I gave five stars because I really do love this store. Huge selection, very inclusive. I have been shopping here 10 years and always have a good experience. But I am writing this because I went in today and was treated so poorly. My cashier was Jada. When I came up to the counter she was just not very nice. No “hello”, no “did you find everything okay”. Kind of a mean expression on her face. I wasn’t sure what was wrong. I was asking some questions about the cards forever 21 is offering. She was very bothered to have to explain this to me and when I had follow up questions, she looked at her coworker and started laughing and smirking at me. I asked her why she was doing that. She proceeded to lie and say that she was checking with her coworker to confirm the answer to my question. She did not say a single word to her coworker, only laughing. Lied to my face, no apology. Seemed to find it even funnier that I was wondering why she was doing this. It was disgusting to me and I have no idea what the issue was. Should not be in customer service at all. I actually left crying.

Review is mainly a reflection of their pet policy. Yes, they're a private business and they are able to exercise their rights, but it also doesn't give them the excuse to be rude. I had gone through the back door of their store on the 1st floor as me and my family had parked at the parking structure near their store. We usually check a stores front to see if pets are allowed inside. We check and sure enough nothing that states otherwise. We go inside and browse with no worries on the first floor. We go onto the second floor and browse for a bit more until we are met with an Asian (Chinese I think) associate that was very accusatory and rude to us about our dog. She informed us of their store policy and asked if it was a service dog. Told them no and was told to leave the store. It should be the stores responsibility to make sure the signs are posted everywhere for one. And two, it's a dog friendly mall for Pete's sake. Why would you alienate some of your customers with dogs while at a dog friendly mall is beyond me. Otherwise their clothes are alright. Nothing too crazy.

Girls literally go to forever 21 to relieve stress not to come out more stressed. The girls there have horrible customer service. They just look so unhappy to be there. At first I thought the girl was nice for letting me know that there is buy one get one free so I went back to get an item and left my dress there for her to hold. when I came back she said she sold it to another girl and had the worst acting I've ever seen as if she had totally forgot she just did that. She goes and gets me another dress without asking me the size and she is taking forever so I go get the dress myself and mind you there was like 3 smalls, she comes back looking disappointed and said "I could only find a medium" like girl you are doing TOO MUCH. Why waste the time and energy to be so petty to someone you don't know? I couldn't believe it hahaha also their fitting rooms are FILTHY like they haven't swept them in weeks

Came in for the second time in a week to look for cute on trend work clothes and was really hoping for a different experiences then the one I had earlier this week. The only staff I could find was at the cash wrap and found it kinda odd that every employee I saw was mid 30's and up and none were dressed reflecting the store they were at. But my BIG ISSUE was the fast that every single fixture was stuffed to the max. I shopped both levels and dove into tons of fixtures and could not shop any of them! It was so frustrating, I would see something I thought I like and go to look and it was impossible! I couldn't be even pull the item off! Like who the hell stuffs the product to the point that no one can even shop!!!! Also their was no variety in sizes at all!!!!!!! No XS, Large or Ex-Large. The merchandisers at this store should be FIRED!!!!! Beyond disappointed

Okay I need to give a huge shoutout to Marianna, who I believe is a manager at this forever21! I was trying to return a jumper I bought as a back up for an event and didn’t wear, and being a frazzled law student ofcourse I lost the receipt and tried to return it like 3 weeks later. She freaking searched through their transaction log for like 15 mins, while juggling other customers and helping other sales people, located my transaction, and was able to let me return it! As a student on a budget and someone who’s worked retail, I’m so thankful she helped me out rather than just turning me away because it wouldn’t be worth her time! She’s an allstar, give that girl a raise!

I was so disappointed. Some of the service I reveived was terrible and some was great. They only had one dressing room open. I asked a manager if they had an alternate room because the line was ridiculously long. It shorten up within 20 min. She said I know that's why we're cleaning this one. As a manager it should've been clean and ready for use before opening. There escalator was broken also. They lady at the register told me that they didn't have enough staff to run the rooms, but there were staff doing nothing at all ...... Pretending to clean. What a joke.... Terrible service. Never buying from F21 again. Their shoes are super uncomfortable they will DAMAGE your feet. They wouldn’t accept a return with receipt the very next day after buying them. Any other store on the planet would’ve accepted a shoe return with receipt. Their clothes are the worst quality you can possibly buy, made with terrible labor conditions and toxic materials. There’s documentaries about their mistreatment of workers and damage they do to the environment. This particular location has unhelpful, unprofessional store associates.

