The doctor even did a little extra work without charging. I do take pretty good care of my teeth so I can’t speak for someone that needs other stuff done, but I would absolutely go back.

This place felt pushy, I agreed to get fillings and went to a new dentist and already they’re saying one of the fillings needs to be replaced - even said “it looks there’s an old filling here.” The filling is barely 1 year old. I’d avoid due to the pushy nature and issue I’ve had already. They were friendly until after I got my fillings and then tried to sell me more things (I guess I agreed too easily…) I don’t trust them.

The company misquoted me on the dental work prices, and charged me for an extra two exams. When I called to try and work it out, one of their representatives in billing was completely unwilling to listen or help, and despite the validity of my claims, was insistent on me paying the bills. I think they could work on transparency in billing, and do a better job of providing accurate estimates, and customer service in general.

I’ve only been to this new location and one other location, they’re both wonderful but everyone was SO nice here! The new office is so beautiful. The doctor I saw and the dental hygienist were so professional and nice, I truly hate going to the dentist but they made it as enjoyable as it could be. The front desk staff were also super friendly. I liked the new location so much that I made my next appointment there also!

This was my first visit since relocating to Austin from CA. The entire process, from scheduling the appointment, obtaining & providing information & the initial appointment itself, was handled well. The recommendations are viable alternatives I appreciated the personalized service provided, though there definitely was some internal "disconnect" between staff members, but thankfully not too serious.

Dr. Hagen is wonderful. I have had very poor/traumatic dental experience somewhere else 10+ years ago, and she was very caring and got me through a related procedure with extra care and support. The staff are lovely. If you have anxiety like I do, I would highly recommend this location. They will get you through it. And your mouth will feel so very much better. Thank you Forest Family!

I have had horrible dental experiences in the past...think about going in for a dental implant and winding up in the hospital for an unplanned procedure. Yes, that bad. All the employees at Forest Family treated me exceptionally well, from the front desk to the hygienist and dentist. I can’t thank them enough for helping me improve my dental health and keeping me calm at the same time.

Dr. Hartman and all the staff I’ve encountered here are wonderful. I haven’t had dental insurance for 20 years so I’ve been neglecting my oral care and I need quite a bit of work. Dr. Hartman showed me pictures and gave me a clear treatment plan so taking care of my teeth doesn’t feel like an anxiety inducing mystery anymore. They have some good payment options for the uninsured too.

Brooke, Parviz, and Dr. Dave were all spectacular today! Today I had my teeth cleaned and a doctor exam for the first time in more years than I care to admit, and everyone approached their task with a gentle hand and a kind demeanor. They educated me about what was actually going on in my mouth and helped me take steps to address the treatment. What a rock star crew! Thanks everyone!

Imagine the Apple store, except it’s your dentist’s office. Then imagine the best customer experience you’ve ever had, except now it’s at your dentist’s office. I was forced to change dental providers because my previous dentist no longer accepted my insurance, and it turned out to be a blessing in disguise. First time in my life I can ever say I’m looking forward to my next visit!

I have such big fear of the dentist. I’m a crier. I have panic attacks. I just left from my second visit. They make me feel so comfortable and keep me calm and truly just might get me to the point where I don’t fear the dentist! Also, when I showed up today. Samantha, the assistant, remembered what I watched last time and had it playing for me this time. That was so thoughtful.

The appointment was easy to set up and went very well. I had a flexible schedule so I just called one of the offices and asked for the earliest time at one of the three locations by my house. The cleaning and exam were easy. Dr. Hagan was helpful and informative as she explained her recommendations to replace two very old fillings on back molars that are showing signs of age.

I had my 2nd visit to Forest Family Dentistry today and I can’t say enough good things about them! I have only been to the Burnett location but my hygienist (Parviz), Dr. Dave, and the rest of the staff are awesome and so so nice! Makes going to the dentist pain free! Such a great place full of wonderful people... will be back in 6 months for my next cleaning! :)

I had my first visit today and had a wonderful experience start to finish. Parking was convenient and free. Front desk staff was welcoming and very kind. The dental assistant and dentist both had wonderful customer service skills. They explained each step of the process and were experienced and thorough. Everyone is so polite and professional! I haven't been to the dentist in years for various reasons. Dr. David and Marissa made me feel very accepted and my embarrassment dissipated almost immediately. The practice is spotless. The atmosphere is causal because of the large, open workspace. The desk staff answered all my questions, they're knowledgeable AF.

I went here for painful wire from broken retainer exposed and hurting my cheek. I paid cash I believe for $150 or so for a quick 5 minute appointment with Dentist who quickly removed the little piece of retainer. He didn't bother to clean left over glue or anything, for this high price, I would expect a little more. His front staff were also incompetent.

