I worked here for about 9 months the pay sucked and I use to love working here. The managers are nice some were two face fake horrible people and were racist. Antonie was the best boss there and store was better with him now when he left us and went to a different location. We had new bosses come and leave none of them stayed more then a few months now we have this new boss who was nice at first. things were going fine until she showed who she really was a racist horrible person who chose which employees she liked and didn't care if people came into the store to steal. One manager said let them. I felt so uncomfortable working with that boss and working at that store. I was done when the boss and everyone I quit and walked out because I wasn't gonna let this horrible person talk to me however she wanted and treat me and other employees bad. when I go into the store to purchase items or see friends who still currently working there because they got a dollar raise which I think is dumb and they should leave but anyways when I shop at the store minding my business that horrible boss Keisha mugs me and rolls her eyes at me all the time. I'm sorry you lost an employee who loved her job and loved working here. I wish she would just grow up and learn how to manage her job better and treat her employees and customers with respect. Also the store is always a complete mess like her.

This experience was poor by a Cashier that doesn't know what Customer Service is at all, but the Manager handled it quite well. The insubordination of the Cashier was out of this world. However to make a story quite short because I'm leaving out a lot of details. I was advised with a shrug from him and that the red tagged $1 item signage was wrong and I quote... "I don't make the signage!" So I asked for a Manager. The Manager assisted me with great Customer Service and explained she would speak with him. So as I was getting finished up with my purchase he was asked to continue assisting me. Now get this, he then and I qoute again, told the Manager "I am already assisting her". I mean wow, curt and how much of a poor attitude can you have! To tell you the truth, he didn't really seem to care! To top it off it was my 12 year old daughters b-day. What a way to end her day. She did love her items I bought for her. I won't go back though to the North Park location, there are other FE21 stores who handle people with respect.

Great customer service. They have more plus merchandise compared to the other forever 21 locations. Definitely recommend coming to this one. Who really don't see any workers on the floor besides the fitting room and the cashier's they could be better at putting the merchandise in the right place. They do however have more shoes and accessories than clothing. But it isn't a bad thing for me. Also the escalator is never functioning

Lackluster sales staff. Racks so full you couldn't look through what was there. Benches have been removed from changing rooms, leaving nowhere to put your purse parcels or your own clothes. We ended out buying nothing because apparently they rack the clothes by color, not style, brand, or size. Too disorganized and overstocked to find our sizes.

Alyssia was amazing, extremely helpful, and kind when I shopped there. There was an issue with the POS due to a severe thunderstorm, and she did a wonderful job explaining the situation and helping me any way she could. I am grateful for her incredible customer service!!

The manager should be embarrassed by how dirty and nasty this store is. There's boxes and dust everywhere. The upstairs counter looks like a bad dollar tree store. I only came here to pickup an item for my brother. I don't shop here nor will I ever.

Ayden helped me so much. His positive energy shines through the entire store. He is always at the register and is so helpful. Always a kind smile and great attitude. Made my trip to texas worth it ❤️

I never got paid for the 3 or 4 hours that I worked in February of 2022. This company is corrupt!!!!!!!! In the words of Nene Leakes!!!! CHILEEEEEEE THE GHETTO!!!!!!!!