The craziest forever 21 I have ever been in. It was really big with a lot of options but it was sooooo disorganized. Nothing was really categorized and the clearance section was too big and too crowded. I would find gems in that area and then come to find out they were full price. Clothes were all over the ground. The employees were way too focused on other things and most of the time would not realize you were asking for help. I did find some good tops in there though and the room decor and accessories section was very nice.

Trying to contact managers for a transaction issue. I was put on hold for about 10 +minutes to only be directed to the wrong point of contact. I was also told that they were not able to do anything at store level. I called the fraud department and was told they were able to help me out and check transactions. I myself working in retail understand the difficulties with IT problems and how to properly void transactions. It would be best if their employees were better trained in dealing with customer issues

I was at fashion valley shopping in forever 21 and JASMINE was my cashier for that day. I walked up and she was automatically rude didn’t say hi ask me what I needed done or asked how I was. Her customer service was unprofessional and I could tell she either hated her job or hated customer service. Either way, it made me hate the store even more and I just wanted to get out of there. Retail isn’t the way it is anymore, and she should look for a job where customer service isn’t her priority.

Omg, this one is freaking huge and I felt like the selection of plus size is pretty decent. I think they could use either a bigger sign or an updated one for the jewelry section. Apart from that the staff is very nice and friendly. I know the line was long today and there were some rude customers but I believe the staff did a good job staying positive with a good attitude. I would definitely come back again. (Side note: only the 2nd floor entrance is available to go in)

So Forever 21 mis-tagged their clothes compared to the label inside. I'm half naked and I figure this out and tell the dressing room attendant the issue and ask if someone can grab me the right size. Her response, "No, you can go ahead downstairs and get it yourself".....what's the use in telling me, "let me know if you need anything" then don't help me. I'm guessing cause the escalators were out? I left without buying because that response was so rude.

My daughter use to work for this company and her experience was a nightmare. The warehouse is extremely warm to the point of not feeling good. When it comes to training it's a complete disaster because you don't get any. Alejandra and her new assistant manager don't pay attention to there employees needs or request. Retaliation is a most if you are not okay with there working conditions.please DO NOT APPLY HERE safe your time and go somewhere else.

They had even less plus sizes today then last time...... Then need to ask teen and young adults to shop for them.... Right now its like a D.D's. Just a hodge podge of STUFF. I found 1 jacket I would wear in the entire store in the mens dept BUT they only went up to an XL !!!!! Dissapointing..... What made our visit was 3 teen age girls playing with my mini me and asking her fashion advice.....mad her day..... That counts for the stars

My wife loves this place but I only think of the time they stole my hundred dollars credit gift card as they had trouble running card thinking they did not get paid and I ended up paying twice. I was not given a receipt for the first run that ended up working so I could not provide receipt for them to credit the duplicate charge bi could not locate anyone from corporate to help and manager refused to do anything.

Great sales got so much at a great price. Employee fernando mikell was very helpful I was shopping alone and spent over $400 that night it was nice to have help and someone who was working and providing customer service. Mind you that I have made several purchases even after this date in store at mission valley, fashion valley and online. Kind workers are hard to find. So again shout out to fernando!

I went in there today just to browse around, maybe find a something cute. I couldn’t believe how disgusting the fitting rooms were. Hair ball, dust balls, cobwebs , about 1/2 of dust in the corners and chewed up gum on the walls. It’s seems like it hasn’t been cleaned at least in a year or so. I know F21 can afford a cleaning crew. This definitely makes me not want to even go in that store. YUCK!!!

I tried on 6 things and none looked very good, but as we were leaving my man said he liked a swimsuit so I bought it but with my disability I ran out of energy to try it on. I chose 2 hair accessories as I waited in line, and I'm satisfied with my purchases. My man knocked out out of the park with the swimsuit he chose. Upon trying it on at home, I saw it was very flattering and fit very well.

The selection of style is not the problem. When I went, there weren't any registers or fitting rooms open downstairs. Upstairs, only one fitting room was open. The escalator going upstairs was down. When I asked the manager what was up? Her reply was "We have registers and fitti ng rooms upstairs"...that wasn't what I asked. I am sure they make enough to keep things open and fix the escalator.

