I searched for an appropriate word that could define Dr Nymphea Walecha and came across many like- Saviour, Counsellor, Motivator, hope giver, and many more. But nothing satisfied me completely. For someone like me who craved for a child for 10 long years and went through multiple IUI and IVF failures Dr Nymphea came like a RAY OF HOPE. She was the one who lit the lamp of courage(to go through the IVF process again) and enthusiasm( to be a mother) in my dull and damp life. Like any other patient, I was initially a bit reluctant but the day I met with her my perception towards doctors changed completely. Before her, I got treated by many other renowned doctors but didn’t get any positive result and I don’t blame any one of them either because everything happens at the right time. I still remember the day when I got my 4th IVF failed and there were people who suggested me to consult another doctor. But somewhere my soul and heart was not ready for that because I have seen Dr Nymphea putting her every bit while treating a patient. I then decided to go for IVF treatment the 5th time and fortunately I conceived. And more than everything I think it’s the Trust and Faith that works the most. I never questioned her about anything, neither was worried because I knew she would not leave any stone unturned. We humans, at times, become so selfish that we only focus on the result and forget the hard work of doctors. We never appreciate them for being so attentive, humble and supportive, rather we start blaming and questioning their morality. But as they say NOT ALL FINGERS ARE SAME, similarly not all doctors work for money and Dr Nymphea Walecha is undoubtedly one of them. Some people genuinely brighten up the room with their presence and she is definitely ONE OF THEM. With her perpetual efforts I delivered a Baby Girl and my long cherished dream of becoming a mother got fulfilled. If Dr Nymphea would have not been there that day I would have never got this blessing in my life in form of my daughter. The word that defines her role in my life the best is - “GOD ON EARTH”. No matter whatever I do for her, I would never be able to return even .01% of what she has done for me . I and my whole family will always be indebted to her. She is a HERO and I highly recommend her to everyone who so ever wants to be mother. Thanks a lot ma’am ..

I’am so thankful to have Dr. Nymphea as my gynaecologist throughout the pregnancy and as well as conceiving process. I use to visit her clinic with my mother-in-law to meet her husband Dr. Pankaj Walecha who is a orthopaedic surgeon, where I saw her posters about infertility and IVF. After very long wait of not conceiving, I thought to consult her for IVF treatment but few tests and some medication helped us. I conceived in 2nd month after getting treatment from her. She was able to guide us well on our every concern and answered all my queries(no matter how silly they sounded) which kept us confident through the entire journey. She is available for any SOS calls. I have messaged her at odd hours and she responds as quickly as possible. This is rare to find. Always go out of her way to make patient comfortable. Dr. Nymphea’s dedication towards her patients is commendable. She is a perfect blend of good human being and a doctor. Most humble and polite and of course most capable which always keeps her patient at ease. Thank you sooooo much Dr. Nymphea for everything. My experience with Dr. Rakesh kumar dua has been stupendous. His whole team played a very crucial role in whole process. He himself is a very more than skilled , cordial and kind hearted person. All nursing staff are punctual and humble. I also thank Housekeeping & GDA staff for their hard work and punctuality. Fortis Shalimar is having around 250 beds comprising economy, double sharing, single room, delux room and suites. Hospital location and parking inside is a bit of problem. But the main reason of a hospital is treatment and that's very good. Doctors, nurses and ward staff are very nice and caring. There's Cafe Coffee Day and canteen inside. Pharmacy is 24 hours open. There's decoration arrangements for families having new born babies. There's problem with Xray section. Patients need to wait for 1 hour for getting it done.

All paid positive reviews actually experience is completely the opposite. No one will pay heed to you even after spending lacs on surgery here. You will keep begging them for room. They have no compassion for patient or attendant. Will make you wait for 6 hours and yet won’t provide you with a room or bed. The patient will keep waiting in OT after surgery and won’t be given a bed in ICU even. Pathetic hospital and service. Don’t get admitted here.

Our experience with Dr. Nymphea has been so good that we have been recommending her everywhere we go. From our first visit to delivery, she has been a pure bliss to us. डॉक्टर 3 दिन की दवा लिखे,लेकिन यहाँ पंद्रह दिन का दवा दिया गया बिना बताए। अब बोला जा रहा है कि दवा वापस नही होती है यहाँ। बिना वजह रोगी का पैसा बर्बाद किया गया। कोई भी रोगी 5 दिन की जगह 15 दिन का दवा क्यो लेगा। experience officer room में बोला गया कि वहाँ लिखा हुआ है कि यहा काट दवा नही मिलती है। सभी रोगी पढ़े लिखे तो नही न होंगे जो पढ़ लेंगे। कृपया करके इसमे कुछ सुधार कीजिये ।