We are patients of Forest Family Dentistry and we just took our toddler here for his first check-up. We could not be happier! I was admittedly a little nervous because they're not a specialized pediatric dentist with all the tricks to keep the kids from freaking out, but they were absolutely fantastic! I would highly recommend Forest for children.

I previously had a different dentist but was not happy there. I scheduled an appointment at Forest Family a couple years ago and have come back every 6 months. Just had a routine cleaning and Jacklyn was great. I like the way she communicated about what she was doing and observations. If you are looking for a new dentist I recommend them.

Always amazed at how quickly the appointments go - you’re never waiting. All of the staff are exceedingly helpful and kind, and I haven’t had a dentist or hygienist yet that wasn’t fantastic - communicative, gentle, everything you want from a dental experience. And very affordable and transparent about cost if you don’t have insurance.

Forest Family was recommended by my wife after she fell in love with the service and professionalism they offered. I was in the market for a new dentist since my previous one really failed me. I have been extremely happy with everyone at this location. Dr Hartman is wonderful and I hope to continue to see her for all my dental needs.

They’re awesome! I am a new patient here at this Dentistry office. As soon as I walked I was greeted with smiles and a warm welcome. The front desk ladies are super nice and patient. I have Dr.O and he’s amazing, I would recommend him. Overall everyone was professional and they made me feel as if I’ve been a patient here for years.

I cannot recommend this office enough! I came into my appointment very anxious and everyone made me feel so at ease and comfortable. All of the staff had a very calming and positive presence. They were also very quick and efficient; I never felt like I was stuck waiting for them. I’m actually looking forward to my next visit!

Same great dental practice as their other locations but super convenient on Burnett Road. Professional, highly skilled staff with the latest equipment for the best dental care. I am not a fan of dental visits but Forest Family Dental is an exception. After trying other practices but FFD is my dental home. Highly Recommended!

The staff and healthcare professionals at Forest Family are great! I’ve gone there for emergencies and routine care and always found them all great. They have helped me navigate insurance issues and changes. The different facilities on West Anderson and Burnet are sparkling, and the different staff are mighty friendly!

I was hoping for a great experience with all the good reviews! But, I am disappointed with the appointment scheduling process - first step of the process! I emailed the dentistry for 11:30am appointment, and then the person in charge somehow messed up and scheduled me for 4:30pm? Very disappointing service!

This is the greatest dentist office in the US. Reasonable price. They don’t try to bring you only to pitch you $5000 worth of dental work. The office is state of the art. Dr David is incredible and an incredible human being and so is his brother. I don’t even live in Austin anymore and I will only go here.

I had my first appointment with them this morning. As far as COVID protocols - they took my temperature before entering and were very good about making everything feel clean and safe. Overall, they were very nice and explained everything they were doing which I really appreciated. Great experience!

This place is rockin! I was late bc of a mishap on my end. They were so pleasant and professional and kind. They were extremely throughout and professional throughout the entire exam! I learned a decent amount surprisingly as well that I haven’t experienced at other dental offices. They’re awesome!

Best cleaning I’ve ever had. There was no wait time and I was seen right away. Plus the dental hygienist was super gentle and gave me lidocaine for pain so the cleaning was painless and easy. The dentist was helpful and friendly as well and I highly recommend this office

All staff are friendly and welcoming. Dr. Hartman is really great about explaining what she’s doing while she’s working. Each suite has a ceiling tv, piped-in music, and plenty of blankets for the inevitable cold temps- going to the dentist here is like going to the spa!

Incredible! I cannot say enough about this practice. The entire staff - dentists, hygienists, assistants, administrators - deserve raises and cakes. I had extensive work done, and they were attentive and professional, but still friendly and listened the whole time.

In my lifetime, I’ve gone to a number of dentist offices. This one, by far, is the best experience. If you’re looking to switch dentists, this is where to go. For example, I had a tooth filling—and got to watch The Office from a TV on the ceiling.

Took the whole family here for our first check up and had a great experience! They were fast, thorough, and painless. My toddler even enjoyed herself. The dentist was very personable and understanding. We are very happy to have found this place.

The dentist and DA were both nice and informative. The front desk ladies could use an attitude adjustment though, which really sucks because the front desk is the first and last person you talk to.. so a bad impression was left.

Amazing! I love Dr. Hegwood. I had a chipped front tooth and it looks perfect after she added filler! No one could tell what tooth was even damaged in the first place. I've recommended her to all my neighbors.