A few months ago my son work for this store. He clearly told Alejandra that he couldn't work on Mondays because his school. A week later, he got schedule to work on Monday morning and when he spoke to Alejandra she said go go go I don't have time. Also my son mention that the warehouse is hot and the working conditions are terrible. This company definitely need new management..

Great place to shop! I love that they ha e a plus size section!! It is a bit big and you tend to loose the elevator a lot lol it hides away since it's not painted on or anything it just white doors on a white wall! But infuriating but eh it's still a good place you get clothes for everyone really. They have a kids section, men's, plus size, and the straight size stuff.

Attractive styles, commendable service, perfect gift card idea to give a young woman. These clothes are adorable and flattering. When went to pick up a gift card for a friend's daughter on her fifteenth birthday, cashiers near the entrance impressed by keeping the register open for one more customer instead of sending us to another register upstairs.

Huge store with cool trendy clothes. I went shopping here in the 2 story store. All the 1st floor was closed off during Xmas time, so I couldn't buy any men's /boys wear clothing as gifts as it was all on the 1st floor. Got many different answers as to why it was closed. Frustrating.

This place is so disorganized it is impossible to find anything. There are two stories that seem to be set up completely at random. There is practically no staff to help you. The men's section is useless. I know forever one is always chaotic but this one is just awful

If you're not a teenager dont go to this store. Tried on an XL in some shorts and couldn't pull them up half way, go to another store thinking I'm fat try some shorts on in a large and at that store they're too big. This store is for people size 0 and under.

The end of June 2020 update info. Their business hours affect because of the covid-19. Better check before you go to the store. Of course the store required wear a mask. There was a a little line before entering the store on Sunday afternoon.

Wish their areas were better marked so you know where to go for what you're looking for when you're in a hurry. They also need more employees so you don't have to go on a scavenger hunt for one and ask every trendy girl if they work there lol

The store is fine but the staff sucks they don't ever answer the phone (doesn't matter the day or time you call) because I am pretty sure they are turned off, but hey its Forever21 what did I really except? Go to literally any other location.

i went to forever 21 today and had a terrible experience. the workers are all teenage girls like myself, but they were extremely rude and had terrible work ethic. i had to wait in the changing room for about 20 minutes waiting for the girl

I always have a pretty good experience here overall, the staff are very friendly and it's always clean. I never have trouble getting a fitting room. My only complaint is that I wish they didn't put plus sizes and sale items on the bottom

1.5 stories of chaos. But I do like Forever21 clothing because they are inexpensive. One thing that has been annoying me is that Forever21 is now trying to sell more expensive clothing! Stick to what you’re good at!!!

When you buy 6 necklaces and they don't have tissue paper to wrap and separate them, they all go in a bag and you get this, one blob of tangled necklaces. Charge me 10 cents more and get some tissue wrap!

This is one of the retailer's nicer locations. Store is large with plenty of staff to help. Most racks align with the indicated sizing, including the sales racks (which is a rarity in retail these days).

The two story retail store has a plethora pf clothes or choose from. The fitting room staff is attentive and receptive to the variety of clientele. The open space make the opportunity to not feel stuck

Great deals for a quick outfit. Staff was busy during Christmas. The store was busy with shoppers. The music was bumping! Parking is a challenge during this time, it's manageable if you plan your day.

The male section is pretty small not worth going out of your way to shop here. But passing by or with a friend who is shopping here, then it's worth a quick look to see if you can find a deal.

Love that they finally got the plus size game back together and soo much of it, also truly appreciated the fast, easy and friendly check out but I hate that they only have 1 FITTING ROOM open!

Fully stocked when I went in and the customer service was good! Didn't get assisted but I already knew what I wanted lol. And honestly the biggest Forever21 I've been inside of.

There clothes are very petite and sizing in pants are weird. They don't really have many associates visible to be able to help, they usually are standing behind the counter.

I'm getting too old to shop at Forever 21 but liked their clothes when I was in my 20's. They stay very current on what is popular and cater to a variety of trends.

It’s a hit or miss most of the time. Sometimes I am able to find good stuff and other times I have no luck. I think my favorite time to go would be during spring.

Great store for the prices. I was surprised at the large selection and I loved the kids section. I'm definitely shopping here for presents for my grandchildren.

This Forever 21 is huge and it has a great selection of plus size items! Probably the biggest F21+ section I've found in a store so far.
