I made an appointment a month and a half in advance for my 3 month old kitten to get vaccines. I told them all the information they asked for and thought I was set. I then call the day before my appointment to be told over the phone that I don’t have an appointment with them but I could make one. Kinda weird but I told them all the info once again and thought I was set. The next day I take my kitten for his appointment which they of course did not find in their system. I retold them all of the info on my kitten. The lady told me that I don’t have an appointment but they could “squeeze me in,” which I appreciate, but this place seems to be disorganized and careless. Wouldn’t recommend. edit: Staff was very understanding and accommodating. They did everything they needed to in order to fix the issue.

Forever Vets in Tinseltown has suburb service, a clean environment, and is surrounded by a classy neighborhood were I can feel safe! Everyone I encountered on the staff were friendly, informative, patient and served my furry baby with the love and care she required and plus more. I am extremely impressed with Jarvis as his phenomenal leadership and attention during my visit was helpful. His work natural ethics stood out to me he kept me well informed on waiting times, meditational needs, expert advice and so much more information I’ve been wanting to ask a professional. Absolutely do not recommend this vet. Their “wellness plans” are a complete scam and all they care about is getting as much out of you as possible. If you ever need to cancel a wellness plan, they will lie and invoice you for ridiculous amounts. The only vet worth seeing anyways is Dr. Linda. The rest are completely incompetent and will end up making you come back multiple times to get your services done because they can’t handle it the first time. Also, you’ll be waiting at least an hour every time to see the vet to begin with. Not worth it, this whole business needs to go under as all they care about is stealing money from you.

These people are excellent another vet wanted to put my older 3 legged chihuahua down and these guys didn’t agree 3 years later he’s still with me and healthy as can be now playing with a new 2 year old cavapoo playmate whom also goes here and who has has had many a hardship along her 2 year way they have tended carefully to her every need and I’m very excited and pleased with the service and standards here! The care is awesome.

We are new to Jacksonville, FL. We chose Forever Vets because they are located close to our home. We recently had both dogs updated on shots and had a pre op exam. Then a few weeks later one of our dogs underwent surgery. Forever Vets did a great job with pre surgery communication as well as keeping us updated immediately before and after the surgery. I would recommend Forever Vets.

My mom, aunt, and I loved how friendly and accommodating everyone was during my first teeth cleaning. My vet tech, Aaliyah, especially, was so caring and informative! Definitely bring your furry friends here!

Forever Vets is such a great place with quality care for pets! The environment and staff are so friendly and kind. My favorite Vet Tech is Aaliyah. She takes such great care of my dog MaggieMae. She is very thorough, and makes us feel so comfortable and assured. My furbaby always leaves her with a happy smile on her face!

Dr Linda, Tevin and everyone at this office has always been amazing! They take great care of my fur babies!! They really listen when I bring them in and answer all my questions. I have a baby with an auto immune disease and they always make time for her when it flares up. They are all wonderful people who love animals!!

Just moved here from the Tampa Bay area. I am so glad that I discovered Forever Vets.They are taking great care of my puppy Barkley. The staff and doctors are wonderful. I love the convenience of the extended hours they have, and the various locations.
