Good store. My main and only complaint is that the cashiers/ registers are hard to find!! Esp if you haven't been there in a couple of years. They are located upstairs and at the end by where you come in to the food court side. Not the floor levels side. Everything is hidden behind a bunch of shelves. Like the beauty cosmetic shelves but if you see a group of people waiting, then you've found it lol. It was wild that it took me a good 20 or so mins just to find them. I couldn't find an employee and when I did they were way across the store and hard to catch. But yeah that was the main problems I had. Everything else was Ok

I placed an order on 12/3, shipped to the store on 12/4. Was suppose to be ready to pick up on 12/10. Never got a confirmation to pick it up so I canceled it on 12/15 and was told I'd have my refund in 48 hours. It is 12/19 and still no refund!!!! And when I talked to someone this evening they say the order hasn't been canceled and hangs up when I ask how is that when I canceled it on the 15th and never even picked up the package??? They took the money immediately, they have their products so why can't I have my money? Such a sorry company to be dealing with, I'll never shop with them again or recommend them to anyone

Forever 21 is usually clean and organized and you can see that if you walk in from upstairs where all the newer styles are but downstairs is another story. Due to the sale, there are clothes everywhere and unorganized. It's chaotic to look at but it's affordable stuff that's not in style anymore? I typically don't shop here because I can't afford to justify the usual price. The lines are long sometimes but the wait isn't. The cashiers are nice and I've never experienced a bad moment with them. It's easy to navigate the store and find what you're looking for, accessories or clothes.

There are two levels you can shop on by using either their elevator or escalator. This location is very big, beautiful and also clean! They carry Clothing for men, women and children of all ages! The store is accessible directly from the outside of the Avenues Mall and also from the inside of the Mall itself. The store is very spacious and it definitively carries, a really huge selection of ecomically priced new clothing! As well, half of the lower levels floor of this store, holds the clearance priced clothing. I GOT 7 ITEMS FOR 30.00 TOTAL in March of 2023.

They have two floors since they are wear a department store used to be, they only have one register working that is on the second floor the bottom floor has a line of registers but no employees and the top floor where 5 registers where but only had one girl training two other girls checking people out. There was a line with about 20 people that I had to wait in just to get a pair of earrings that were VERY cute and at a LOW price, I'd like to add. You would just think they would have a few more employees.

Wide selection of women's wear. Plenty of space to move around without bumping into anyone. Checkout lines were a little crazy since it was a Friday afternoon. Also I don't know if the fitting rooms were open but prepared to just buy 2 of something if you don't know your exact size. Solid return policy with receipt if you have the tags intact.

My wife and mother love this location. I'm not sure why but it seems that is one of the cheapest forever 21 stores in the country. The first floor is full of bargains. The only negative aspect for us (husband's) is that there is no place to seat while you watch your wife or mother shop. Please Forever 21 do something for us :(

Don't bother asking for any help in this place. They have no idea what they carry, where anything is, nor do they care. No one asks if you need help. Employees are almost impossible to find. They hide out taking to each other. If you find anyone, they don't know what they have in the store and will not bother to find out.

I went shopping for a vacation I have this week & was impressed by the selection. Almost half the first floor is clearance or sale, they had a nice plus sized section too. I was asked if I needed any help by Faith then she helped me pick some cool pieces. Shoutout to faith for the great customer service!

Don't laugh but I haven't been here in at least 10 years. I'm shocked at the variety and size of this store. It's amazing. I didn't know they sold kids or men's clothing lol I'm definitely coming back. First with hubby to be spoiled then I'll bring my daughters lol. Checked out with Justin He was so nice

Miserably hot in here. Was completely over-hearted within a few minutes. It's absurd in Florida to be cooler when walking outside!!! They even had a temporary A/C set up outside of a fitting room. This was the only cool spot I found. Come on Forever 21...get it together!!!

There's a lot of sweaters to choose from right now. Good deals for black Friday, mostly thirty percent off but still worth it. I'm in love with the soft purple sweater I got! The lines were super long as per holiday shifts go but they move quick

This Forever 21 location is huge! It has two whole stories full of merchandise! Unfortunately, it reminded me more of a cheap warehouse store. Their decor is lacking. I've seen their other stores and I know they can do much better with

I was utterly impressed I'm giving a ride through a ride-sharing app to employee Damien. I was overly impressed by his maturity Beyond his years and he says he is applying for management position and I'm sure he'll get it.

I got some deals, kids clothes be too expensive. I found a cute dress for my daughter, it had a stain on. The dress was thr last one and act like they couldn't give me a discount on it. I got 10% but what's that

I love F21 so much. It’s literally my favorite store but I always end up spending so much money in there! But love their fashion, shoes, jewelry, everything!

Don’t ever apply for the credit card the worker told me it will give me 20% just for applying I was lied to don’t waste your time this is very annoying

Horrible experience!!! Clothing all over the floor the employees at the cash wrap texting and doing each others hair while there is a line.

Horrible! All female employees were in the dressing room doing nothing but talking! The store is dirty and unappealing. Recovery is needed!
