Forma is the gym you didn't think you needed. Their fitness classes are offered multiple times a day, every day. I love the classes! I don't have to plan my workouts or count reps/keep track of time and I always leave feeling accomplished and recharged. While the classes offer varieties of exercises for all members, the coaches defy time and space by being present everywhere at all times; making sure that all members are exercising safely - correct forms and weights as well as spotting - and that each exercise is scaled down or up to maximize its benefits for all. They also offer personalized options for those with injuries so that no one is missing out. The diversity at Forma makes everyone feel very welcome. You will find people of all professions, students, working moms, stay at home moms, dads, retirees, etc. People that have been athletes all their lives to people that just want to get their fitness journey started. All these people get together to workout and the magical coaches makes every workout equally challenging for every single one. Have injuries and unsure? The husband with a torn ACL that didn't want another surgery went to see Corey after numerous physios and saw results within the first 2 personal training sessions. Corey not only comes with the knowledge and passion for the industry, he also comes with compassion for people he works with. His personal training sessions are targeted and individualized to suit whatever needs an individual may have. While working on his bad knee, he also makes sure to strengthen the rest of his body. We are now choosing to see Corey over any physio in town. What about the fitness challenges? - I participated in the 6 week challenge and was blown away by how much knowledge I gained from it. The program is designed so that you track your progress in every way. My goal was to lift heavier at the end of the challenge - which I most definitely achieved - and I lost significant amount of weight while gaining muscle weight. I noticed physical changes in my body and I felt better. My diet changed and it was not as grueling as I anticipated. The way Corey explained why we do certain things - like why breakfast is important, why we need certain amount of protein, why we don't always lift as heavy as we can - makes sense and fruitful. If you trust the process and follow it, I promise you - you will see results and will be blown away! It took me a long time to join Forma because there are cheaper gyms out there but it didn't take long before I realized that for what I get from Forma - the most amazing and supportive community, the expertise, mental health and physical health gains, etc. - I would still go if they raised their prices! It is true, you get what you paid for and Forma is worth every penny they ask for. Let's be honest, if a child's gym was charging what Forma was charging, you'd sign up your kid in a heartbeat. So, why not you? For whatever your reason is, come check Forma out. Forma is definitely a hidden gem. Sure there are other gyms out there, but Corey and Tara can only be found at Forma :)

They also make sure that you do all the exercises with proper form so that you don’t end up hurting your body in the long run which is super important! I’ve been to a few gyms that all they care about is getting you to push harder and not care about the consequences to your body. That is not the case at Forma! They make sure you’re able to exercise all the way into retirement. The gym is also great for anyone at any fitness level as you can do the workouts at your own pace. So you can push as hard as you’d like and the workouts never get easier unless you want them to! I have seen people at the gym who are still in their 20s to seniors and everyone works out great together. The atmosphere at the gym is also fantastic. Everyone is super encouraging and helps you make it through and push that last little bit. I would definitely recommend Forma Fitness for anyone.
Before Forma, I was a member at GoodLife for 10+ years. I rarely went because I wasn’t comfortable lifting free weights on my own and the workout classes were always the same. At Forma the girls come up with fun and challenging workouts that are always changing! With the small class sizes, you constantly receive feedback on how to improve your technique and how to modify if you have had previous injuries. I love the vibe at this gym and appreciate the new friendships I’ve developed. I think it’s great how supportive and encouraging everyone is. It is great for people of all ages and sizes, come check it out!
Forma Fitness...You changed my life!! I have been a member since Tara opened the gym, and to date I have lost 27 pounds and gained so much strength and confidence; even my golf game has improved. This is not like any other gym...you won't get bored here, or dread having to work out. This place is so much fun!! The workout is different every single time, and you always get personal attention to ensure you are doing everything correctly. Forma is THE BEST. The workouts are challenging, interesting, fun and different. I’ve had a chance to lift heavier at Forma and it makes such a huge difference in my fitness level. Corey is attentive and works with each member to ensure their form is correct and they are working to their full potential. The members are friendly, welcoming and quickly become friends. I can’t say enough good things and attempt to get everyone I know to come to class, and when they do they are hooked.
Forma Fitness has an awesome vibe and is perfect for those that like different, challenging workouts! Tara is passionate about giving the members the best workout possible ever day! She can modify the sessions for injuries or limitations and ensures proper form for safe movements. There is no judgement in this gym and all the members encourage and motivate each other! I was hooked after my 1st week and have been a member for over a year now. Come try this place out!
Amazing gym with an even more amazing community! I love the variety in the workouts and that it mixes strength and endurance. The coaches are awesome and ensure you are learning and continue to use proper form. I would highly recommend this gym to any and everyone. It does not matter what fitness/gym experience you have as the workouts are deigned for all levels, which just means that they stay just as hard as you get stronger ;)
My experience with Forma has been nothing but incredibly positive. Their ability to adapt to the constant changing parameters over this past year has been incredible. They consistently go out of their way to give you the best quality workout and support. The workouts are continuously varied so that there is something for everyone. Whether you like lifting weights or being drenched in sweat, Forma can help you achieve your goal.
Forma Fitness has far exceeded my expectations, I love working out here. Both of the trainers Tara and Sandra are AMAZING to say the least!! They push and motivate you to keep you going. I highly recommend Forma Fitness to everyone. The workouts are tough, challenging and are never the same. Within a span of a month my stamina and strength levels have increased significantly all thanks to Tara and Sandra!!!

