Zero is what I want to give. Went to get some paperwork printed that I desperately needed at that time, and the coin machine did not work, and the two workers had not one clue between the two of the them how to resolve the simple issue. Update: I went back 6/16/23, and was able to successfully purchase, and print my paper work! Noone acknowledged me, or asked if I needed some assistance though, and there was a guy at the front desk. 1 star review rating is what l willing be giving. Everybody wants money, but don't want to WORK for it.

The Ridglea Library has the kindest & most accommodating staff in the entire Fort Worth Library System. They will patiently familiarize new patrons with their options available, which ensures continued support of this valuable community resource. I have personally had a few complicated research questions, which have all been solved in a timely fashion. THANK YOU FOR YOUR EXCEPTIONAL STAFF AND DEDICATION TO ALL THE PATRONS!! Please come support this little gem in west Fort Worth and you will understand my enthusiasm!!!

The Ridglea Library has many safety measures in place. You have to wear a face covering. They take your temperature and ask you COVID-19 questions. They keep track of how many people are in the building and you have an hour time limit. Check out is self serve and there is someone cleaning surfaces all the time. All these measures make it a very safe to visit for books. If you prefer to do curbside pickup, you call in advance and they will give you a time to come get books that you've ordered.

VERY helpful and friendly staff. Library now has all books set with magnetic barcodes. You just set items on a table - even in a stack - and in a second you are checked out. Convenient book drops for after hours. Nice, clean and quiet area to use computers or to use a table to sit and read/work/study. This is a very conveniently located branch. Near grocery store and restaurants. Can run lots of errands and include a stop at library.

Oh wow, how could the library not get 5 stars. As a little girl up until 2016 holds some of my favoritememories.My Nanaw and I would visit weekly, on Wednesday after her beauty shop appointment at 10. The Ridgela Library was a staple not on in my life, in the lives of my kids. My girls, Our Nanaw and myself last visited in 2016 before she passed, on a Wednesday after her hair appointment to the library we would go.

This is a super convenient little branch. The selection is small, but you can get holds shipped in so really any book you could want is accessable. It's usually busy, and the computer desks are in the way of the kids section (or vice versa - it seems my kids are a little too loud for the internet use patrons). On the whole, it's tidy, clean, and convenient.

Love the Forth Worth Libraries. Knowledgable friendly staff, huge selection, curbside pickup, up to date reservation system for in demand books or ones at other FtW Library locations. They used to have amazing adult & youth programs too, hope those start coming back now that we are getting on the other side of the pandemic!

This is the FW library closest to our home and on the way to and from several places we go. We like the people there, requests easily arrive there from other libraries, and plenty of extra activities happen there. We'll be glad when we are no longer limited to an hour due to covid precautions.

Very friendly staff and decent selection, depends on what you're looking for but like any library they got a little of everything, or alot, I don't know. Nice selection and clean environment. This location has become my official go to Library, thanks for reading.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Clean and weekly listing of local events for the neighborhood and family community time. Well selection with many Varieties went for one thing and ended up with an opportunity to vote and renew my library card.

Small, but cute. The staff is always friendly and the branch is always clean! I'm glad we live within walking distance. It makes a great place to study away from the distractions of home and maybe meet a fellow book lover or two!

I had a wonderful experience! My computer did not work so was no able to print very important time sensitive papers. The lady's were very nice and helpful. Wish they offerd faxing services. But overall great service.

Had a wonderfully easy experience doing a curbside order at the Ridglea library branch. I highly recommend using this safe and convenient service, and I'll definitely be doing it again soon!

It's loud. People talking and 4 people on cell phones. Talking too loud. Kids not quiet. Told a worker. She just shrugged her shoulders. Left unhappy. Not the first time.

Great library. The librarians are all ways helpful. I have been going to this library for years because how friendly the staff is and how great the kid section is.