there is really only one thing to say: best training ever!! With a mix of weight training (Strength) and cardio (Sweat) you get the full meal deal here. It never fails to target areas that you have ignored for years or forgot existed. Never boring, always challenging. Sandra and Tara can take a quick peek at you and suggest a small tweak in your form that ensures you get the best results.
Best work out I have ever had. Every class is different to continue to challenge and push you. The trainers are incredible and make sure to modify what is needed depending on injuries or problems your having. The atmosphere is amazing as well, everyone is there to encourage each other and push each other to do their best! Would rate it 10 stars - but that's not an option :)
I have been going to this gym for over a year now and couldn't imagine going elsewhere. Regardless of your age, fitness level or limitations (injury or recent surgery) - Forma has you. It is such a welcoming atmosphere with great members with friendly motivating trainers (Tara & Sandra, you're the best!), encouraging attitudes and always new challenging workouts.
Love this place. I’ve been doing private training sessions with Corey for 6 months now, and we have never done the same workout twice. He keeps the workouts new and interesting. He’s very knowledgeable and knows my limits and pushes me to them. I tried a group class for the first time, and it was very friendly and welcoming and of course it kicked my butt.
Very welcoming environment for people of all fitness levels and ages. The workouts are always changing so everyday it is different. They always have a strength component as well as a circuit for a great workout. I have always been active but needed a structured workout to get in good physical shape for life and playing flag football and ice hockey.
I love forma! Classes are challenging, class sizes are perfect, and there is always individual attention and guidance. I started going to forma 6 months ago, and I couldn't be happier with my improvements in strength (specifically my L knee/leg following knee surgery 1 year ago). I highly recommend dropping in for a class with Tara and Sandra!
Tara's 1 hour workouts are a great balance of Strength & Sweat(weights and cardio). Workouts are different every day and I never find myself looking at my watch to see how much time is left. I also like attending Sundays popular HIIT class, it's fast and fun! This gym has been an easy one to step in to, friendly and supportive.
I’m obsessed with this gym! Prior to going to forma I did mainly cardio and was intimidated by heavy weightlifting. The coaches are highly skilled and encouraging, and I quickly built strength and confidence alongside a supportive team. Forma took my fitness to the next level and it’s a great small business to support!
More than a gym - as cultish as it sounds, it’s a family! And the workouts are killer. No workout is the same and your strength and endurance will be pushed to the test every time. Forma offers enough challenge and diversity in workouts that you will see physical improvement even only going 3 times a week. 10/10!
There is such a strong and encouraging team culture at Forma. The members are inclusive and positive, and the coaches are extremely passionate, helpful and educated. I've never felt more motivated, or seen as much progress in such a short time frame. This is hands down the best fitness place I've ever joined!

I love coming to Forma Fitness! It’s the only gym/workout class I will go to now, and enjoy it every time I go! Tara does a great job of creating killer workouts, I always leave sweating buckets and sore the next day. The gym is a community of fantastic people. I would highly recommend this place!!!

Unique group fitness class! Not intimidating whatsoever. I am someone who doesn't generally enjoy going to the gym but Forma Fitness made me feel comfortable and gave me a great work out. I couldn't recommend this gym and experience more!

Went to the cardio-based workout last night with Corey. Almost died but it was great. Great instruction, enough personal attention and a positive attitude. Facilities are clean and orderly.
